I have said tikona to terminate service on Jan 8 and the modem was taken by the tikona representative on Jan 9 whom I used to pay my bill. But tikona has been sending messages and mails to pay the payment for January month and also now for February. I strictly informed them that I have nothing to pay since I haven't used your service for past two months. Now many fake calls had been done as pretending to be Delhi high Court lawyers telling me that " Tikona has filled a case against you due to non bill payment of rs.3200 and if I you don't pay it within half an hour then I will pass your case to court then you should come with your lawyer to Delhi for further proceedings. You also have to pay rs.25000 if the case is won". But I'm sure I haven't used their service and also have informed then on Jan 9, then why should I pay them. Userid:[protected].     My Tikona Plane ADULM2048 Download Speed: 2Mbps (Contention 1:20) FUP Limit: 50 GB Post FUP Download Speed: 2Mbps (Contention 1:50) Activate date today 14/2/2014 internet speed very slow. Download Speed: 285 kbps (35.6 KB/sec transfer rate) Upload Speed: 479 kbps (59.9 KB/sec transfer rate) Latency: 12 ms 2/14/2014 10:10:10 PM Have taken tikona net connectiona and always facing the slowness of the connection. Have taken connection for 2 mbps and most of the times the speed is very low that even google is not downloaded or else very moderate speed.

      This is Manish Kumar Tiwari. I had a Tikona Broadband connection with User ID : [protected]. This connection is a post paid plan where i do payment in advance. On 15th-Jan-2014 I have requested for the transfer of my Connection to the new location in Bangalore. On the same date Bill for the next three months is also generated. Tikona service team had informed me that the Tikona services are not available in the new location, and hence I decided to terminate the connection. After calling the Tikona CC so many times and asking for the Full and Final settlement so that I can pay the bill for services used and close the connection, i received the email with the full and final payment. Details Mentioned below are the Full and Final Settlement details for your Account no.[protected]: Amount Payable : Rs.3370.29/- Non - Usage Period :0 Waiver for Non-Usage Period :Rs.0/- Balance Amount Payable :Rs.3370.29/- Now Here I am not using the services since 16th Jan-2014, But still i am being charged for complete 3 months. I called the CC and asked why they are charging me for three months, even if i am not getting the services, I have been told that My shifting to new location is not Tikona's fault, its my fault so I have to pay the complete bill for three months, even if I am not getting any services. Also as I know all such services should be charged on pro rata basis. Can you please help me in this regards, as first time I am seeing that customer has to pay the bill even without receiving the services. Looking for a positive response from your side.       I am not using the services since 16th Jan-2014,

      But still i am being charged for complete 3 months. As the account was post paid, the billing should be done on pro-rata basis, that's how all post paid bills are generated.

      I am still not clear, when Tikona was not able to provide the services to customer, why the customer should be charged for full billing cycle.

        I had two Tikona broadband connections, and i called them from my registered mobile to disconnect both of them in the month of december. I spoke with customer support few times and verified with them that they will disconnect both the connections. So, they disconneted one of the connections and the other one they did not. They generated the bill in Jan again, my manager called them again and they said it's the last bill and after this, it will get disconnected. Well, it's Feb and now they are harrasing me to pay the bill. Don't know what i can do here.

          Hi sir,
          Rakesh this side I have pay all my bill liability to tikona through online payment of credit card. There is a equipment installed at my home of tikona after even disconnection of the services there executive even concern department not contact me for submission of equipment. They charge Rs.1498 against this they don't communicate with me regarding to this. They told me that they send me mail regarding to this but I don't have Internet services so not possible to check mails. Now I called up several times in there costumer care that take your equipment from my home, But they refuse and say that I need to pay for the equipment even after submission of equipment. Even I received calls from advocates regarding to payment.
          This is the big threat of tikona against customer who left them. Even you can make survey of this. They always use to charge against there equipments which are useless at all for the customers after disconnection.

            That Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Limited is a corporate body duly registered under the Companies Act, 1956, and in business of providing Internet services.
            That you have subscribed the internet Services being provided by us on the terms and conditions as laid down in the subscriber registration Form (SRF) which was duly read acknowledged and signed by you
            That in lieu of the internet services availed under this agreement and the devices provided to you, we have from time to time sent you bills for the same.
            · In view of the non-payment of the bills, you have also been reminded through telephone calls and SMS messages to make payment of the bills sent to you.               They have install the Internet in my house on 12th of Jan. Since then It is not working properly since. Their engineer come and said it was wrongly install it not feasible on your building. In last one month not in even a month engineer has visited 6 time. It has not been fix. People on the help desk said. It networking issue will be resolve soon and it been 1 month nothing has changed

                hello sir i'm a tikona Internet user from the last six months my user id is = [protected], I had already applied for disconnection of tikona service wide complaint # 1-[protected] dated 14/01/2014 & 1-[protected] dated 05/02/2014 coz of poor Internet quality service. The complain is with regard to the person who has visited my home yesterday (05/02/2014) at nalasopara west at noon time for the payment of Internet connection from recovery department of tikona services.tikona staff had come without any prior intimation before visiting my house and first of all he did not introduce himself with his name and designation he did not have any company’s ID. Secondly he misbehaved with female members of my family. He forcibly took the mobile from my wife’s hand and started dialing Tikona customer care for disconnection of the service. his behaviour was very rude and aggressive. When I have already applied for disconnection of service so how come tikona staff has visited my house. this is the way tikona company staff is behaving with the female members. at present I’m out of town and this incident had occurred at my home so I request you to look into this matter and help me.

I had used tikona internet connection about 5 months. i got calls from tikona that my total billed amount is[protected] billed amount and rest modem charges). I had returned your modem at the time of disconnection. I have attached token receipt which i had received at disconnection time.I had paid installation charges of 1500 in which modem charges was also included. so kindly subtract the price of modem from total billed amount that is 1350.                     Ive been a customer for Tikona Broadband service since 3 years. Recently we moved from Lakdikapool to Srinagar Colony and the customer service representative confirmed that we will get the same UNLIMITED download plan with 2 MBPS Speed every 3 months with a charge of INR 3500. So, we agreed to continue with Tikona Broadband service to continue at our new location from 7th December 2013. But now we are getting only 0.3 MBPS since the past 2 days. We contacted your technical support team and they mentioned that we used up our download limit and we may or may not get 0.5 MBPS of speed now. Ive tried to speak to a supervisor as this is unacceptable but the girl transferred my call to commercial team who still tried to convince me with the same details which are absolutely wrong. Finally i spoke with a supervisor named Divya who said that we have unlimited plan but there is a download limit for it which i'm really not able to find any logic in that statement she made. I've been using Tikona service since 3 years but ever since we got the connection moved to my new location i have been going though all these lies. This is completely unacceptable. Attached are the document since the last 9 months of bill which clearly mentions that there is no download limit to my plan and the speed test result which shows i'm getting 0.3 MBPS instead of 2 MBPS. Tikona is robbing customers with their stupid stories.

                      I have been a customer of tikona with user ID [protected] and was not satisfied with their services from the day one . I have been registering the complaints regularly but everytime my complaints were closed without visit of any of the representative( some of the complaints )

I got transferred from my current location and also requested for the termination of my account but to my utter surprise next day executive came and collected my equipment stating that it will be settled . Now after 2 months I have been getting calls from the legal deppt for the inflated amount for which they have charged the equipment as well. Now the concerned executive is untraceable and came to know that he has left the job. I have been trying to contact the appliate authority but still there is no concrete solution for the same instead parallely I have been receiving calls from their legal team which doesn't know how to speak and in a threatning mode always even to the elder people as well.

                      I will advocate to every one not to subscribe to TIKONA ever as they are fulltime unprofessional & badly managed all put together leave apart the speed & services !!!

                        TIKONA BROADBAND is company with no process or being driven by weak management wherein they only know how to remind of your dues / bill like rainy frog which appears only once . I have been contacting their appeliate authority but even he doesn't pay any heed towards the genuine complaints. I will suggest everyone to not to even subscribe to TIKONA as you will be cheated without getting any speed or service

                          I have continuously facing slow speed issue and still you guys are not doing anything. I have complained to customer care many times but stil no necessary action have been taken.

                          If you are not able to provide such bandwidth and then please close your [censored] broadband company and stop bluffing and cheating peoples.

                            the Download Speed is reduced to 250kbps after Usage of 143GB, So, Kindly Consider this Compalint act According to This.

                              I got a Tikona Broadband connection a year back. I was paying till august. But september 4th 2013, my house was demolished by the government. So thereafter i was not able to use the service.

                              Last month i got a call from a delhi number. He claims to be a Delhi lawyer representing Tikona. And he asked me to pay around 5000Rs within an hour. Or he will book a case against me in the Delhi court to which i would have to pay around 30000Rs. He was so rude and threatening. I said, Since my house was demolished on sep 4, i would have used partially during that month, so i will pay 1300Rs for that month. He agreed. and i paid 1300Rs within an hour. And informed him.

                              Now again last week, i got a call from another Tikona lawyer from Delhi. Someone save me from this harassment and stop their service

                                have already paid the due and handedover the equipment and your representative who came to my dis connection said that my account was closed . but i am getting bills and legal calls which was irritating part and not tolerated further anymore .i have made calls to tikona care and explained the same .please update me regarding the issue.                                 so dont choose the tikona my suggestion is to go for local isp or beam as they resolve the things fastly what the joke is even after the disconnection on december i am getting the bill for february 15 2014 .

                                technical person:[protected]-- he colllected modem and diconnected.
                                sales representative: [protected]-- he collected money (due) .

                                you contact both of them and they will address the issue .
                                Worst customer care from Tikona . Even I am facing unnecessary calls from Tikona ... I am recording all the calls and the logs ... I will file a complaint in Chennai High court soon . They are spending more money in hiring goondas and rowdys to collect unnecessary money from ppl instead of improving their quality . Shame to tikona .
                                even i had recorded each and every calls..they dont have clarity regarding the customer status..one person says your account was closed and other person says your account was inactive and the technical person says your account was disconnected and closed on the recory day itself...it was intolerable

                                  Hi, I am facing connection issue several times from last 10 to 15 days. The service engineer has visited 3 times in last 10 to 15 days. When the engineer is coming and doing something with the device the signal is coming proper. And after that same signal problem. I am highly dissatisfied with this service.                                     Hello Sir, I am receiving threatening call from Tikona for not paying stolen modem charges. One guy whose name is advocate Rathod calling me and threatening me that Arrest warrant has been issued and if you pay modem charges we will not send police to your home. My Tikona Billing Account Number is:[protected] Modem was deployed at the top of my roof. And after I requested to disconnect the broadband, someone stolen(I believe Tikona guy took it) this modem. Now they are telling me to pay for it Or lodge FIR for the lost modem. As my billing history with Tikona was very fair also I overpaid Rs.680/- to them, they should return my overpaid amount whereas they are demanding more Rs.819/- for modem charges. Modem Charge: 1500 My overpaid amount(Last month): 680 Due amount(to adjust modem charge): 819 I don't want to pay for modem. As I am living in apartment and I could not monitor their Modem which was deployed at the top floor's roof. I am sure someone from Tikona team took the modem because After I raised request to disconnect the broadband it was stolen. I am mentally harassed by them by their rude behavior and call. My bill payment history is always good. I want my overpaid amount should be return, which is Rs.680/- They should not ask for Modem charges as it was not deployed inside my premises. It was deployed at common area. If someone stolen it, I should not be responsible for this.

                                      HI, this is kumar, i got internet connection with offer . service is not satisfy so i informed call center to disconnect connect, after that i did not use . but they did not disconnect .after 3 month they put extra charge and irrudate me . end of the day i paid 5 thousand . pls friend dont go tikona connection . purely praud company . best go to airtel or reliance, chage high but good service. Dont take tikona connection

                                        hi, Its has been more than a month since I subscribed for tikona broadband service. It never worked properly. My internet disconnects and connects very frequently. The plan is 2 mbps. I do not get even 1 mbps. I have raised this issue several times. They just assures me to resolve it, but all goes in vain. They have changed the modem, relocated it to different places on my roof. This is my request to tikona to cancel my account and refund me all the money I have paid.
