Pathetic After Sales Service

This is in continuation of my earlier complaints for Tikona service issues.
I have being advice that due to change of Plan to ZMR2999 there is some technical issues & I need to open new user ID.

Wrongful additional charges & misleading advertisements

The salesperson from Tikona did not inform about additional charges for wireless internet services. The sales material advertises Tikona as " secured wireless broadband". The plans do not mention any charges for modem/ wireless connection, installation charges of Rs 500 is also charged.

What is provided is a wire connection, with "wireless service" costing another Rs 1,500 or an additional Rs 75 per month.br...

Hi All,



This mail is to raise serious concerns about the technical service at Tikona. I had subscribed to Tikona broadband service on June 30th 2011 and at the time of installation the engineer said there is good connectivity (around 64%) at my place while placing the nano station. But, I find my internet keeps on dropping very frequently, i.e. the network shows unidentified network and APIPA addressing (169.x.x.x)....

MISLEADING INFO, PRODUCT and SERVICE too

TIKONA Team is an absolute disaster right from the word go. Here's a snapshot of what i had gone through with these buggers.
1) A shabby sales guy comes home after umpteen calls to install the thing.
2) Post verification, engineer (another lousy fellow) comes just to discover his incapabilites of not handeling the MAC thing for him. Another engineer same evening somehow figured things out and it started.

Poor Service standards

tikona had assured for wireless connectivty for broadband connection. All the payment was also taken in advance with commitment that connection will be wireless. As agreed, my broadband connection is activated on 02.08.2011 but without wireless but with cable.

Till date I am following up with Tikona cistomer Care for activation of wireless connectivity but tikona is not taking any action on my call. not only yhe customer care...

Cheating by Tikona

Refund of money

Tikona Broadband Excellent! Please Read Completely To The End!

Not providing refund

I used to have an internet connection from the said company in January. At the time I paid for six months in advance as they had a discount. I was forced to disconnect the service in February for the most ridiculous reason. Their speed reduced to a minimum due to interupption in the wireless signal because a building behind my own built an extra floor, yes as stupid as that sounds. Bill issues

No Connection No Refund

I gave a cheque of Rs 1187 /- to Tikona ,the salesperson cheated me by saying the company has stopped giving demo and directly they would give you the connection. When the cheque realised ,the installation person on visiting my house declared there is no chance to recieve any broadband in my area.Since then [for last 6 months] every phone call ,i just get the answer that my cheque is ready it has to be Couriered to you,and it will be done...

Issue with service and broadband speed - not being resolved for over a month
