I am facing issues with Tikona Digital Network Broadband.I have taken a boadband connection of 1Mbps.It worked fine for one month and after that at night from round about 7:00Pm the speed drops down to as low as 100kbps till I have no clue when it get up. I have used Tikona services for over 1.5 yrs and I had to request them for change of address in the month of Feb,2012. I have waited for one month, no one showed up and I had to request them for disconnection in March,2012. Invalid collection of money

But due to some Techincal issue my service is topped working just in 1-2 month.

Improper Service

Service and Bill

I have been customer of this company for more than 2 years.
One day they disconnected my number without prior notice. I had informed them that I am out of town & pay their bill soon. Yet inspite of the fact that I had always payed their bill on time they disconnected my line. When I came back there was no connection from tikona. Customer Harassment

I bought a broad band connection last year from Tikona Digital Networks. The service was so bad that i called the customer care to discontinue my service. They did not do so even after repeated calling for a week or so.

I also sent them an email to stop the service and refund me the money for the few months advance deposit that they had taken from me. But they kept sending me monthly bills.
