[Resolved] Tikona Services — Tikona Asking for 40000 Rupee | |||
Hi, I have taken Tikona Broadband connection in the month of March and have pain 1600 rupee for that, But have not availed the service even for 10 days due to frequent disturbance and asked them for disconnection on the 16th day.One person from tikona came and has taken the router back(which is totally useless and will hardly cost 300 rupee) . Even though they have kept sending me the mail for the billing and in the last bill i they have charged me 1500 rupee and today I got a call saying that they have logged a complaint and we will have to go to delhi or have to pay 40000 as compromise.
