Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

I m live in village( vill-chetrampur post-chajjlet distt moradabad state-u.p w ) where the network is not properly. my village has six thoushand people population. other village is network is not properly where is near my village.( as vill- khalilpur rusalpur etc.) More user use vodafone service .there are many problem create in talk. More user is closing vodafone service.plz avaliable in vodafone tower in my village.plz sir my request is forward.

i recharge Rs 143 bonus card for one year call rates less.but call rates are change any time.

Today 26th September at 11.30pm I go ta sms that I coppied callertune JagoDurgaDashapraharanaDharinee from [protected] although I didn't call the number.It has been set for 90 days for all.Total Rs.15 for choosing song & Rs.30 for 30 days has been deducted.Before that I have a balance of Rs.23, right now I have a balance of Rs.-22.70(negative Rs.22.70/-).So When I call & want to laudge a complain then the customer behaving very roughly.

my std rates have been increased without any prior information...one day i m bieng charged with one rate then another day i m bieng charged with some other rate...MY NO. IS [protected] and i m using ur services from d past 7 years..and i have 6 vodafone connections in my house all with some problem...please look into d matter or else i'll have to change all my VODAFONE connections...(coz i know that nothing can b done more than that)

I am a prepaid customer, my mobile number is [protected]. i dont know why your people is activatingcaller tunes on my mobile without my knowledge. and deducting money from my balance. this is happening for the third time. and i am thinking of to change my connection, because of irresponsible services.
