I am facing issues with Tikona Digital Network Broadband.I have taken a boadband connection of 1Mbps.It worked fine for one month and after that at night from round about 7:00Pm the speed drops down to as low as 100kbps till I have no clue when it get up. This is horrible.N no of complains has been raised but with no resolution.The complains are being closed at random without the consent of the client.

I have used Tikona services for over 1.5 yrs and I had to request them for change of address in the month of Feb,2012. But due to some Techincal issue my service is topped working just in 1-2 month.

I took a broadband connection from Tikona on 24th of April 2013. The connection was supposed to give me a 4mbps speed. I am sure she was lying as she was not even able to talk properly neither in english nor in hindi. Its been more than a month than I have been facing frequent internet disconnection. After complaining about the issue daily they did solved the issue (previous one) but the solution lasted for only few days. Now I am again facing the same issue.

I have been customer of this company for more than 2 years.
One day they disconnected my number without prior notice. I had informed them that I am out of town & pay their bill soon. Yet inspite of the fact that I had always payed their bill on time they disconnected my line. When I came back there was no connection from tikona. I called them to please come home & connect my service & take their bill....

I bought a broad band connection last year from Tikona Digital Networks. The service was so bad that i called the customer care to discontinue my service. They did not do so even after repeated calling for a week or so.

I also sent them an email to stop the service and refund me the money for the few months advance deposit that they had taken from me. But they kept sending me monthly bills.
