Hi,

I had purchased Tikona broadband connection and was shows that the Tikona provides good connection and internet speed and it working for first few months as well.

The more connection was purchased in my area the worse the connectivity, I made many complaints but did not get any resolution. I finally informed Tikona support if they are not able to resolve my issue then I would like to disconnect their service.

No resolution was provided from Tikona, so I switched to Reliance Broadband and I am very happy with it.

Now I receive threatening email from Tikona to pay the entire, I mentioned to Tikona as I do not have issue paying the bill in which the service worked or before the complaint was logged and got no resolution.

The email sent from my end are not even read by Tikona support and they keep send me the same email again and again and threaten me for the same, Tikona is the worst service service provider in terms of customer service, connection, after sales service.

I will never suggest anyone to go for Tikona service and those who are using Tikona service, I will also recommend them to discontinue and switch to a better service provider.

Hi,

I started using the Tikona services starting from March 2011 and paid my bills on-time reguarly.

There were numerious times, I notified you about the connectivity and speed issue and I was unable to use the services.

If the issue had been resolved I would not have to switch to a different service provider.

The issue was never resolved and after getting no resolution from your end I had to discontinue you service.

Hence I believe I should only be charged till the services were running fine and the time when the issue was notified, .ie 17th December 2011.

This is with regards to the A/c # [protected], I have been using your service for a long time.

I have always experience connectivity issue in every month, I only improves only when I notify it to you.

Here are the ScreenShot attached of the Speed test that I have take on my computer, My Computer is Dual Boot.

Test1 to Test5 were take from the Win XP and test6 to test10 were take from Ubuntu 11.04, in both the Case I am not getting a 2mbps connection, My billing cycle for the month of december has just started on 15th but Speedtest is like nothing compared to 2mbps

For the Bill Plan change I got call from your side, who did not inform me that there will be an advance rental charged but After receiving the bill for the previous month I call your support line and the Rep informed me that the amount will be credited in the next billing, Which has not been done.

If you don't have any resolution to my problem, I would like to Disconnect the service with Tikona and would not pay any bill that I receive from your end.

Please reply or call me Today.

That Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Limited is a body corporate duly registered under the Companies Act, 1956, and in business of providing Internet services.
That you have subscribed the internet Services being provided by us on the terms and conditions as laid down in the subscriber registration Form (SRF) which was duly read acknowledged and signed by you
That in lieu of the internet services availed under this agreement and the devices provided to you, we have from time to time sent you bills for the same.
In view of the non-payment of the bills, you have also been reminded through telephone calls and SMS messages to make payment of the bills sent to you. However, in spite of several such demands and reminders, you have failed and neglected to pay the amounts of outstanding bills aggregating to Rs. 2574. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the SRF, you were under an obligation inter-alia to make payment of periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of Statement o[censored]sage from us, you have grossly failed to make said payments.
As per our computerized billing records you have used services up to .with your Last Session ending 3/13/2012. Your Outstanding amount upto the Last Usage Date is Rs. 2574 considering applicable Charges only up to 3/13/2012.
We will consider waiver of Rs 247. on your total Outstanding Rs. 2574, provided you make Payment of Rs. 2327 within 7 days of receipt of this letter
In addition to above , you shall be required to pay Rs. 1500 in case you fail to return Modem along with all accessories to our authorized representative .


Please refer to Para 23 of Terms and conditions of the subscription, an extract is appended below



“In case of service discontinuation, the subscriber shall compulsorily return all the modems in working condition. In the event of subscriber not being able to deliver the modem to the company, for reasons attributable to their action/account, the modems would be assumed to be permanently undeliverable to any person including the company. In such an event, including a case where the modems are delivered by the subscriber in non-working conditions, the company would charge the subscriber 1500 per modem not returned or returned in non-working conditions towards penalty/damages for breach of the terms of service. This is applicable for all plans.



Please note that the Modem provided by Tikona and installed in your premises is a wireless transmitter imported by the company under a license issued by WPC wing, Department of Telecom, Government of India. Possession of such equipment, under your ostensible charge, is prohibited under THE INDIAN WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY ACT 1933 ACT XVII OF 1933.



You are requested to make immediate payment of Rs. 2327 and give you this notice, that if you fail to pay, the aforesaid sum thereon within 7 days we shall have no option, but to adopt appropriate recovery proceedings, inclusive of legal proceedings criminal as well as civil, against you at your entire risk as to costs and consequences.

    I have Surrendered my Tikona wibro modem(CPE) and full and final settlement also done.
    But after three months Now I received a bill for Rs.1500 for not surrendering the modem.
    But an executive (Ramesh) came to my place and collected it. He did not give me any receipt when asking. He said that its not available with him right now. After that when I called him , he said that he will send the Receipt via email, but he never did.

      I am a consumer of Tikona Broadband. My consumer ID is [protected].
      Hello,

      I am unable to use the Tikona service properly from the last 2 months. I have complained so many times regarding the issues and it get resolved temporarily.
      Worst is that, I am completely unable to use the service from last 20 days and I have raised a complain but after discussing so many times with customer care and in the escalation department, still problem exists and unable to connect through Tikona broadband.

      Can you please take a strict action regarding this and provide us the resolution quick else due to this missbehavior and inconvenience I would have to take hard action against the Tikona.

      I assume that, you will take this issue on higher priority and revert me ASAP.

      Dear Sir ,

      I requested for Tikona broadband connection demo on 05-Mar-2011 from online and applied for the same on 04-Mar-2011. Tikona Sales executive person came on ( 04-Mar-2011) and gave demo to my family members, I thought I will check the performance before I sign up but my family memers were happy with the demo , after the demo from the sales executives they told my wife that if she pays the cheque immediately then they will be in a position to do the Installation on Sunday ( 06-Mar-2011), so my wife gave check of 1267/- dated 04-Mar-2011 in favour of Tikona Digital Services( It is encashed , If you need I can provide you the details ) .

      On Saturday ( 05-Mar-2011) I closed my BSNL connection thinking that I will get tikona service from Sunday ( 06-Mar-2011).I waited for tikona person on Sunday ( Nothing happened ), I thought monday defenitely they will do the Installation ( Nothing happened ) . On Tuesday ( 08-Mar-2011) I raised a Customer care ticket ( nothing happened. I raised one more ticket ( 1-[protected] ) on Wednesday then I got a call from tikona customer care " You will get a call from Tikona service guys within 24 hours" . I got a call from tikona person on thursay ( 10-Mar-2011) and he gave me Mr. Abhijeet's ( Area Sales / Service ) executive number and then on I am getting a reply that "TODAY DEFENITELY OUR SERVICE PERSON WILL COME AND INSTALL" and the joke is when I approached the CITY SALES / SERVICE EXECUTIVE " HA AAP MUJE MESSAGE BECH DO HUM KAR DOONGA"
      It will be difficult for me write everything here , If you need more details I can provide you....

      PLEASE HELP ME OUT........

        HI my tikona ID [protected].I have called your customer care to discontinue the connection as the service was pathetic. I have sent out a mail to customer care for disconnection on 24 july to discontinue the service but no action was taken and I received a bill for the month of JULY-AUG.
        I have referred my friend(ID [protected]) for connection and per policy Rs 50 will be deducted from my bill for 5 consecutive months. Only for one month RS 50 was deducted.
        I have rupees RS 1800 during Installation in which i was told 500 was refundable.
        Please Look into this.

          My name is Arvind. I have received mail from Tikona that I have used tikona internet connection . And the Bill for that is Rs. 2027. The mail was send from Chetan Sharma. Who is claiming that he is legal advisor of Tikona digital network. Through the mail he is telling me that .If I don’t pay the required amount within 7 days. A legal action will be taken against me.
          In return to this I want to say that. I have not taken any tikona internet connection till date. And I have no idea about the mail I have received.

          Tikona — Poor Service & False Bill

          Very bad service. Net dosnt work at all since last 3 month. No engineer come to visit the site. No compensation on bill amount. I have unlimited connction but dont able to use even a 100 MB/month and paid Rs4499 for 3 months. I m suggesting Dont even try Tikona services.

            I was a customer of Tikona Broadband services(UserID- [protected]),but due to low connection speed I have raised a request to disconnect my Tikona internet connection on 14th july 2012.(request id-1-[protected]) in response to which my connection got disconnected on 25th july.On 21/9/12 I got my final settlement Bill 1573.36 INR(Please refer to the attached PDF).On which there is a penalty amount of 1500 INR,for not returning the modem.
            Although one of your technician from tikona came on 12/9/12 and collected the Modem from my home,when I asked him for the receipt for modem collection he told me no receipt is required as the connection is already disconnected and did not give me any receipt.

            suddenly since Jan 2013 I am getting calls from tikona legal colls stating that I have to pay RS 3073 as pending bill charges and 1500 more as modem charges,or other wise have to appear in Delhi Tis hajari court by the next day,when I asked the caller(Shalini Sachdeva as mentioned in call) for proper billing document she stated that she cant send it to me,and since then I am getting threatening calls in every 10 days.(I have some of the recorded calls let me know if you required)

            after that I got an email from your legalcolls department on 26th April which stated that I need to pay 1794 as pending bill charges( as mentioned in the mail trail image attached)+1500 as modem charges (which I have already submitted) within 7 days.other wise they will take legal action against me.

            and then again on 20th June,I got a mail from your legalcolls department stated that I need to pay 1573 as pending bill charges( as mentioned in the mail trail)+1500 as modem charges which I have already submitted within 7 days.other wise they will take legal action against me.(attached the copy of the mail)

            as per actual billing record that I have and confirmation from Tikona customer care(having the recorded calls) My billing details are as below

            Total Bill- 1573 Rupees
            Termination Penalty Charges(for not returning the modem)-1500
            Actual Bill(Total BIll- Termination Penalty Charges)-73 Rupees

            I have sent several mails to tikona to correct my Final bill,but never got any reply from them although still I am getting threatening calls and Tikona legalcolls mail,asking for abstract and varing amount without details or justification.

            My Modem MAC ID was- MAC-20107A65D35C.

            Hi Tikona,

            I was expecting a reply from your department since June 28th 2013, but two week passed and still there is no reply.
            But In between I am continuously getting the threatening Calls from your legalcolls department asking for abstract and varing amount without details or justification.

            I got the recent threatening call on yesterday 8.7.2013 from [protected], again the caller(Avinash(Pretend to be the tikona lawyer in tis hajari court ) as mentioned in call ) told me that he is calling from delhi Tis hajari court and I have to appear in the court by the next day(i.e9.7.2013)as tikona lodged a case against me in the tis hajari court or I have to pay RS 3070 by the EOD to tikona site and send him the transaction payment id to avoid the court case, But when I asked the caller for proper billing document he told that he will send it only after I make the payment.
            This is shame that you guys disclose all your customer's personal information(home address, phone no etc) to this recovery agents to threatening and harassing your old customer everyday but don't get time to reply or send the corrected bill.

            I dont get any call or mail from your department to resolve the problem yet.
            Although on 24/7/2013 I got another phone call(From [protected]) in which the caller pretend to be a thana subincharge and threatened that Tikona has launched a FIR against me as I don't make the abstract payment they demanding.

            when I asked his name, and FIR no and Police station information he gave the following info-
            1.Caller name-Rajveer Singh Sekhawat,
            2.FIR No-19/24.
            3.Thana-Delhi Sadar Thana.

            I have the call record and going to file a written complain in Consumer Court if this problem not fixed within 4 days.

              No response from Tikona service from last 10 days - Very Bad Experience

              Respected Sir/Mam,

              I got my new Tikona connection on 14th June, 2013. Till now I don’t find it working.
              Every day the same problem persists. You engineer has visited our place thrice. But I don’t get any positive results.

              Now I am really feel very bad on this and want to remove this connection.

              I placed a complain on 18th June, 2013 and I was told that I will receive a callback in 24 hrs. But still no reply from Tikona Customer service till now.
              I think there is no one in Tikona to hear customer. This is very bad. Till now I have called you 5-6 times but no reply from your side.

              Is there anybody in Tikkona to hear customer request and do really care about their customer.

              Tikona — Very very poor service,

              I took the tikona connection 7 day back. From the very first day not get proper connectivity. Rarely get connected once connected the surfing speed is very very slow. Lock a ticket to tikona care no one is worried to even give me a call. When i call to CC they said ticket is closed. They took Rs500.00 installation charge.

              Tikona — Very Very poor Service

              I subscribe for broadband net connection to this company. when i request the service they came to my place and show the demo.At the time of demo the connection is good. Then i pay check amt for Rs 2300 for 2 mbps speed.After the installation the speed is not even .5 mbps. i call the costumer care for the complaint several times .but no use. finally i ask them to disconnect the connection but they sending the bill every month. Kindly pls dont go for tikona in your life.

              I have taken Tikona Wireless Broadband Unlimited Connectivity. I gave a complaint to replace power adapter on 01/06/2011 as it was not working.. Till today i.e.05/06/2011 I did not get a reply. Very Very Poor Service.

              any kind of the illegal, illegitimate and crime which is facing by you and happens infront of you.

              please make sure that you have any relevent witness like email or message or letter which request to solve your connection...speed ...
              if yes dont pay money. and file case against them in consumer redressal forum and ask compensation for mental worries and time lapse

              take connections screen shot and use it as evidence.

              and if you disconnected the connection due to the slow speed you can also file a suit against them

                PLEASE DON'T TAKE CONNECTION FROM TIKONA!!

                They will never come to disconnect it & then start demanding money from you for their equipments & usage many months after you have requested them to disconnect via both phone & mail. Even after you make the unwarranted money they demand they will still keep on sending you demand letters one after the other. I have lost not only 2,101 Rs but also my peace because of this harassment.

                That Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Limited is a body corporate duly registered under the Companies Act, 1956, and in business of providing Internet services.
                That you have subscribed the internet Services being provided by us on the terms and conditions as laid down in the subscriber registration Form (SRF) which was duly read acknowledged and signed by you
                That in lieu of the internet services availed under this agreement and the devices provided to you, we have from time to time sent you bills for the same.
                In view of the non-payment of the bills, you have also been reminded through telephone calls and SMS messages to make payment of the bills sent to you. However, in spite of several such demands and reminders, you have failed and neglected to pay the amounts of outstanding bills aggregating to Rs. 902. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the SRF, you were under an obligation inter-alia to make payment of periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of Statement o[censored]sage from us, you have grossly failed to make said payments.
                As per our computerized billing records you have used services up to .with your Last Session ending 7/16/2012. Your Outstanding amount upto the Last Usage Date is Rs.902 considering applicable Charges only up to 7/16/2012.
                We will consider waiver of Rs 301. on your total Outstanding Rs. 902, provided you make Payment of Rs.601 within 7 days of receipt of this letter
                In addition to above , you shall be required to pay Rs. 1500 in case you fail to return Modem along with all accessories to our authorized representative .

                “In case of service discontinuation, the subscriber shall compulsorily return all the modems in working condition. In the event of subscriber not being able to deliver the modem to the company, for reasons attributable to their action/account, the modems would be assumed to be permanently undeliverable to any person including the company. In such an event, including a case where the modems are delivered by the subscriber in non-working conditions, the company would charge the subscriber 1500 per modem not returned or returned in non-working conditions towards penalty/damages for breach of the terms of service. This is applicable for all plans.



                Please note that the Modem provided by Tikona and installed in your premises is a wireless transmitter imported by the company under a license issued by WPC wing, Department of Telecom, Government of India. Possession of such equipment, under your ostensible charge, is prohibited under THE INDIAN WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY ACT 1933 ACT XVII OF 1933.

First please check with my neighbour then incase you don't get it from her, it is your firm's people fault for not collecting for a very long time.                 I have requested for termination of services from more than 3 months - the serivces is not disconected and bill are being sent.

                I have given cheque of Rs 2500/ on 03/02/2012 in order to get a Router & a static IP,but unfortunately no one has turned up,for the further process,after speaking to customer care ,it was told that our amount paid is not reflected on you system,but our Bank statement says that the amount of Rs 2500/ has been debited on 12/02/2012 in the A/C Of Tikona Digitals Network pvt ltd.I am very disappointed in how long this is taking.
                Almost everyday I am speaking to their customer care but no one is giving right response.                   I had got a Tikona broadband connection on November 2011 because the Tikona salesperson told me that a limited offer was going on and if I take a connection quickly before the offer expires, I will get no bills for the first 2 months. I had heard of salespeople fooling customers and hence when the Tikona salesperson came home to get the subscription form filled and get the initial payment, I got him to sign on paper that there will be no bills for the first 2 months. I clearly told him that it was only for this offer that I was taking the connection. After some days however I got a bill from Tikona. I mailed Tikona customer care about the offer and to correct the bill. They later reply that there is no such offer. I told them that it was promised by the Tikona salesperson and if it is not corrected I will disconnect the connection. By this time I had got the second bill also and when the Tikona Billing did not agree to give me what was promised initially and told me to pay or else face disconnection, I disconnected the connection. I continued to receive bills for couple of months and when I called and informed the case, it stopped. Then mid of 2012, there was a person from the collection agency at my house. When I showed him the signed paper of the Tikona representative and explained how the Tikona representative had cheated me, he left. Now about a few weeks back I am again getting mails from “Tikona Legal Collections” asking me to pay. I am really annoyed with this. How many times should I keep explaining them what happened? I had scanned and sent the signed paper to the Tikona customer care, Tikona collection agency and now the Tikona legal collection. In spite of this, for the second time, Tikona legal collection has sent a mail last week asking for payment. If somebody has to pay, it has to be Tikona for cheating and selling a connection and for the agony for pestering and threatening. Is this the way to do business? Luckily I have the sign and the employee ID of the Tikona representative.

                  Tikona the CHEATERS stay away from them

                  I applied for Tikona connection on 7th Feb 2010 their sales person came to my place and took the cheque and other documents saying that my connection will be done in 2 days. However nobody came in 2 days and after repeatedly calls to their customer service an engineer came after 6 days and he told me that they cant install connection at my place as there is no range in my area.So i asked him why did your sales person did not inform me that there is no range in my area. he said sales people have to do these to sell there product. Later on i called up their customer service asking for my cheque to be returned the people said that they will return the money in 48 working. However today is 14th April and my money has not been returned there customer service keep on saying that my money would be returned in 48 hrs but that never happened.

                  Hi, I finally got a no dues mail from you on 23July. But the next day i got mail from legal collection asking me to pay. When I informed about this to you, I was told that this will not happen again. Today I got a call from a lady saying that she is an advocate and was harassing me for payment. When I told her that there was no dues, she would not accept and kept saying that I had to pay. She would not accept that there was no dues. She kept saying that unless I paid and gave her the transaction id, she would forward the case to court. After harassing for more that 30 minutes, she said that she is forwarding the case tocourt.

                  What is happening here. Why is there loss of communication between you and the legal team.If she is your lawyer you should communicate the no dues to her. How are you planning to resolve this issue?

                    I am facing issues with Tikona Digital Network Broadband.I have taken a boadband connection of 1Mbps.It worked fine for one month and after that at night from round about 7:00Pm the speed drops down to as low as 100kbps till I have no clue when it get up. This is horrible.N no of complains has been raised but with no resolution.The complains are being closed at random without the consent of the client.

                    And on top of that there is no waiver of fees as they are not providing you the promised service.This is brad daylight robberyHope to get some help from here.Hope people read it and stay away from these guys.

                      Hi,

                      I am using tikona broadband connection for 2 months and now i have to go out of town for 1 month so i wanted to surrender the connection for that time period,
                      So i don't have to pay the bill for that period. I talked to Customer care they said make a payment of 111 as a fee for surrendering and surrender the connection.

                      I made the payment and now they are saying that i can not surrender as it is company policy not to surrender before 3 months.

                      Now i have to pay for the period even if i am not using.

                      This is completely wrong when i am paying a fee to surrender they won't let me surrender.

                        I purchased Tikona Internet service on the promise by a agent who came on calling Tikona service no, that I will get One month free usage then it will be monthly payment. I paid Rs.1500/- to the agent.
                        After the payment I received call saying that I have paid payment to the agent from other area so in the future I will not get service so I called up the senior person who gave me connection, he said he will sort out there will be no problem & I got my service activated.
                        It did not work properly initially so I had to lodge complaint & I got it serviced started by the Tikona.
                        Within a few days I received a bill from Tikona stating a due of few hundred Rupee so I called up the the company asking why I have been charged since It it s free for 1st month.

                        Then I was using the Internet service, modem of which is installed on steel rod of my window grill with plastic wire by Tikona at 801, Amrut Ashish, Natwar Nagar Road No.4, Jogeshwari(East), Mumbai-400060 and Internet was disconnecting frequently & all of sudden it got disconnected & I kept on calling no reply from them on service except since recent time when I started receiving Emails from the legal department of Tikona. to the emails I have raised query but they are not answering me I have never denied if they prove the dues or return of their Modem which is disconnected.

                        In fact I received call from Mumbai Tikona for taking back the Modem since time of disconnection but no one has turned up for modem.

                        I received call on my mobile from from a lady by a no [protected] on today i.e 22nd June 2013 at 10.33 am saying that she is CALLING FROM TIS HAZARI COURT Delhi & SHE HAS RECEIVED A Case AGAINST ME for outstanding payable by me to a company Tikona, Then she gave line to a advocate named Mr. Sharma.I spoke to him & told him that I have not received reply of my Emails from Tikona.He has promised me that he will tell Tikona to send reply to my query.

                        I am a sick person in December month ,I had a massive Heart attack & I went through a operation.

                        They give service in Mumbai & claim in Delhi court?
                        This arm twisting by such a large company is shameful even though they are yet to reply to me.

                        Someone named tripathi calling saying that bill isnt paid for tikona.. But i have paid all the bills (and they illegally generated bills for 3 months although i had disconnected) ...

                        Tikona Digital network is a very unprofessional company. I think they have outsourced some work to gangs setup in DELHI .. I would request delhi police to take actions against these companies and tikona as my personal information is being compromised by them.

                        I also got a call asking for credit card information after this call...

                        They said they are filing complaint and block my passport ..

                        I would request everyone that TIKONA comprises your personal information with 3rd party (as the caller seems to be 3rd party ) and also i would recommend not to take their internet connection as they do not go through standard practices.

                        I just hope police takes actions against tikona or 3rd party... Also i emailed several times to tikona but they just dont care to respond as they just want to harass their customers!!
                        I just regred that why i paid bills even for their bad services.. lekin thinking thats ok i paid and now these harassing me for the bills which they generated illegally by themselves for the service which i havent used!!... ... and now they are compromising my personal information... SO BEWARE of TIKONA digital network

                        IF someone calls from these number .. just utter the worst BAD WORDS which you can think about... They will also say that they have recorded your voice and they will block your passport!

                        i am really harassed and i have even filed a case against them consumer court..

                        I would recommend not to take any tikona connection because they are compromising your personal data with phone gundas sitting in delhi ...

                        i told them if they are son of their mothers go send me the address of yours! They keep on phoning without knowing anything and talk rough and they do not have balls to face me!!

                          Tikona Broadband — Bad Service

                          I took broadband connection 10 Days back and out of them only 4 days I could use the Internet plan which I opted.The Tikona service is so pathetic that I will never suggest anyone and also their no proper response from them to solve this problem.

                          This is kind of foolish service these people provide and take money in advance to trap the customers.
                          They may repeat this pathetic service to any customer.They are fooling people.

                          I want to thank Tikona for my Refund cheque of full amount. On 3 Aug 2011 I have applied for Tikona ULNTD799 plan and paid installation charges to sales guy, but the installation guy told me that there is no feasibility at my place, so I raised disconnection request. I wasn’t expecting the refund to come to me on time, but to my surprise after 30 days I got my refund cheque. I wish my location was feasible, hope it would be in future as I have good review about their network speed.

                            I had requested to close my connection an year back with request id[protected] but I was still recieving bills and mails from TIkona.I sent a series of chain mails to the firm mentioning that I have already asked to close the connection but the request was pending at their end but there was no action taken. Now I am recieving a series of legal notices mentioning that I am liable to pay an extra amount for settlement.These kind of mails harass the constumer and I find them just to be a means of fetching money by threatning the customer. I have copies of all the mails that I sent to them. Poor customer service from their end has been the core reason of me having to withdraw my connection. And with Tikona many of my friends have the same story to tell. Such firms shut definitely be shut down and treated a lesson.Need your urgent and kind help.

                            I think I will have to sue your firm to the highest level now to find justice against consumer rights! Despite my continuos mails I am still reacieving warning legal notices! I had closed my connection on 2nd feb 2012! But your never endings bills and mails did not stop even then and tthus matter hasnt been.sorted out till now!! A n excellent example of how worse ffirms can possibly be. IIN MY OPINION SHUTTING DOWN OF SUCH FIRMS IS ONLY WAY TO TEACG A LESSON!

                              I have used Tikona services for over 1.5 yrs and I had to request them for change of address in the month of Feb,2012. I have waited for one month, no one showed up and I had to request them for disconnection in March,2012. In either the case, they didn't respond and even when I called them, they failed to sent an executive and provide me the sufficient information regarding this issue.
                              After six months their service person showed up and asked me for pending bill for which I haven't used their connection and even I requested him for disconnection. Then, he disconnected my connection, took his router and gave me the receipt. Shocking news is, he said my connection has been issued to another person in my area and they asked me the bill for that. When I refused, they realized that matter and changed the connection address to another person who is using now.
                              Now, after 1 yr. I am getting a mail from their legal dept. ([protected]@tikona.in) saying that I have to pay 2486/- with regard to their pending amount. When I spoke to that legal person and customer care executive, they are saying that I need to pay the money which ever they mentioned with out asking any questions. Even the worst news is, they DON'T have any records saying that I have requested for disconnection and they are rubbing the statement that my connection has been discontinued because of pending bills which wasn't.
                              How can I pay the bill for which I have not used any service?? I would like to see the documents what ever they got for writing such mails..!! also, I would like to request the tikona people to stop their bluffing to consumers and provide some good service. I hope I will get a favorable reply !!

                              Tikona — false billing and not transferring connection

                              [protected] is tikona customer id. I got transfered from mumbai to hyderabad and requested for transfer of connection.

                              Tikona customer care agreed to this and asked me to carry the equipment myself. I had raised a trasfer request on 04 june 2011.

                              My new address is hyderabad falls under the pin code 500062 for which tikona has agreed to install.

                              i gave 20 transfer request calls to tikona customer care and sent many emails with address proof to [protected]@tikona.in.


                              everytime they register a complaint and nobody turns up to install.

                              However they have accumulated bill since 04 june 2011 till date.

                              why should i pay for no usage because of tikona bad service in not transferring the connection???

                              i am shashikant, i got a connection in mumbai for that i paid 1100.00 rs as an advance, and used it almost 1.5yrs, at the time of my transfer i called them to remove my connection but they wont turned up so i simply took connection out and paid all bills till date after that the keep mailing me to make another payment which was about 600.00 rs but when i asked them about my money which was deposited while taking connection, they are not able to answer it,

                                I may like to inform you that I had requested for availing Internet broadband facility from M/s Tikona in the month of August 2010, which was initially for six months, payment of which was made in advance through cheque.

                                On the completion of six months, due to poor connectivity in our area, I telephonically requested your Customer Care personnel to disconnect the broadband service provided to me. I got the same disconnected in Feb.2011. On my request your company Service Engineer/Representative came and collected the paraphernalia provided for this connection. I requested for receipt of accessories which he collected. He told me we don’t have any receipt book and ensure that he will deposit the equipment etc. and get the same cleared from my record. After disconnection of connection, bill for next six months was generated. I though it may happen due to some communications gap. On receipt of bill, I conveyed to your customer care personnel that I had got disconnected the broadband service provided to me and requested them to correct their record and my connection may be treated as disconnect.

                                Afterwards I used to get phone calls from your customer care centre for payment when they generate bill for the next six months. Every time I informed your customer care personnel about the status of broadband connection due to unsatisfactory signal in my premises.

                                To my utter surprise, yesterday (June 16, 2013). I got a call from one Mr. Vidya Prakash (stated to be advocate engaged by your company from Mumbai ) from his mobile No. [protected] informing that an outstanding amount to the tune of Rs. 3500 approx. is pending for payment and requested for making the aforesaid payment immediately. In case I fail to make the aforesaid payment, a penalty will be levied which is quite shocking, when I have not use your services why I should pay the outstanding amount which has been due to carelessness of your accounts section and customer care. I made the payment for the period I availed your services that too in advance.

                                To enquire about the status, I approached to your customer care centre yesterday - June 16, 2013 (Call Reference No. 1-[protected]), I shocked to hear that they don’t have any record viz. request for my disconnection, accessories etc. surrendered at the time of disconnection and when I last log in to your broadband service etc. And if they have no information about my last log in; how can they generate the bill?

                                In view of above, I may request you to direct your Customer Care head to see the affairs and set right the record and the bills raised up to date may be treated as nil and settle my case. I may be informed favorably.

                                Broadband — disconnection of broadband and excess bill raised

                                Sir,

                                In the month of July 09 I had been availing tariff plan of 250/ month. For the said month I reeived bill for Rs.2500/-(Approx). I send a letter to your Vaishali office requesting for disconnection of broadband connection. Your representative called me later and offered me reduction of bill by Rs.500/-(Approx) and new tariff plan of Rs.649/-month with 20% discount. I agreed and accordingly depositted an amount of Rs.3500/- ( excess by Rs.500/-) instead of Rs.3000/-. In the next month I again received a bill for Rs.3082/-. Several time I contacted on "121" and help centre and somany time I rceived call from your representative but did not succeed to get the solution. My request is that the bill of Rs.3082/- has been issued against the promise made by your personnel i.e. change of plan w.e.f. 01.08.09 ( to Rs.649/-pr month), hence the same should be reassessed as per tariff plan 649/- with discount of 20% and giving adjustment of rs.500/-(approx). I am ready to pay differential amount if any. I also requested for immediate disconnection but you people are not taking cognigence of my request.
                                The other aspect of this problem is that your personnel repeatedly calls me and says that if I am ready to continue tehconnection only than they (Airtel) will reduced the bill by giving adjustment. This is blackmailing. I request you that this all comes under teh category of harrassment, cheating and forgery. If you still continue this trend I would have no option but to registered a cheating case against you people. I alo request to deal with me in writing not oral/verbal. My connection should be discontinued immediately. I will not pay any amount for coming days w.e.f 01.09.09.

                                  I started using their service by paying Rs.2000 on 3rd August 2012 for the plan ADULQ512K(which is a 3 month unlimited plan and the speed will be 512kbps). The Salesman was Ramesh Ph: [protected] and his Team leader Veera Ph: [protected]. Out of the Rs.2000, Rs.1500 payment was for the plan and Rs.500 was for installation charges. I was reluctant to pay the installation charges so the Salesman and his Team leader promised me that I will get Rs.500 installation waiver in my subsequent 2 bills. Hence i agreed to take the connection and the connection was installed on 4th Aug 2012.

                                  Initially the internet speed was 512kbps, but after few days (approx after 20 days) internet speed was cut down to 64kbps. So I placed a complaint over the phone for speed issues "Docket Number is 1-[protected]", but they said I have exceeded my Fair usage of 90GB and so my Net speed has been cut down. So I asked them for my usage history but they said I can check it under "My Account" section on their website. I did as they asked me to do and everytime I pressed the session history link it always took me to the login page. So it was impossible to check the session history from my end, and I called up the customer care for the same issue but they said there is no other way to check it. This complaint was never resolved at my end as my internet speed rarely touched 512kpbs after that, but their person closed the complaint call on its own and sent me a complaint closure e-mail. I was really taken aback with the service.

                                  Hence I decided to use the service for what I have already paid and as soon as the 3 months validity got over I called them for disconnection. I gave a request to cancel my connection, but no one came to collect the device. Since then they still kept sending me bills even when I had asked for disconnection and I haven't used their connection at all after the request.

                                  Now they are demanding me to pay Rs.3112 as their system shows an outstanding amount else they will proceed legally against me. It is obvious the system will keep generating bills if their persons don't stop my account manually. They didn't stop my account when I asked them to, and now for their failure to do their work they are expecting me to pay the charges for services which I haven't even used after 1st week of November 2012 (unable to say exact date as i am unable to check the session history and they are not ready to send me the session history even in today's situation).

                                  1. Tikona sales person and his manager had given me false promises of Rs. 500 installation waiver at the time of installation but they never waived it.
                                  2. Tikona also reduced my internet speed even when I had not used 90GB fair limit usage, the speed which I received after that was pathetic. I also gave a complaint for that "Docket Number is 1-[protected]". This complaint was never resolved at my end as my internet speed never touched 512kpbs after that , but the company closed the complaint call on its own and sent me a complaint closure e-mail. I was really taken aback with the service.
                                  3. I gave a request to cancel my connection, but no one came to collect the device.

                                  Hi, I took Tikona service on 4th Feb 2011. My user Id is [protected]. Mine is 600 Kbps unlimited. At time of taking connection I have been given false assurance. From the second day Itself it started showing it's true color. The download speed touched it's all time lo of 60 Kbps. When I asked I have been told that this is the policy. For 600 Kbps speed after 6GB data usage speed will come down (not told specifically what should be the reduced rate). This policy was never ever told by anybody at the time of taking connection even it's not mention any where in the policy details or terms and condition. On calling the customer care they always feel sorry but never take any steps. Fortunately one day a person came after so many complain but he was also clueless. I requested them to take their connection back by returning my security deposit back since they haven't kept their words. But still they haven't done the same. Tikona as an ISP sucks for a big time. This is a fraud company whose 99% customers are not satisfied. I request Govt authority to take the license of this cheater company to prevent some more people to become the victim of such fraud groups.
                                  Tikona is the worst ever service provider I have come across. In my case they are yet to deliver and install the wifi router but have been charging 75 Rupees rental for the last couple of months. I went to the extent of asking them to take back and effect disconnection, they have not bothered to do anything till date. What sort of people work here I wonder?                                   My name is Abhinav Pandey. Last month i.e Nov. 2014, I have subscribed for Tiokna Broadband service in Allahabad. From 2nd day I am facing various problems regarding to internet connectivity.Some times it got disconnected for whole day and most the time i receive worst internet speed.
                                  I have registered many complaints but not a single time my problem was resolved. Some of my complaints nos. are-[protected], [protected], [protected].
                                  It seems the best best part of the company is its marketing tactics. You guys know very well that how to sell your product by making fake commitmnets.But the worst part is your service part. Do you really have any service engineer in Allahabad as I have not seen any service engineer visiting my site to resolve the problem.
                                  Kindly stop looting customer&#039;s money by making fake commitments and providing worst service.

                                    I took internet connection some were in Nov Dec-12 that is quarterly plan.
                                    But due to some Techincal issue my service is topped working just in 1-2 month.

                                    Today i have got a call from Delhi court. for saying that i have to do a payment of Rs 1700/-.I made this payment.
                                    Right now i was on call with customer care as usual,No one know what happened to my connection.Finally I have asked then to re close my connection.

                                      I took a broadband connection from Tikona on 24th of April 2013. The connection was supposed to give me a 4mbps speed. About 3 to 4 days after the connection was activated, i started noticing very low speeds. I called the Tikona Support line and i was promised that the issue will be fixed in the next 24 to 48 hours. So i waited and nothing happened. I called them again and i was told the exact same thing. I waited patiently again for 2 to 3 days. This time issue became even more worse, it was not even letting me to login to Tikona broadband, after multiple attempts i managed to login to their broadband portal and found that i was getting a speed of 30 to 40 kbps. I called them again and this time they said there was an issue with the server located in my area and they will escalate the issue to their network team and get the issue fixed. I waited patiently again for almost a week and nothing happened. Finally i received a call from Tikona and i was informed that the issue was fixed. I checked and found that was not true. I called them back to inform the same and this time they said they send a technician home to check the wireless unit installed on my house. The person visited the place and moved the wireless unit to a different place on the terrace and said the issue is fixed. Luckily, it worked for 2 days and then i started facing the same issue.

                                      By this time I was very disappointed and frustrated. I kept on calling them and kept of giving me the same reason that the issue has been escalated to the network team and they will fix it. One full month had already passed by this time and i did not get to use the broadband for at least a week after the i got the connection. I was really out of patience this time and i called them to cancel the connection and refund my money. They said they will process this request. The next day i received a call from another person who claimed to be some senior officer there and asked for a weeks time to get the issue fixed permanently. I agreed for it and once again waited for a weeks time. I found that it started working again as expected for two more days and i started to experience the same issue again. I called them back to the report the same and asked them to go ahead with the disconnection of the service. 2 to 3 days after that, i received another call and said they will send a technician once again to check on the wireless unit.

                                      This time to my surprise, the moment i explained the issue to the technician, he replied telling me that it is a known issue in this area and he cannot do anything about it. He also told me that there is only one access point (server) in this area and all of the customers are connecting to the same access point. He also explained that the capacity of that access point is to take connection requests from approx. 4000 users and there are more than 6000 users connecting to it and it is overloaded.

                                      I received a feedback call for the complaint the next day and i explained him and also informed him about the information that was shared to me by the technician. He agreed to it and said it would take one more week for Tikona to install another server there for load balancing as they are receiving too many complaints about speed issues from this area and asked me to wait for one more week. So another week passed by and nothing happened. I switched off the splitter that was in my hall and decided not to use the connection and not to keep it switched on.

                                      I received another call from the same person informing me that it might 30 plus days for Tikona to install the new server for load balancing and gave me a choice to either wait for it to happen or disconnect the connection. I asked him to go ahead and disconnect it as there is no point in paying for a 4mbps line and not getting a speed of atleast 1mbps. Another month had passed by this time.

                                      On 4th of June, i received a confirmation email from Tikona confirming that the connection has been disconnected and they also mentioned a full and final settlement of Rs.137.39 to be paid and also said that a technician will be sent home to collect the wireless unit that is installed at my place.

                                      Nothing happened after that for 3 to 4 days, The confirmation email i received also had numbers to call to arrange for the equipment to be picked up manually if no one turns up. There were 2 phone numbers mentioned in the email, i called the first number and i received a switched off message. I called the second number and spoke to a person and i was told that a technician will be sent home. I also texted him my address. Nothing happened again.

                                      Then i called them and asked for a itemised statement to be sent to be explaining how they derived at that full and final settlement amount of Rs.137.39. Instead they sent me an outstanding bill for Rs. 816.08 that was due on 2nd of June and i also started receiving collection calls. Every Time i received such a call, i explained to them that the connection is cancelled and i only owe them Rs.137.39. I replied to the email explaining the same and i received a reply from them informing me that the connection is not disconnected yet and it will be disconnected once they collect their equipment and the email also said that they have arranged for it and it should be done in the next 72 hours.

                                      Today, i received a call from a person who claims to be a government lawyer from Delhi and informed me that Tikona has filed a case against me in the Delhi court for non payment of outstanding bill and wants to make a payment of Rs.2 Lakhs in the Delhi court. He also told me that the case is not registred yet and he can avoid the case if I can make a payment and send him the payment confirmation and he also told me that he can make the company refund the amount and also help me issue a NOC from the company.

                                      I informed him that i need to talk to my lawyer about the same and he said in that case he will register the case against me and send a summon to the nearest local police station. This is absolute nonsense and I feel that i being cheated big time. I need help to fight against this.

                                      Tikona Broadband — SERVICE ARE IMPROPER

                                      I have tikona broadband services but form three month i am not getting services properly.the speed which was mention but instead i received half.The service where stop for 15 days but the bill sent was for 1 month.when i call for customer service no one is giving response.I also ask for discount but no response so i decided and paid 60% bill.one month pass but yet i have not received discount yet .They disconnected my service and asking me to pay bill.Tikona is doubtful for service they do not help technical and for any problem they take 1month to resolve

                                      I am tikona broad band user and i would like to share my experience.
                                      TIKONA BROAD BAND SERVICE IS PATHETIC, AWFUL.
                                      People first send the bill and then disconnect the service (broad band connection)
                                      Had been to Tikona Office spoke to N number of people, assured all false promises but nothing works

                                      If wind blows or even if it drizzles I lose the connection. I managed for a while, paid their bills even though the bill was never sent or received.
                                      Walked up to their door steps explained, the service was active for a week. One of the Tikona officials asked me to ignore the bill (which was sent by SMS) and now they have disconnected the connection.

                                      However, I still liked their practice of first disconnecting the connection and then sending the bill.

                                        Today I got a call from Delhi, from a lady, who definitely needs some training in communication skill. She call on the behalf of Tikona and threatened me to filing a case for non-payment of Rs.1200. I was surprised. I have never seen such a FILTHY and UNETHICAL company like TIKONA.                                         I am totally surprised to know the new story from your telecalling executive after I got the bill for the 1st month.

                                        I pity your pathetic and unstructured services and I promise you I will go long with the customer forum and consumer court for this.

                                        At the time of connection, the following was told to me:

                                        1. Monthly net rental will be just Rs.449, which a person will come and collect.
                                        2. Speed will be 2mbps till 3 gb and after that 256 kbps - unlimited.
                                        3. If I pay (which I actually paid) Rs. 1100/-, I will not get a monthly rent for 2 months and installation is free

                                        and NOW,when I call the customer care..

                                        1. Said I have to pay Rs.329, in the first month and the scheme is not unlimited. And as I have crossed the limit, therefore I will be charged
                                        2. Recurring charges are more than 600 and not 449 as was promised.
                                        3. And I have pay if I want to enjoy the services.


                                        I simply need an explation for the above mentioned case, else I would be forced to to the court and can also dilute your entire marketing efforts, through social networking and personally in my apartment and all the nearby apartments.

                                        Kindly take this issue very seriously.

                                        advertising company — disconecting my conection without reason

                                        my personal phone no is[protected] and my company phone is [protected] i settiled entire dues of my bill today 2.30 pm at palarivattom web world after that on 4 pm my both phones outgoing was barred.I complaint several times through customer care but no use now the time is 6.09 pm .my phones is not yet re conected .kindly avoid these type of inconvenence

                                        Tikona Digital Network — Misbehave and worst service

                                        Hi,

                                        I have taken a broadband connection from Tikona Digital Network(Delhi) with a 799 unlimited plan. From 1st 2 weeks the net was not working when I give complain then no solution made till now . Despite of all the customer care and the Engineers are misbehave me regularly.

                                        Please suggest me what to do next to learn them a proper lesson.

                                        Tikona Web — Wrong Commitment

                                        Dear, I had taken a tikona connection with the commitment by the agent that installation is free and 500 amount will be refunded whenever you close your connection. After using 4 months, I was mentally harrsed by the internet service given by tikona, it never works, when ever I used to call Tikona care, no help, just raised a complaint and issue will be resolved, finally gievn the request on 7th Feb'11 to close the connection, now after that I came to know that the 500 amount was given at time of installation will not be refunded and the executive was shoutting on me about the issue, when I asked to forward the complaint, no one was ready to hear it, I had been menatlly harrsed due to the service and now asking to make payment and the floor supervisor told me that if you will not make payment, our payment guy know how to take the paymet.

                                        This is the worst I have seen in this service industry, Tikona care is wrost and now asking for payment, please take necessay action against them.
