Tikona WI-BRO SERVICE — ridiculous customer care & internet connectivity
No resolution of my complaints of "problem in internet connectivity" and closure of complaints without notification, 4 times in a row in the last 2 months or so. Complaint numbers as follows -1-[protected]

Inspite of putting my complaint at HIGH priority, they seem to close it without resolution on their own, and do not give the customer any notification.

Tikona WI-BRO SERVICE — Billing in spite of cancellation request one month back
I subscribed to Tikona WI-BRO SERVICE in March 21st of this year. I was not getting any service from them (their network does not work) so I made several request/complains regarding limited connectivity. The company failed to resolve the issue so I put in a cancellation request in the very same 4th or 5th day after my subscription. They promised me the subscription will be canceled in a week's time. But after a week, the issue was still not yet resolved. On the 3rd of April I again mailed my cancellation request but the only response I got was that the request has been forwarded. I repeatedly mailed on 8th April and 12th April as well. Now, I got another bill from tikona for the month of April! Moreover, I m getting a lot of calls from Tikona to pay the bills, but they will not listen when I explained that I had put in cancellation request. Nor does their customer care phone number works, so I can even speak to a representative of the company. I m at a loss at what to do. Please help!My email address is [protected]@gmail.com
