My geyser became faulty, lodged a complaint through help line, attended by the service rep promptly.Was adviced to take to sri Sainath Enterprise at Paigarh Colony , SP Road Secunderabad-03. Following were replaced/repaired :-
Mount Disk Breezing
H/Element
Thermostat
Service Charges
That was done on 8/4/2011.
The Geyser is sparingly used. But became faulty once again just when we needed it the most during month of Dec/Jan.
Complaint lodged and prompt came the service rep in situ. Opened the bottom plate. It was full of water and seriously corroded. I was once again adviced to take it to the service centre at Paigarh Road which appx 20 Km away from my residence.
I did and left the Geyser for check up. I got the call two days later that :
- Mount gone cost Rs 1300 but not available hence to be breezed again.
--Pipes costing Rs 750 or so to be replaced
--Heating Element to be replaced.
My permission is required to go ahead .
I have not given them my consent as I think I have a right to know why previous repair was so poor resuling into such water leakage damaging vital units further. What inspections have been done by your central Agency to ensure quality as expected from an auth service centre is ensured.
I shall wait for your reply.
