we have ordered all terrain vehicle tyres for our final year project through our college to triden tyres, pune. We CLEARLY ordered 8" and 10" wide tyres and they costed 20,000/- . All payments were done and finally after delivery, we came to know that the tyres are 10" and 12" wide with incorrect dimensions! We called the company and they replied very arrogantly that if we want a replacement, we will have to pay the to and fro shipment costs (nearly 8000/-). so i would like to inform all the consumers NOT to buy or order any from trident tyres, pune.
