Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

Vodafone — Not recharged with 20RS

i am vodafone customer with prepaid coneection. my balance has deducted due to some caller tune activation and balance became( -26Rs. ) then i recharged it with 20Rs and my balance still showing( -25Rs ) while it should be (-10 rs) after recharged with value voucher Rs20

Vodafone -Sim problem — Vodafone F*CKING service

I cannot explain what a [censored]ing service is vodafone. My sim was not working for the past 2 days starting from 07/10/2009 i am not the only person facing this problem when i visited vodafone care lot of people came with same complaint.

Vodafone says it's a technical problem from their side and it will be solved .

on 7th october morning they asked to wait for 24 hrs , even after 24 hrs my problem was not corrected again i reported on 8 th october morning they said it will be corrected in 2 hrs but no use 2 hrs again i complained they said 24 hrs . I cannot understand if vodafone canot correct this technical problem for more than 2 days then what sort of technical team this mother have employed.
Pls help me i want [protected] this person address.
I am a postpaid customer of vodafone using no.[protected] .I made a call to the c care on 7/10/09 at 7:00 - 7:10pm to know my unbilled balance as i was not able to know by any other means that was communicated to me previously by a cce. I made abt 10 calls and the cce kept me on hold telling me that he was trnsfr the call to his senior but kept dissconnecting me repeatedly . after many attempts a cce called uttam trnsfrd my call to a sr.cce named AKHANPRATAP MISHRA .When i asked him his name he told me he will not tell me, when i firmly asked him to spell his name to me he spelled it quickly and when i confrmd it he told me...R U DEAF OR DUMB...then when i asked him to repeat what he said he started abusing me in hindi he also threatened me not to callback regarding this information or i will face dire consequences then called his frndz and told them to abuse me.I believe this call has been recorded, anyone who reads this mail has to take severe action and revert me with a mail and call me and apologise with a satisfactory consequence by next 2days or may recieve a legal notice from my side for criminal intimidation and threatning to kill me and my family as i have recorded the whole conversation in my phone after i told him to repeat his name.I was also provided with the call centre addr. (c-45 Okhla Industrial area. phase 2. New delhi).

activation of deduction of its charges
myself ashok kumar (mobile no - [protected]) from ludhiana informing to the peoples of vodafone that i am your customer for more than five year and it is the 2nd time that a caller tune has been activated on my mobile without my request on 8th july 2009 at 10.00 pm, my only fault was that i have received your commercial caller tune ad and cancelled it.Is it considered to be a request for caller tune ? And immediately Rs 30 / has been deducted from my account.Again a message came to me to send sms request at toll free no._. Why don't i think it a mobile robery of money .i have a record of all the things happened to me today at 10.00 pm on 11.10.2009(oct.) .

it is request to the vodafone service centre to refund the deducted money and cancel the unwanted without request caller tune and make sure that whoever is responsible for the above problem, warn them .

i have deduct my 30 rs balance in my account.i have want to complant but the vodafone care are not solve my problam and not writte my complant. but on date 14 OCT.2009 they again deduct my balance automaticlly.than i have written a complant they said me :its ur caller tune change due.but i m not any msg to company in behalf of change my caller tune.
so please take a action.

Am komrul here and my Preepaid no is [protected]. Since four years i am using the same number and i have never faced any problem/ issues. But few days before i used to hear a voice mail as dial a call stating that if i recharge with Rs-119/- my all call rates through out India wil be reduced to 50 paisa. Then i had recharged wit the amount of Rs-119/-, but before that i spoke to Customer Care and confirmed with them. Then i wanted to have a Local SMS pack and regarding that i spoke to customer care, the executive advised me to recharge with Rs-75/- and then i can get 50 sms per day free.
Here the problem occurred as i recharged with Rs- 75/-, my all call rates increased and for STD call its charging me Rs-1.50 per mint, and for local its charging Rs-1 per mint, sms Rs-1.
Then again i spoke to customer care and asked the reason then the executive told me that that Rs-75 plan is not applicable with 119 plan. then i ask him what to do then, he said all the amount will be refounded to me on[protected] at 6 pm that is tomorrow, but he also advises me if i need to get back the plan of Rs-119/-, then i have to recharge with Rs-99/- to come out off all the plan and after 24 hours again if i recharge wit Rs-119, then again my call rates will be reduced to 50 paisa through out India.
Then i had recharged with Rs- 99 to come out of all the plan and again after 24 hours i am trying to recharge wit Rs-119/- but i am geting mesges from no 191 stating that "your request of INR 119 cannot be processed at this time". Then again I spoke to customer care and asked the reason then the executive told me this plan is not applicable for my Mob no.
Then i requested her to connect me to any of her senior person and she had connected me to her supervisor, then the supervisor told me that its not applicable and sorry for her executives wrong information and then i ask the solution to reduced my call rates, she is telling me to go for a new sim nd along with a new sim i can avail the same plan of Rs-119.
I requested her that I am using the same no since four years and i have many contacts so i can not change the no, please help me out wht can be done to reduce the call rates for the same existing Mob no, then she disconnected the call.
I am mess up with this kind of trouble with vodafone customer care's wrong information. Executives are not well aware of all the information and misguide their customer.
Please help me out wht can i do to come out of all this mess.
