Hello,

I have to pay my bill on 3rd July but i didn't get your bill so its overdue. I try to pay bill online with the Net Banking but it was produce an error so i try to do payment by the credit card and it was produce message that payment made successfully. But after that i check my Bank account the same amount is deducted from my bank account also. How is it possible. Regarding this confusion talk with your customer care executive he checked into the database and it is shown that payment made only single time and that is made by credit card.

    I request whoever reads this to kindly read till the end very carefully. My net has not been working since 26th July 2011. The same night, I tried registering a complaint on Tikona Customer Care but had to finally hang up after 30 minutes of wait to reach a customer care executive. On 27th July 2011 at 10pm I was able to register a complaint with Mr. Sharman regarding my issue. The complaint number is 1-[protected].

    I have requested for an engineer visit. As per Mr. Sharman, I shall receive call from an engineer in the first half on 28th July. Please start counting the days just in case this time also I face the same delay as earlier. If I do not receive a call tomorrow, I shall count the number of days from 26th July and include the same in the new waiver request for this month.

    Let me also tell you the problem. Since the rains have started, I see a puddle of water right below my POE adapter. My complaint last month included replacement of the POE adapter because of short circuit. The ethernet cable that comes into my room and into the POE adapter comes from the roof of my building. I can clearly see my POE adapter filled with water, and I can clearly see the water coming out from "inside" of the Ethernet cable coming from the roof. To find out if this was exactly the problem, I kept my POE adapter in different spots in my room. When I came later, I saw the puddle of water right beneath my adapter, but nowhere else in my room. Now, the ethernet cable pin has gone black, which I am guessing is a short circuit. Hopefully the engineer should have a solution to this issue than just changing the wire or the adapter. If the water continues to travel through the ethernet cable, changing POE adapter will not be the solution.

    I must admit, the quality of cables used by Tikona is world class. Because of this leakage and spill, my extension board had a short circuit and my laptop charger also broke down. The damage caused by the Tikona Quality Products & Services is commendable. You ough me more than Rs.3000 just on my electric devices, this is apart from the time and money spent whenever my connection has stopped working and I have had to use someone else's internet services. I have wasted time, and have not been able to finish my work a lot of times. If you check my past records, over the past one year, I have registered complaints upto about 4-5 times a month and requested for waivers almost every month. Once I had to go up on the roof and change the direction of the signal receiver so that it faces the tower, because the time my internet stopped working before that, the engineer told me that due to the wind, the receiver direction changes and hence loses signal, and it actually started working when I just rotated it! Why do you provide services when the customers have to do everything themselves? To reach a customer care executive for technical issues and complaints, it would regularly take 20-30 minutes of hold time, but when it comes to bill payments, your services are mind blowing! I get 2 prompt and regular calls every day!

    I have said in my previous mails that I shall post this on consumer forums online, but I never have done it. With this feedback and complaint which I am sure will not be resolved in the given time as usual, I am also putting up this issue on many conusmer sites online, including social networking websites. If no action taken by consumer courts, I am sure current and potential Tikona Broadband users will be very happy to read the above. I have had an amazing relationship with Tikona. To all those who are reading this, I talk to their executives more than I talk to my family and friends. Tikona has become an essential part of my everyday life. Now until I dont talk to them every week, my month does not go well. My best friends are the billing department folks. I know so many people there. If one calls me for the payment, the other will call me very soon the same day not knowing the status of the pending payments. When I have unresolved waiver requests in process, I explain the billing executives for half an hour properly what the issue has been and why I am waiting for the waiver and not paying the bill. After this wonderful conversation, the next day a new friend calls me completely unaware of the status of complaints and issues. Generally I am free all day, I have no work to do and no personal life at all. So again very patiently explain the whole story to a new and more interesting person the next day.

    Oh and I almost forgot, I could only use the wireless for a few months until some tower shut down and tikona had to give me a wired connection, and I CANNOT use my connection/account in any other location where I find a tikona connection, which I was told I could while buying the service.

    I will never suggest Tikona service to anyone. I agree all broadband providers have a lot of problems, but you have done a better and faster job in this case as compared to any other ISP.

    Please take 2 minutes out of your busy life to respond to this e-mail.

      I used to have an internet connection from the said company in January. At the time I paid for six months in advance as they had a discount. I was forced to disconnect the service in February for the most ridiculous reason. Their speed reduced to a minimum due to interupption in the wireless signal because a building behind my own built an extra floor, yes as stupid as that sounds. So their representative asked me to disconnect. So I disconnected the service. No one called me once since to provide any refund or anything. To add to that they have the nerve to send me a bill with total amount due as Rs. -3500(approx). I can show documentary proof to that effect. I keep calling them and all I get is a long complaint number. When I ask them for a resolution time all they say is as soon as possible. Their reps also refuse to escalate the call. They don't have any physical address or galleries such as prominent internet providers. They only deal with customers over the telephone. I am seriously considering a consumer suit against them!

        My ID is [protected]. My problem is that they are not sending the bill properly for 3 months in a row before the due date. Its the same scene this month. To make it worse, I am getting an email right now that they'll cancel my internet tomorrow! What? First of all, no1 cancels the internet (or anything) for a month's bill. They might "harass" you via email/call but not cancel. And cancel for what? My records show that I am paying regularly, except for 3 months a row because you are not sending me a hardcopy. I signed up for a hard copy and I should get a hardcopy.

        If anyone from Tikona is reading this, please email/call me. Ive put my User ID so you should be able to get the required information. If you want me to cancel the line, please let me know. I've been 30 minutes on hold of which your rep unmutes and mutes back for a second.         For which the amount for 3 weeks of non use of internet was not adjusted despite assurances.

        @TDN_Support Thanks but that seem to have been temporary fix. I haven't received any hard copy of the bill via courier for this month and I am getting a feeling that you guys will start harassing me. If that's the case then I will have no choice but either to place a consumer complaint or cancel your line.

        I don't get it. I need a bill means I need a bill. A hardcopy. Why is it difficult for you people to understand?
        Reading through the complaints . I realized, I am not the only one who suffered . There are thousands in the queue who had been mentally harassed and tortured by TIKONA.

        The agony began from getting tikona installed at my house after calling on CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER . The agent who came for the installation took Rs 1500 as SECURITY DEPOSIT which was to be RETURNED BACK at the time o[censored]nsubscribing the services or it would be deducted from the last months bill,
        and then the real misery commenced. The services where down most of the times, in-spite of numerous complaints.
        Ultimately we decided to get the services uninstalled. The same agent came for the uninstalling the services and modem . The AGENT ( who always came to us on complaints on customer care number ) took the MODEM from us and did not give us any receipt, In-spite of asking it from him . He just said as you have unsubscribed online we do not give any receipt for it .
        And from there it culminated into series of problems.

        I got the call from customer care to pay the bill for the last month and the cost of the MODEM and the FINE ( This came as surprise as we had submitted the MODEM to the agent ) . (A TOTAL AMOUNT OF Rs 1989.95 ),

        Here the bill for the last month was Rs 489.95 . As I had made a REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT of Rs 1500, I must have got Rs 1010.05 from TIKONA as the REFUND.

        Whereas, According to TIKONA I had to pay them Rs 1989.95 on the contrary.

        Then, I got a call from an Advocate who said, He is going to file a case against me, if i do not pay the Bill in 1 hour. And, He was very rude in communicating this to me and he used all sorts of abusive words.I tried to explain him the case.

        The sentence the advocate said was " Chu**ya company haai, maar rahi haai tmhaari and Tumm ussey nikal nahi saktey . Company tumko sirf chu**ya banayegi Tumhaara koii kaam nahi hoga . Tumhaarey paas case rokney ka ek hi rasta haai, bill +fine pay karr do, wohh bhii ek ghantey ke andar " .

        This came as a big surprise.Then I called CUSTOMER CARE Number and explained them the case.
        They just declined me saying:

        1. They did not take Rs 1500 as security deposit . ( WHICH WAS TAKEN BY THE AGENT )

        2. They did not receive the modem . (WHICH WAS COLLECTED BY THEIR AGENT )

        That is why, we shall have to pay the amount to prevent the case on us.

        In-spite of being right in every front I was ready to sort out the matter and talk to them peacefully. If they Withdraw the case .
        Meanwhile, I got numerous calls from their advocate . Who kept on saying That he is lodging a case and I shall have to be present in Delhi Civil Court in another 3 days in a very rude manner.

        After calling several times on CUSTOMER CARE number, they routed my call to the Senior manager Over There. She said She cannot do anything for me on this front, In-spite of me being Right.

        Again, I got a call from the advocate that he has filed a case against me. And he shall revert it back only if I pay my bill.

        Disgusted, Insulted, Demoralized, Agitated I Paid the money (Rs 1989.95), Because I could not afford to spend my time and money on the court case.

          Though I have disconnected my service a month back Tikona is sending me false bills. I have tried to call their customer service and also sent them several emails but only reply what I get is matter has been forwareded to concerned department. Where can I escalate thsi issue? Please help.

          I have used tikona for about 4 months. Trust me, im now regretting for that. It's the worst service i've ever seen. The BSNL department ispite of being a govt one, serves better than them. Apart from that, they ask you to pay them cheques by dropping at the atm cheque drop boxes. And when you do that, the next month in your bank statement you get the amount deducted and transferred to tikona, but the company claims that they havent recieved the cheques. For which they ask you to submit the bank account statement asking you the proof of the transaction.
          "Now are you a customer or a As**ole??" this is what comes into my mind. I've paid the amount and now they ask me to prove myself that i've done it to the right person. After a month they call me and tell that they have updated my bill. This is the thing that happened with me. I made a request for disconnecting their service, for which they acted after a month charging me with the bill of an additional month o[censored]sage. Its a pain in the A** with these people.
          Since then i've been using Beam. I don know if it's there in your local area. But its the killer plan among all the present ISP plans. I've been using it since 5 months, not a single call to the customer care since then. Worth spending 1000 bucks for a 10 MBPS connection. That is what i recommend for the people using tikona presently. Thanks for your patience to read this. I'l be a happy person if someone atleast reads and bothers about this.

          Since then i've been getting my bills even though i disconnected my service. They told me they will not collect their equipment till i pay the bill. But i've not used their service and made many requests regarding disconnection upon which they have not acted. Where can i resolve this problem? Any help is appreciated. Thnx

            I gave a cheque of Rs 1187 /- to Tikona ,the salesperson cheated me by saying the company has stopped giving demo and directly they would give you the connection. When the cheque realised ,the installation person on visiting my house declared there is no chance to recieve any broadband in my area.Since then [for last 6 months] every phone call ,i just get the answer that my cheque is ready it has to be Couriered to you,and it will be done within this week. Till now no courier has arrived from these Cheaters. My Complaint no. issued by Tikona is 1-[protected].
            Friends Pl BE AWARE FROM THESE CHEAT AND FRAUD COMPANY.

              I am a Tikona customer from last 4-5 months now and found their service to be the worst in broadband providers

              I am using unlimited 600 Kbps plan, but I am getting pathetic speeds many times a day. I reported this issue by writing a mail to their customer support on 28th May 2011, Maharashtra Nodal Officer, Mumbai Nodal Officer & Nagesh Prasad on following email ID's
              [protected]@tikona.in, nodal.[protected]@tikona.in, nodal.[protected]@tikona.in, nagesh.[protected]@tikona.in
              I always get a template response from the customer support mail ID that "We would like to inform that, the technical complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department for necessary action.". This is their response to every mail I sent, just changing the customer support member name at bottom. I always provided screenshots showing the low speeds I am getting.

              Every time a tech called me, they gave me different reasons like
              1] There is a problem with the received on top of your building and we will replace it
              2] There is some work going on in your area where we will increase the bandwidth and then you will not face any speed issue
              3] We don't guarantee 600 Kbps even though your plan mentions 600 Kbps
              4] Issue with CPE, we will replace it

              Even after such fake reasons and promises, I didn't see any improvement in speeds.

              Added to this even after asking tech to ask Nodal officer to reply, I never received even a single reply to approx 16 mails sent by me.
              I am not sure why does Tikona have a nodal officer at all, if he is least bothered to reply to customers and take care of their issues. He is of no use. Also,Nagesh Prasad, who is even higher than Nodal officer is a person who does not care to reply.

              I have told them many time in my mails that I won't be paying the bills from 28th May onwards if they won't sort out this issue, still I don't see any response.

              I am not sure who can help me with this??????

              Tikona Broadband — speed complaint

              today also am getting 30-35 speed 649 plan i.e. 600 kbps plan.its really very strange that after complaining so many complaint on call center still this request not completed .ansd when i am calling call center they said sir your dicionnection request came on 6-may but i had raised it onalso 6may .7may please let me know why i should pay if not getting your commited speeed & such bad response from Tikona.



              Yesterday also sent one mail but despite this no action was taken from your end.please take all your instrument right now , & get disconnected this connection

              Tikona Broadband — Pathetic Speed and no service

              Please be aware that Tioka broadband is a pathetic service provider. I had installed so called high speed internet services few weeks back and it never had any speed greater than mediocre modems!! They seem to guarantee 2-4 MPBS speed which is never attained. Worst customer care and it is extremely difficult to connect them on call. I would like to advise the potential customer to never contact them as I have been misled and cheated.
              "I got his refund cheque but claims that it is wrong.
              Resolution: Convinced customer that the refund provided to him is correct and explained him the complete procedure.

              Instead of resolving the issue, I started getting threats from Tikona.

              All of a sudden I started getting calls from different mobile numbers saying they are calling from tees Hazari Court, Delhi and that Tikona has sent them my papers for a case.
              They offered me to settle the matter mutually by paying the amount to Tikona or a case will be filed against me.
              Even after telling them on every call to go ahead, they kept calling me
              Everytime a different mobile number and a different person spoke to me saying same words of " they are calling from tees Hazari Court, Delhi and that Tikona has sent them my papers for a case."

              This looked like a scripted call from call centre kind of environment. When I told them to proceed, they threatened me everytime with what I might have to go through and told me the IPC sections they will file against me.

              I raised this to the Appellate Authority of Tikona Mr. Jaykrishnan Nair and instead of stopping with it, I got same kind of response from him too.

              Here are my findings
              Even though I was told they are calling from Delhi Tees Hazari Court, the numbers were sometimes of outside Delhi
              These were scripted calls, so they were not calling from court
              If they were actually calling from court, why will everytime I get a call from different person and different mobile number


              What a way to threaten a customer. THIS IS THE WAY THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY WORKS, THEY THREATEN PEOPLE WHICH IS UNLAWFUL

                My self Lalit Kumar R/o C- 772 Mangol Puri Delhi. I have booked a broadband of TIKONA on 29 of June 2011. 2nd of July 2011 their demostration boy came my home and they told me that your home is in our network range and our company give you broadband connection here. Then they produce their company form and I filled the form and give him to cheque of Rs. 1213. I have taken unlimited plan of Rs.599. After one week on 09.07.2011 their field boy came to my home to install the connection. but they told me that signal of tikona network not here so they did not install boadband connection. They give me number of Nitin thier supiour and I talk to him, He told me that he gave more powerful device who catch the signal next day. Next day I call him again, he told me that device not available so he will give next day it mean 11.07.2011. On monday 11.07.2011. I Call him again and He told me that your broadband connection canceled because their (tikona) Network not availabe at my home and your money refund in 7 working days. Then I call their customer service centre but they call me wrong comitment every time. I call today in their customer care they told me your connection cancelation in progress and when connection canceled after 30 days my money will refund.
                Sir, I want to ask them when my home not covered their network then why they booked my connection and why Nitin told me that he gave more powerfull device ? Why he comited that your refund my money in 7 working days ? They are harest me mently ? Please solve my problem.

                  I HAVE TAKEN INTER NET SERVICE FROM TIKONA DIGITAL NET WORKS PVT LTD WHILE USING THE INTERNET WATER HAS CAME FROM THE CABLE AND SPOILED MY COMPUTER AND I HAVE LOST MY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS WHICH WAS SAVED MY P.C. I HVE COMPLAINTED SEVERAL TIME NO AUTHOURISED PERSON CAME AND ATTENDED . I have installed Tikona WI-Bro services on 12-March-2011 with my ID-[protected] and i asked for Wireless connection but on that time they provide only cable connection, on 22-April-2011 i have reuest for Wireless connection via email - [protected]@tikona.in "Dear Team, Kindly provide the wireless connection of id [protected] on urgent basis."

                    But when I recive the last bill, they deduct Rs 75 recurring charges for Wireless connection. But as on 17-Jully-2011 I haven't got the wireless connection.



                    Kindly resolve my problem.

                    Tikona Digital Services — Wrong commitment

                    Hi,

                    I got my tikona Broad band connection installed at my home. At the time of filling form the representative told me that the activation charges will be adjusted in the 1st and 2nd bill of the broad band i:e; 250 in the 1st bill and remaining 250 in 2nd bill. When I got the 1st bill, the amount was not adjusted, which I have also confirmed with the Regional manager over call at the time of applying for the servies. I have leaflet of the Tikona, clearly mentioned about the refund of installation charges.

                    I have also putted complaint at customer care officer, but didn't hear from them.

                    the service is like pathetic, it get disconncted several times a day. The speed is like dial-up. My friends are also same issue.

                    Tikona Digital Services — Regarding Bill generation of my Name without installing the device & haraassing by calling to pay bill.

                    Dear Sir/Madam

                    This is regarding the tikona internet connection for which I have applied in the month of October-2010 and paid Check of Rs-500:00, The sales executive promise that the device will be installed to first floor of your building at the time of document collection. But when the Tikona engineer came for installation they told it will not work at first floor, You need to install the device nearest fourth floor of other building.I have denied for installation on other building, so i have given request to cancell the connection simalteniusly i have stoped the check which i have given.

                    In the month of march tikona executive called me to pay bill which i have not used, I have given complain to tikona care and they promise bill has been resolved and you will not get any call onwards for bill payment.After two month once again they started calling and harassing me to pay the bill, even they have sended bill now to pay

                    I would like to state that if the installation has not been done and i have not used it then why should i pay the bill. I need your help get out from these kind of harasment

                      Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                      My Internet service provider is Ticona digital networks. I have a plan wher i pay in advance for 6 months o[censored]nlimited broadband service. I have already made payment for the months of July to Dec 2011. I have been facing issues with connectivity since june. The connection automatically connect n dis connect. It doesn't work for days sometimes. All the trouble shooting was done over the phone. I was told that the modem given to me by the company was faulty n an engineer visit was arranged. Ref. no: 1-[protected]. No one turned up. I was given several nums to call. Which i did. some even turned out to be from Goa! Once again a new complaint was launched on 9th. ref. num: 1-[protected]. Again an engineer visit was arranged by 8 pm. when no one turned up by 8 i called back n was told that the engineer was on his way. no one turned up. Today i go in touch with them again. I was given another num to call. which didn't work. Then another, who didn't answer. later i called back n demanded for a supervisor, after waiting for 15 min the call was transferred to a supervisor. He says he has arranged for an engineer visit within an hour. I an hopeful but not very.

                      I have made numerous calls over the week. And endured unimaginable stress and anxiety. Also the loss of many work hours. I would like to raise a complaint against Ticona , for their Incompetence, insensitivity and lack of service . I would like to be compensated for time, service, number of call and the stress I've been through.

                        I have been a customer and a victim of tikona for over a year now. finally since i have got a different net connection, i wish to cancel my tikona connection. the people at the tikona customer care have spun me around in endless circles. They have given me a request number 1-[protected] to cancel my connection and made a promise to do it within 7 days. it has been 2 months now and i have had no reply from them and bills keep coming.

                          Hello Sir,

                          I have been using Tikona broad band service. I had taken 1 MBPS connection. The connection was very bad. I never got full speed for full day. Also out of 7 days in a week the net was always down for 4 - 5 days. I complained them many time but they never solved it.

                          Then I asked them to close my connection. They customer care executives told me that they have closed the connection. But for last 3 months I have been getting new bills with 0 mb usages. They have not yet closed my connection even when I called them repeatedly. I have not been using tikona service for around 4 months now.

                          My consumer Id at Tikona is[protected]. The request number that the consumer executives gave me are 1 - [protected], 1 - [protected].

                          I have also mailed there executive but they don't reply to my mail.

                          My mobile number is [protected]. This number is registered with them.

                          Kindly Help.

                            I have taken the connection of Tikona but at the time of registration their sales person commited so many things but as i paid them advance rental for 6months he disappered not receiving my calls and i talked with his senior but he once or twice received my call and then he also stopped to receiving my calls.

                            I have used this connection for 20 days but from this 20 days it worked for only 2 days, so that i have cancelled that connection and they have accepted my request on 26th April 2011. by their company law they take 30 days for refund but today it is more than 70 days but i have not received my refund and when i m calling their customer care all the executives give different answer like some one told that the cheque has been already dispatched, some one told that i am not eligible for refund some one told that my my complaint is in progress but yet i have not recieved my money back


                            it is the worst company i have experienced in my life.

                            they just know only 1 thing that how to cheat customers.

                              Iam using Tikona internet services and my plan in ULTD599 which means unlimited usage for 599/- monthly. generally the bill comes around 650 inclusive taxes.The April 2011 bill received by me contains an added amount of 75 rs under " Recurring Charge: MOALLHO 75.00 " heading and subsequent taxes have been levied on this additional amount. I had send multiple complaints over phone and by mails over the last 3 months regarding the same but I got no response from Tikona's side by mail or by phone, this lack of communication delayed my bill payment on time, however I have kept on paying my genuine dues of around Rs 650/- each month but not paid the excessive dues.However the bills are getting inflated everymonth with the backlog.I have many times requested over mail to Kindly rectify the bill at the earliest so that there is no delay of payment from my part.Iam dissapointed by the lack of responce of tikona cust service dept as after my many calls and mails i have not got a single response from your side and my complaint remains unresolved till date. If this continues Iam sorry to say that I will be forced to switch my Internet service provider.

                                Hi All

                                Eventough there was no response from any of the nodal officers (TIKONA)

                                i kept on calling Mr. Shylendar babu (Person who came for Demo) & insisting him i paid after his assurance only, Since He went to his native place for a week he said once he is back to chennai he will fix it for me, on 30-june-2011 he came to my home and installed the Tikona Antenna & Made the connection working, Speed is very good, i didn't post this update on 30-june-2011 because i thought checking the speed for atleast three days. Now i am Happy with TIKONA (but still 18 days for install is very costly)

                                  this is ch.penchala prasad from wadagaonsheri, pune and my customer id is [protected].

                                  i have given a complaint regarding my service that i was not able to connect to the internet on[protected] at 7:40PM and your customer care executive registered my complaint and gave me a complaint number "1-[protected]".
                                  i have waited for 3 days i.e,[protected],[protected] and[protected] for the service engineer, but the service engineer didn`t came. again on[protected] at 10:30 AM today morning i have called the customer care and gave another complaint regarding my internet connection problem, she told me that they have assingned three service engineers and my complaint was forwarded to three of them and she gave me their names and numbers. at last i have requested for the complaint number and she gave me"1-[protected]".and waited for the whole day for any of the service engineers she mentioned, but not even a single service engineer came to my house.
                                  and again i have called to the customer care now in the evening, i.e,[protected] at 6:36 PM and told that no service engineer came to my house to fix the problem. i asked him to register the complaint and give me the complaint number. but the customer care executive didn`t give me the complaint number and told that he shouldn`t give the complaint number.

                                  since i have insisted him for the complaint number and told it was compulsory, he gave me a number"1-[protected]". while am writing the number i came to know that it was the complaint number given by your customer care executive kalyani while i gave a complaint today morning[protected] at 10:30 AM and told him the same. again he changed the complaint number and gave me "1-[protected]" which i was previously given by your customer care executive on[protected] at 7:40PM and again i told him the same. i asked him how can he give me the previous number for the fresh complaint he made that too three days before complaint number. then he put on hold and talked to some other officer and gave me fresh complaint number "1-[protected]" and told that i will recieve a call from mumbai within half an hour and your technical support executive will call me and tell me when the service engineer will come.
                                  i have waited for more than an hour for the call from mumbai. but i didn`t recieve any call from mumbai, so i got a doubt why because the mumbai team will respond and act very fastly and they will call me within half an hour when ever i register a complaint with them. but today i didn`t get a call from the mumbai team. so i got a doubt and came to cybercafe and checked my tikona account. really i was shocked, when i see my service request page i have seen the stars.

                                  THE COMPLAINT WHICH WAS GIVEN BY ME ON[protected] AT 7:40PM bearing complaint number "1-[protected]" WAS REGISTERED ON THE NEXT DAY on[protected] and was closed on the same day [protected]. one thing which i cannot understand is, how can a service request can be closed without solving the problem. noteven the service engineer approached me and check the connection, but the service request was closed on the same day.

                                  and the complaint which i was given today morning i.e,[protected] at 10:30AM bearing complaint number "1-[protected]" was registered on[protected]. really this shocked me very much, ok if my request was registered on the next day as my complaint on[protected] which was registered on[protected] we will think that they are adjusting the complaints according their available time, but how can a complaint given by me on today can be registered on yesterday, one day before and its status is under progressing and it was last updated on[protected], which is tomorrow. really i don`t know whether your executives are travelling in time or your company is travelling.

                                  the complaint given by me on today[protected] at 10:30 AM bearing complaint number "1-[protected]" was registered on dated[protected]and it was last updated 0n[protected] on today itself i.e,[protected]. this itself resembles how your organisation is working and your staff is working.

                                  and one final shocking thing is the complaint which i haven given on today evening i.e,[protected] at 6:26PM bearing complaint number "1-[protected]" was registered on dated[protected]and already it was closed on[protected]. this shows how your employees are fond of to serve their customers, by seeing this am planning to join your company to do job, so that i too can travel in time friend.

                                  this all looks funny to read, but this is how your company is working. i don`t know who is your H.R. first of all he should be fired from the company. if it is not tikona i`ll go for another company, but every customer thinks like me, you have to close your company one day. even now am sure that i won`t recieve proper service from you.


                                  thanks a lot for reading my long mail by wasting your precious time.

                                    My issue is that i am using tikona internet connection from 2nd june 2011, I am using this network only 6 days, after 6 days connection is failed after then i called to customer care no [protected] for solution, customer care excutive is ready to help but i was not getting any call...
                                    13- June-2011 called to customer care for solution but not getting any help from tikona
                                    15-June-2011 again called to customer care for solution but not getting any help from customer care (1-[protected] ticket no-- 15-june-11 at 8:30 pm)
                                    16-June-2011 Again i called to cutomer care for status and i talked to supervioser and she pointed out on my charecter that i ma calling to customer care for chatting with girls,
                                    and ticket closed without solution
                                    17-jun-2011 again i called to customer care and raised new ticket 1-[protected] ( 17-jun-2011 at 4:02 pm Himanshu(privious complaint no not resolved)
                                    19-June-2011 i raised disconnection request for this link but tikona disconnection confirmed me that link restore and i was ready to reconnect the link..

                                    23-June-2011 status was same, not getting any help from tikona again i renew my old ticket no and i m calling to several times to customer care for solution but only somebody called me but not intrested to restore the link
                                    25-June-2011 i am calling to customer care continously 3 hrs for solution after that when i force to disconnect the link then disconnection team and technical team come on call and help to restore the link, but i am not getting full speed.

                                    main issue only single contact no [protected] is avaialble thats why i am not getting help from tikona side.

                                    I am also mail sent to zonal head (delhi) customer care but only getting formal mail but not getting any help from there..

                                    Now i need your help from consumer court for compensation of my mently hrassment, point out my charecter and wastege of my time...

                                      On[protected] I wanted to take Internet connection and for the same enquired in internet. after that one executive of Tikona, Mr. Navnath came to me and briefed me regarding his companys product falsly. and when i got convinced with his false commitment he asked me to deposit Rs. 1000/- in cash for fast Internet Connection instalation. today is[protected] but he is not coming and making false promises and now when i am calling again and again he is using abuse words for me. for the same i have complaint to the compayns call center and where i lodged a complain for the same, they have given me complain number also.

                                        Compalint Against: Tikona Wi-bro Wireless Broadband.

                                        The above cited private wireless internet provider approached me with a request to take their connection as it is wireless and the speed of browsing would be something amazing. They also told me that they will give demonstration of the service and if we are satisfied we can go for permanent connection. Since they are willing to give demo, I agreed to it and on going through the demo, I was startled as the speed of the internet is not even 500 KBPS and it ended with frequent interruptions. The Executive told me that there is no tower in the vicinity of my residence and suggested me to have a try at my office where there is a tower nearby to that place. I agreed and they installed the equipment, took signatures and one month advance rentals and installation charges and vanished. Since then, I am not able to browse the net continuously for more than 5-6 minutes as the connectivity goes snapping every 5-6 minutes. The speed is also considerably low in comparison to BSNL Broadband. Whenever, I am trying to locate the local office, the central help line people say that we have no need to contact the local office and any complaint will be taken on file by the central help line and they will see it is resolved within the next 24 hours. I made umpteen number of complaints to the central help line and none of my complaints have been taken seriously. Even, the persons responding to the call are not equipped with the system of providing complaint reference number.

                                        I am not able to get rid of this erratic service as I have no access to the local personal dealing with the above cited company and the central help line though they are asked to remove the service from my premises for more than 12 times between 26th May - 23rd June,2011, they have not deputed any body to disconnect the service and take possession of their equipment.

                                        I advise the readers of this forum not to fall pray to this erratic service.
