I am Saurabh Zade resident of Madinaguda hyderbad, i had taken internet connection from Tikona digital networks with following details

Since January 1st i am facing issues while connecting to Tikona wireless network, in spite of filling multiple complaints,Tikona folks failed to respond back and still there is no resolution on my problem.
Following is the sequence of complaints filed by me.
Complaint1: Date Jan 7 evening -> response -> madinaguda, Hyderabad region is under maintenance, issue will be rectified asap.
Complaint2: Date Jan 8 morning, -> response -> Issue will be solved as soon as possible
Complaint3: 1-[protected] talked to supervisor: Karthik : Response -> issue will be solved as soon as possible. Date, jan 8 evening
Complaint4: 1-[protected] , after this, I received a call from engineer called Vamsi (Mobile no: [protected]) and committed to come on next morning but didn’t show up.
Complaint5: noted down all above points and forwarded it to technical team and assured for resolution ASAP.
I am paying 850 rs per month to these guys for this connection still I am getting such a pathetic service, on top of it these guys are not at all concerned if the customer is not getting their issues resolved.
A strict action should be taken for their unprofessional behaviour.

Tikona wi-bro — No Installation and no refund
Hi,I planned to install Tikona Wi-Bro at my residence in Koper khairne Navi Mumbai and gave the cheque of Rs 500/- towards deposit however no one turned up for installing the software and now they are not ready to give the refund as well. I was in contact with Mr Ajit Singh and he doesnt respond whenever I try to call him. He also disconnects as soon as he comes to know it's me if I call from some other number. This is a big chor company and I would not recommend this to anyone. Ajit's number is [protected] and if anybody of you are able to contact him, request you to ask him to contact me immediately. It's not a matter of Rs 500 but about the ethics of a company who boasts about providing great customer experience.
