[Resolved]  Virgin Mobile / Mobile — Customer Service

I purchased mobile set with connection online. I get delivery on time & activated next day. As per letter i received & a phone call from virgin mobile co. they have to send their executive to collect my documents. But till date nobody came. In between this period i talk to customer care peoples 8-10 times but no solution. Then on 4th Nov. i personally go to virgin mobile outlet at Centerstage Mall Noida(U.P) & deposit documents. But on 5th Nov morning they deactivated my services.I again called their customer care(sales) no. 60016666 & they told me that it was their mistake & my no. will be activated in 24 hrs. but nothing happened after 24 hrs. I again called & they told me that they not received my documents it will take next 24 hrs. But after next 24 hrs no improvement today morning on 6th i again called on above mentioned no. & talk to Mr. Avtaar singh he write down my compaint & give me complaint no. VNT07008422 & told that it will take 24 hrs. I dont know how much 24 hrs they need to rectify their mistake. Problem is from their side & i am suffering.

Virgin Mobile, Vtrendy Mobile Phones — poor quality of product

i have a vtrendy mobile with virgin mobile connection the phone is of sub-standard quality with many problems embedded in it after speaking to virgin mobile about the same it is found that it is found that they are aware of the problem but are not willing to withdraw the model from the market so i kindly reuest you to take action against these people and save others from getting fooled
am suffering from the same problem. as i tried your co. No. 125555 hundred times in same days but no one pick the phone. i m getting frustrated and i going to swith of my cell phone.

I HAD PURCHASE NEW VIRGIN MOBILE FROM SWASTIK AGENCY DURG ON[protected].. HE GAVE ME THE SCRATCH CARD OF REEBOK BOUNDED WITH VIRGIN MOBILE AS GIFT VOUCHER . AFTER SCRAHTCHING THE CARD I WON REEBOK GIFT VOUCHER WORTH Rs 5000 I CALLED 125999 FOR CLAIMING THE GIFT VOUCHER FROM VIRGIN MOBILE .BUT A SLITE MISTAKE IN THE PHOTO COPY OF MY DRIVING LICENCE THE COMPANY HAD NOT ACTIVATED MY No. AFTER COMING FROM BHOPALON[protected]. I WENT TO RETAILOR AND ASKED HE ACTIVATED THE NO AFTER TAKING NEW PHOTOCOPY ON[protected].AND HE TOLD TO ME THAT THE GIFT VOUCHER WAS VALID TILL[protected] FOR FUTHER ENQ CALL COUSTEMER CARE OR LOGIN TO THE SITE OF VIRGIN MOBILE .WHEN I HAD CALLED TO 125999 ON[protected] THEY TOOK MY DETAILS FOR SENDING THE GIFT AND WHEN I LOGIN TO THEIR SITE I HAD SAW THAT THE SCHEME WAS EXTENDED TILL[protected] .BUT AFTER 5 TO 10 DAYS I HAD CALL 125999 TWICE BUT THEY TOLD YOU WILL GET THE GIFT SHORTLY BUT NOW THEY TELLING YOU HAD CALL ON[protected] NOW THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY

I have purchased vergin mobile no.[protected]. when i recharged, without using the amount got recuded to 90%. i tried to contact for the last 3 days at 125555, but no use. i fedup with the mobile and services of vergin as the instrument voice and battery is also not good.

I thought the compnay has made a system that without out using the cell, the amount will reduced.

I suggest not to buy the instument as there is no service or response is available.

if you want to have a good service you better read first the terms and conditions of the product that you want to avail... I think its commonsense to read first the manual before you call the customer service... if you don't wanted to suspend your account don't used a credit card that doesn't belong to you we all know that its FRAUD right... read first and understand what you are purchasing... so you won't have problems in the future.. SIMPLE AS THAT!!! ITS SELF EXPLANATORY!!! OR MAYBE THE PROBLEM ITS NOT THE PRODUCT BUT THE DUMB PEOPLE WHO USES IT...

Hi there,
I wonder why they(virgin mobile advertisements by the computer) have to call me atleast 10 times a day( and that too when either i am to busy or when i am expecting someone elses call), and then even send me 20 odd messages a day, they too advertisements. I think, i by now probably know all the advertisement phone numbers they have( all labelled as Bakwass), and yes the blacklist does'nt work for these numbers either.
Its been about 4 months since i have thephone, and till now i have never been able to get through the customer care, all to just request them not to call. Either the lines are just always busy or it disconnects right after i get through the 125555( and later 9 for cust. care) number.
If anybody from virgin cares, please do something about it. My no. is [protected]

Pl. note that I purchased a mobile no [protected] from new sant telecom ludhiana( [protected]) on dt. 22.02.09 and deposit my necessary ID proof with him.but my mobile has been not working from 28.02.09.
I have also complained to your no 1255555 and also meet with retailer ( [protected] ).The retailer tell us that he deposited the documents on 28.02.09 to you.
