my user ID is [protected], my name is Ranjan Kumat, on 10/2013 i called to terminate my service, because i am sifting to other place, there was no response from them, after 2 month i am get threatening call from Shivani Sharma [protected] stating that I have to pay 3200 rupees within 2 h, otherwise they will file a civil case in high court and once the complaint reaches court, she threatened me that I have to pay 100, 000 rupees . even i have paid money they and sending mail to discontinue my connection, my account is still active. who is this Shivani Sharma [protected], threatening to people, is she is legal Plz..Help Ranjan Kumar

yes ..tikona is worst and mentally torture the customers stay away from tikona
so dont choose the tikona my suggestion is to go for local isp or beam as they resolve the things fastly what the joke is even after the disconnection on december i am getting the bill for february 15 2014 .

    Hi Tikona,

    I don't understand how you guys take customer complaints. You just take the complaints and with making a bookmark you put it inside some book and let customer in pain.

    This is the worst customer care i have ever seen in my life. And these tikona higher leadership, they are kind of deaf and dumb. They are only taking money from the customer to enjoy with their *******.

    My existing complaints are not over and again i had to do one more complain. As usual customer care very confidently said that the issue will be resolved in 1 days but again as usual you cheaters are not at aware whether it have been resolved or not.

    You only come to know when we customers complain that hey we have paid money for 2 MB speed but even google page is not opening what the [censored]...

    I don't understand how to get my issue resolved. GOD help me as all my money are going in vain...

      Because of the continuous complaining and problem sent to tikona care, i completely get irritated and in the irritation i have thrown my laptop so hard to ground that its screen got damaged and hard disk got corrupted.(i was compaining about bad service since last 2 months after which i was really pissed off, and it was my exam time and my most of the lectures are available online, but at that time i had no choice but to watch the lectures in too slow speed, although i am paying for 2MBPS plan, and i was suffering, and lastly the victim was my laptop.)

      this happened around 1.5 month ago, which means i haven't used tikona service since then.

      i would like to pay for amount what i have used.

      my monthly usage goes upto 40 GB every month. (see previous record)

      thus, last month i just used around 6 GB data, thats y i would pay for only 6 GB acording to my usage.

      (800/40)*8= Rs. 160

      and the previous bill was of Rs. 800 (still for which i didn't get the speed i was told to, thats y my whole month got wasted by using slow speed, but still i am paying for it.)

      total= Rs. 960/-

      if tikona are agree to take this money then i told then to send a bill with full and final settlement and i will pay the sum,

      and Terminate my acount, i am really disappointed.


      and after full and final settlement, i would like u to pay for my LAPTOP which was damaged because i got irritated and thrown that, since after complaining too many times, my problem came back every time.
      the total cost for repairing my laptop is Rs. 6000/-

      i am bearing half amount which is Rs. 3000/- since there was also my fault because i got mad at that time,

      but tikona also have to pay me for that since i got angry because of tikona service.

      now they are sending me email in which they are threatening me that they would do legal action against me, and other recovery procedures,
      yes, we local people are not capable of doing anything to these big companies since we don't have lawyers and other options, but to surrender in front of them, and in a democratic country like india, we are regularly irritated by bad service provider like tikona .

      It is there fault that they made me irritated, and it all lead to breaking of my laptop. but this is india, these thing not mater here. Indian laws only support these big companies.

        Hi, I had a broadband connection with Tikona Digital Networks in the name of Badhusri Karan. User ID: [protected] Reg pho. no.: [protected] I cancelled this connection back in March 2013. (Cancellation number provided to me: [protected]). Tikona Digital Networks still continues to send me bills and calls me asking for payments. There are people who call me claiming they are calling from high court and a case filed against me for non-payment. Despite of requesting them to check the cancellation details and non-usuage of the connection; they continue to harrass. Please look into this and will greatly be appreciated. I think this is a pathetic way of maintaining customer records. I regret using the connection. Thank You. Bashusri Karan

          I had a Tikona Internet connection, ( Your Tikona Service ID No [protected] & Billing Account Number[protected] which I stopped using because my company had given me a free internet dongle and also because i had shifted from the flat in which I was living to a nearer PG. I have cleared all my dues given the full and final payment online.I also have a proof in my e-mail id sent by Tikona customer care.

          I had given the internet modem to the people who shifted into the flat, I knew them personally and told them to give the modem to the Tikona workers when they came to collect the modem.

          I received a call from the Tikona worker that he want to collect the modem i told him to go to the same place and collect it. He did collect the modem and it was all over. But suddenly after a month and half they had given me a bill. i did not understand and try to call the customer care but could not talk to them because of indefinite waiting time, then i written them a mail that your worker had already collected the modem.

          I have proof (the person who hand over the modem), why do i not give the modem. What's in it for me, I don't have a use of that modem.
          Then after November they start calling me from various numbers threatening me that's it's a small amount(1500) as a penalty for not returning the mode, you should settle this. I told them the same but they do not listen.
          Now I am fed up, Please it's not my fault if their workers are not loyal, I have done my part I also use to recommend Tikona despite of its bad image in the market.But now i know why it is.
          Why would I lie, they don't understand that. If they drag me to the court they would regret it because if I am involved i will claim for more than the amount.

          Please help me, resolve this issue .

            hi I have taken this broadband connection 20 days before but till now i didnt get the internet connectivity even for a minute, i have been calling customer care but everytime these representative say we will resolved in 24 hours . I have paid the money on the first day itself, but till now nothing . tikona has a very very poor connectivity, customer service . I would like to say please dont consider this for the internet connectivity .

            hello everyone,

            i guess all of you must have got an idea ..how TIKONA services are . I suggest plzzz dont opt for it . Now i have given Rs. 3400 at the time of installation which includes 3 month rental and device cost, yesterday these people call and they are refunding only Rs. 400. they have given me a reason that you only want to terminate it . So, when i m not getting the service, what should i do, not even a single second i got the internet connectivity.
            Team Tikona : This is a final written warning to you, if you wont give me satisfactory response . I wont bother to spend 10000, but i will promote this issue every where e.g facebook, Consumer Court, Judicial Court .

              Last three days some one call me from tikona.call number is [protected] and said to me i am advocate from tikona and tikona company case against you in delhi highcourt for your last payment is remeaning.
              Actually i paid all the bill and after cancelation tikona techanical support take away their respective hardware/device. and deactive my connection.

              After one month there is one call from above number and told to pay such amount last month bill.(but i already cancelled my connection).if you will not pay then we will case against you in delhi highcourt.

              To confirm this i called yesterday to customer care of tikona and they told me to pay remaing bill. when i told him my internet connection is already canceled. so why i have to pay? then customer care said to me your bill is generated by mistake and we shortout issue.

              but today morning from same number more time call and harassing me to pay rupees.continues pressures me to see in court and said to legal notice send. and i am and my family is very upset. regarding this issue.

                This is the heights of harrassament. When a customer wants to avail your services, you provide it only on the paper and haraas them by the service quality.                     I purchased a Tikona prepaid plan vide ID #[protected] The plan was a prepaid plan valid for unlimited usage for 6 months. After the completion of 6 months I did not intended to use the plan further so I did not renew the plan and stopped the usage by myself as it was not automatically cut off from Tikona. After the completion of six months and few days I received a call from Tikona that your plan has been renewed for which no consent was taken from me. When I told that I don't wanted to get the plan renewed they told me that my plan was under "Auto Update" and It has been renewed and now you have to pay around 3600 Rs. for the next six months. The option of "Auto Update" was never mentioned to me at the time of selling the plan. Thereafter I told them to disconnect my connection with immediate effect which was done by Tikona after taking one month of time (All the hardware were collected from my premises). After that I received a bill of Rs. 3500+ for payment. Which I refused to pay since I did not use the connection after the six months. There started the harrasement from Tikona: Firstly I received 2-3 calls daily from customer department for payment and I told them the story of my wrong "Auto Update' to each one of them every time Then after some time I received a call from Delhi Tees Hazari court that a case has been filed against me for non payment of the said amount and the amount should paid with in 2 hours with Tikona or I will have to face legal suit. I knew this modusoperandi and denied the payment rather I got my lawyer talk to that so called Tees Hazari court personnel which proved to be fake. Today (18th December) I got a mail from Tikona's legal department to pay the amount in 7 days for face legal proceeding. This is a total harasement on the part of Tikona of asking me a payment of service which I never opted for or used and it could very well be established from there log also if I used the service after my alloted quota of 6 months. I am not taking legal action against Tikona for mental harassment. Furthermore I am writing to : -Consumer affairs Ministry -TRAI -Ministry of Telecom and Information Broadcasting -BAR council of Delhi tees hazari court with recordings of the fake phone calls received -Peheredar in CNBC Awaaz - Every renoun media house Sushil Kriplani

                      hi This is rahul from chennai, i take tikona internet and i advance paid for 6 month, the problem starts from day 1 even i[censored] called to customer care no body respond even if mail no response, for a problem we need to call so many times and ask their to come, i used only 2 months in this 2 months i used only 7 days the remaining days are not working in these day i called to customer care more than 20 times. still am keep asking the remaing payment, no response. they do some illegal activites also, some body called and said " we are calling from delhi police you have to pay some amount to tikona so pay that or else we file case againt you" the same type of call getting from layers also its all are fake, need to take action against them My advice is NEVER GO FOR TIKONA INTERNET customer care no : [protected], [protected] http://www.tikona.in/

                        It is to inform you that I Sanjay kumar Lunia have (user id-[protected]) taken Tikona connection under prepaid plan of Rs.5000 with 3 years validity, speed 4 mbps, and 60 gb download for 3 years. It is to bring to your notice that no proper signal is coming to the device being provided to me from your side and no internet is being used by me due to non connection.I have reported the said matter to customer care and a engineer visited last month., your engineer advised me to take refund since device is not catching proper signals. I have used only around 0.5 gb till then, and rest limit was still need to be used. To my utter surprise, on 20.08.2013 I have received a call from tikona executive that usage limit of 54.5 GB has been exhausted and to do further recharge. On checking my usage portal i have noticed that majority of data amounting to 54 GB has been consumed in the month of July 2013 and August 2013 .On further scrutiny the said data of 54 GB has been used from the said IP address 10:23:72:243 only. Since I am not using the connection, nor I have provided my password to anybody, neither i access from any other computer, how my usage limit of 54 GB has been exhausted. I request you to look into the matter seriously and conduct investigation on your part, kindly provide me with the unused limit of 54 GB data or else refund my money for my unused limit. Please revert at the earliest to resolve the issue.My mobile No is [protected]

                          Tikona is producing falae bills cheating and blackmailing and harrasing me for money..this the second time its happening..
                          I used their internet for one month and i discontinued from next month because of very poor services and technical problems, and even i informed them and they also accepted the same that i was not getting proper service.After 2 months they made me pay the due amounts by sending legal notices.
                          After that they told me after payment that i need to pay only Rs.450/ till next 15jan2014 and from 07th to 14 dec it will be free so i have taken the connection again now on 15th of jan they send me a bill of 2100/ and when i call their customer care they are saying we didn't told you that you have to pay 450 only.
                          So by this way their frauding me, please i need your help.

                            Tikona UID : [protected] I took a Tikona connection and due to bad service and there faking nature I decided to disconnect the connection. I raised a request on 20th May 2013 as bill generation date is 26th of every month. Tikona always take the bill payment in advance (which is kind of ridiculous and this is the only one company who do that). Now I got a call from a lawyer from Delhi who is using some bad words (I am not like Tikona to use abusive language here. Take this as notice!!) and said that if I pay that online then he will take a case back. i told him to go ahead and submit a case. But Right now to avoid the clashes I made the payment and now Tikona guys didn't called me even once neither I didn't get any receipt from them. Here are some points which I want to clarify with you which your unskilled customer care executives and all the technical persons who lies all the time. - While taking a new connection I asked the person who is coming to my home that Can I work on my company VPN with this connection? and he replied Yes to all my questions. I took the connection which starts behaving strangely when i start working on it. I raised few calls which you can refer in your system. - After this unsatisfied service I raised a request to terminate my service on 20th May 2013 because bills started generating on 26th of every month. - While giving a request I cleared with the customer care executive that I am not getting charged for next month because TIKONA always collects the payment in advance for each month. - After that your so called Technical Manager called me and said that he want to check the issues I am facing and want to clear them. In addition he also promised me that my request is already taken into account and in process. - Then from the month of June I started getting a call from your CC executives to pay the bill and I cleared with them that I do not need to pay it as my connection is terminated. - Then I mailed this query to the customer.[protected]@tikona.in and Tikona.[protected]@tikona.in. (I have attached a email conversation with this mail) - In reply your person itself promise me that if I make a payment then I will get refund of that paid payment. Still I am unsure about my payment hence I tried to contact the person who talked to me about the connection termination. - After few days your customer care executive told me that the person I am searching has left the Tikona few days back. - After giving a request for termination of service, only once I get a call from your person to collect the modem and other accessories, but that time I was travelling out of station hence i requested him to come after 2 days. From that time onwards I didn't get any call from your whole organization to collect the modem and other related accessories. - Also i would like you to know that when raising the request for disconnection I asked your customer care guys atleast 10 times that if I discontinue service in the middle of month then do I have to make payment in next month and the answer I got is "I dont have to make any payment". So I need answer to this one. Also I tried calling your toll free number which always puts me in hold for atleast 45 mins and maximum 2 hrs. So I stopped calling your toll free number. Considering all above points which i raised to your customer care executives, none of them told me the exact and true answers. Your technical manager itself lied to me. Then also to stop this harassment by mail and your lawyer, I made the payment details are attached with the mail. I am also giving you a time of 15 days to get me the refund.                             I talked to some other guys from Pune also and they also experienced the same situation. These guys are like Gundas who are taking there tolls.
                            I also got threatening calls from Delhi high court saying to pay money which I am liable to pay for.I am getting mails too.

                              Hi, My Customer ID is [protected]. My name is Sumit Kharb, My contact number is [protected]. I was used tikona more than 1 year. I did not face any problem. I shifted to my new house on 24 August. And after that all problem begins. I registered a request for connection shifting at 31st August. Till 10th September 5 engineers from tikona visited my house. All tried with different devices but network issue does resolved. Even some of tikona engineers suggested me to use Reliance internet connection instead of tikona. After that I decided to discontinue from Tikona service. I register lots of complaints to settle my bill, because I unable to use internet from 24th August till two months. But no settlement done. At last my services disconnected because o[censored]nsuccessful installation. Till now I did not get settled bill. I have logged more than 20 complaints against it. But no reply from customer care and any tikona officials. Now I got call from Tokina's legal department. They threaten me to pull me court. Whats is Tokna's Rules. Tikona will never disconnect any connection before bill payment. So how tikona disconnect my connection? Cheat by Tikona: 1. Firstly, tikona connection was not installed on my new address but still shifting charges added in my bill. 2. Second, I was not able to use internet from 24th till last but still full bill is given to me. I registered so may complaints/request for waiver off but no wavier given to me. Even some of my requests are not registered by your customer care executives. Please take this mail seriously and take action on this.                                 Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to bring it to the notice of this forum that Tikona Digital Networks has been harassing me with regard to the payment of Rs.873 which I am not liable to pay to at all. This is because I haven't been using their services for the month of October and November. Although I paid the bill for the month of October and applied for disconnection in the same month itself on 21st October wherein they assured me that after I receive a call form their Customer support for "Reason of Disconnection". Their Customer care executives kept harassing me to continue with their services when I made it very clear to them every time that i wasn't interested. Inspite of asking for disconnection through phone as well as emails it took tikona well over two weeks to disconnect my services and now they have the audacity to ask me to pay the bill for the month of November as well. Also, I had also mentioned that their belongings of the adapter and the Ethernet cable would be gladly returned by once their representative or engineer calls me and asks for collection the very same day. I haven't received any call from their engineer - Promod/domnic[protected]/[protected] which they mentioned in the e-mail. On the 12th of December they have hired an advocate who threatened me to slap a case against me in the Delhi Civil Court and asked me to pay the amount which she has no account of!!! Also warning me that if the payment is made online, the case will be dropped and you won't have the hassle of a court case. Also, Tikona Digital Networks has provided extremely poor service during the duration of the connection and I have the complaint numbers as well as the ID to furnish against such poor service. I also have email proof of how outrageously bad their service was once the complaint was made and sometimes took them well over 5 days to resolve a couple of complaints. In case this proceeds to legal action I demand compensation from Tikona Digital Networks for poor and/or no service when a complaint was registered. I want immediate action to be taken against Tikona Digital Networks for fraud, Harassment and mental torture over payment of an amount that I am not liable to pay as well as cheating when it came to providing services.                                 yes ..tikona is worst and mentally torture the customers stay away from tikona
                                so dont choose the tikona my suggestion is to go for local isp or beam as they resolve the things fastly what the joke is even after the disconnection on december i am getting the bill for february 15 2014 .

                                even after the return of cpe(modem and equipment) how the internet will be used ...that is the tikona ..just stay away from it

                                  Few months back I took tikona broadband connection at my home premises. Initially the connection worked ok with intermittent issues but still livable. Then after 3 months or so, the connection started causing problems - where it will auto sign out and then all sign-in attempts will simply fail one or the other message. I had to daily follow up with the dumb but so called technical customer support who hardly stand the respect of having the 'technical' tag associated with their work, as they simply failed to understand the problem even after me facing the the same issue day-in day-out for around a period of full month. I included their manager j.nair in all my innumerable mails that I have written to them but that hardly helps. My wife who works from home had to bear loss of pay for many a days because of this, the only savior later on was the usb dongle that we have from Airtel. Then all of a sudden I see they claiming the connection is in feasible at my place(what sort of test did you do initially to report it feasible initially ??) and then disconnected my network on their own. How easy to run away than solve the customer's pricking issue. I raised a complaint for the same but all to deaf ears and wastage of time. And now still sending me bills for the same and today they have send me some sort of mail stating it to be a legal notice. How pathetic !!! Instead of sending me bills I demand refund of installation charges and further added compensation for causing mental pain and time wastage of mine and my wife's loss of pay.

                                  I would want you to explain the full and final settlement here/in-written as per my complaint above, Instead of you people calling me and harassing me time and again.
                                  Now the things are getting even more murkier the 304 days back I got call from Tikona customer care, where after a long long discussion they sort of closed the case after mutual agreement of no refund pending from their side and no payment from my side. I was with that given the unnecessary time that has already been wasted on the pathetic Tikona.

                                  Then lo-and-behold, 2 days following that I am getting call from [protected], and the person on the other side is very brash and talks in abusive language claiming Tikona has filed a legal case against me and if I want to close it I need to pay-up xyz amount with half an hour or else the case will be taken up legally in courts.

                                  How double standards and hypocrite these people can get.

                                  I myself am now thinking of taking the legal case forward and make them some lesson on cheating and harrasment.

                                      Hello, Customer id - [protected], first of all, when i had taken the connection i had paid Rs2207 amount as advance and Rs 500 was installation charges and rest Rs 1707 was refundable while ill disconnect. And most importantly, i was told clearly that it is a postpaid connection, which means, end of the month my billing date 26th every month, ill get the bill. And it is not a prepaid connection. Now please go through the below complaints, You will realize how tikona has faulty billing system. After repeated requests and sending emails, I am not getting any proper reply from Tikona for Final settlement. I had requested for disconnection on 23rd of Nov, 2014. And strictly mentioned to collect the CPE device and LAN wire on 25th or 26th as I was going to shift from present address. If you check previous records also, in November starting, i had applied for shifting the connection to my new address, but i did not get any valid response from them. Plus after i sent the email to suspend the connection, their retention dept called me on 24th and forced me to take the connection further, which i strictly said NO. and also asked him for an email documentation, as i dont believe on telephonic discussion. With repeated request to tikona, and marking the mail to higher authority also, they finally gave me a bill which dated from 26th Nov to 25th Dec 2014. which is completely irrelevant when the CPE device was taken from me on 27th of Nov, 2014, while i had strictly mentioned to take the device on 25th or 26th before my billing date starts yesterday, Their retention dept again called me and told me that my usgae for 2 days is 17GB and i have to pay for whole december month and also threatened me that they will log a case against me and also they have spoken ill words to me and forced me to pay when in below email i have clearly mentioned. They never listened to me. and never bothered to reply emails. They will calls, and i hope, they listen to the call recordings also. They kept the device even if i had requested to return them before my billing cycle starts. Still i am agree to pay for 2 days usage if there is any. Which will be according to my plan, Rs1222 per 30days. And for 2 days sum around 150 Rupees. But yesterday the retention dept forced me to pay 1222 for the date range Nov 26th to Dec 25th. Also when i told them that i will go to consumer forum, their retention dept told, "do whatever you want, go where ever you want." That means, they dont bother about collecting money, neither they care about law and orders in INDIA. Below i have attached the payment amount which i had cleared for month of OCT and NOV before i applied for disconnection of my broadband connection. Also attached the NOC from the person who had came to collect the CPE device. Then please try to help me out, when my devices were collected me on 27th of Nov, 2014, then why should i pay for whole december month??? Also the place where i have shifted, they do not have coverage. Else i would have taken the device back and continue the service till december 25th to pay the whole december month bill. If any law and orders exist in India, i am hoping to get a proper solution and an apology from tikona as well.                                         I asked Tikona to terminate the connection. Their customer service is not listening to my request to shutdown the service. very dirty service & now they are intimidating by making harassment calls. I don't even live in the city any more for past 3 months. But they are still billing me. Don't take this service. I had this for 2 years because there was no other service in the area. Overall very poor customer service & they will keep charging your account if you ever want to quit. So it is a one way traffic. Never take this dirty rogue internet service. They will torture you by making harassment calls.

                                        Tikona Broadband Pvt Ltd — fraud

                                        I registerd with tikona broadband on the 4th of february and got a broadband connection installed at my place. since the installation the connection just worked during the demo of 1 hour and since then, it is non functional...i have contacted their helpline several times, they always promise to call me back or send an engineer at my site, but nothing of that sort happened.

                                        i have lodged the same complaint over 10 times but they have shown no response. they also took a Rs500 cheque from me which has been cashed.

                                        out of the many complaint id's they have given me, i am writing two of them. please take immediate action and help me out.

                                        Horrible service in Mumbai, i am facing the slow speed of internet even after calling the customer care there is no change. all my issue raised have been closed but the issue of speed still exists, no help from the technical support team.
