Cut the Tikona connection

Not Refund my Money

My Tikona Wi-Fi Bro Installed on 02/09/2010 but there technical reason it is started on 04/09/2010. Promise action not taken

internet not deactivated

i had called up tikona customer care number[protected] on 07/09/10 and registered a request for deactivation for my internet connection because the speed was very slow and the net would hardly work.

Worst customer service

The worst customer care service, i have ever seen. I requested for plan change on 29th september, but still my plan is not changed. as of now(10/10/2010). I call customer care on a daily basis to solve my problem, but its all useless, it seems all my requests are landing in deaf ears. In Tikona nobody cares for the customer. Its just you take the connection suffer... I am frustated by calling them time and again , but still problem not resolved....

6 Days Over, Internet Not Working, No Response From Customer Care

Internet disconnected for no reason
