This is Really disgusting services all in for everything the customer has suffered.everytime i have to go internet cafe to get my work done since this for my corporate use all our works has been hung up i faces lots of our client problems,i have bare lots of loss,who will be responsble for all this????I have switched for tikona just becoz of service and speed quality and its none of these there exists,Now i want all my money back within a week since i have been informed that it will take 4weeks time how come while you wont serve untill unless customers pays you advances,And now when is pay back time you guys need 4 weeks how pissing stuff is this i m damn serious this time i need my money back which i have paid for quarterly payment.
Mr.B.Upendra has advice me that he will block my id raise the issue for refunds
Note:- if needfull has not been done,i will publish all this mail hisotry in media,press news
channels online consumer complaints & telecom ISP portal,RTI sectors and legal
proceedings will be taken on your risks and expenses.

This is really disgusting services from tikona customer care i have
made more than 4 complaints for no internet access from 4days i,ve
been in followup with tikona people but no one has caring my issue
since my connection is for my corporate use on my company all my works
are stopped everytime i have to go internet cafe to do my works,For
this is what we are paying for tikona i really cant understand why
everyone is careless regarding my issue is no one able to fix or no
one wants to fix my problem.I,ve switched to tikona just coz speed &
quality service i m not getting none of these its really really
pissing off experience with tikona.
I request you to higher authorities nodal & appellate officers to take
an serious action and do the needfull with immediate effect.
If my problem cant be resolve in next 24hrs refund all my quarterly
and disconnected your tikona.
