Useless customer care

I am Ravindra one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
My purpose of writing is only to tell other people of Vodafone how much Useless company management you are having in Mumbai, no one is sincere here in working.
since last few months and I am unable to talk to the customer care department as the number 111 is always busy. Every month they are charging for an unwanted service.

Subject : My complaint is sim blocked and not working cc care not helpful.


I am pardeep kumar Vpo: Bariwala Mandi Teh/Dist. Muktsar (punjab) my phone no: is [protected]. My complaint is that some days before my sim was blocked puk code block the sim. i call on customer care no: 111 they told me a code no: 315259.i implement this code on my phone but problem was not solved. once again i call customer care no: 111 they told me that please go to near vodaphone center.

i goes to Voda phone center lal ji communication center at Muktsar. where we meet Mr. Sarbjeet singh. i told our problem they told me Sim no: not confirm, then i read the sim no and tell him and then they told me i gave hm id proff. then i came our house. i gave the id proff and rs. 100 of Lal ji communication executive Varinder Kumar. He told me my no: will be work next day. My no: is not working till date 25/08/09 they told me my id not match. but this no: is working on my id proff till than last two years. last time i deposit id proff 5 or 6 month later.

Is real problem Mr. Sarbjeet singh not helpful because he will working with my junior in Hira Automobiles Ltd. Muktsar maruti Dealer ship. his work was not good then we finsih his job of our company. that is the reason he create problem. please do the needful as earliest and solve my problem .

why vodafone came to india it should be better if airtel can take over vodafone . and the best service provider in india is airtel.

Dear Vodafone Customer,
I request person for converting prepaid to postpaid connection but stiil now there is no response from any person and my prepaid connection is not convert to postpaid.when am asked to some person they told address proof is not complete.So I told that person I will provide another proof but for this no response.Then how i get my money return.I requested for two numbers how i get the money from your side please clear this immediately.
my gprs service is active but when i m browse my phone, msg display - "data server not available " my no- [protected] . pl send me manauly setting of gprs . my handset is motorola l7

I am using international roaming on mob [protected] & called your executive at 111 to find out how to deactivate roaming, she could not reply & on request to put me through her senior she asked me to hold but hung up.So disappointing when your motto is HAPPY TO HELP but in practice cus is being harassed.CAN I GET ANSWER TO MY QUERY ?

My cell no is [protected], i bought this no. in 2006 in month of oct. that time got a scheme with this no. that was i got 18000 minutes from hutch to hutch mean i got 500 minutes per month upto 3 years, now my 3 years is going to complete in oct.2009 . At that time of purchasing your executive told me that i can carry forward my remaining minutes after OCT.2009, but when i called in your call centre few days back they told me that it can not be possible .

please confirm me as i bought this no. only for 18000 minutes b cos i have one more no.from your company if my remaining minutes get lapsed than it will be a great shock for me as i got commitment from company at the time of purchase .

please confirm me, i am sure your company people can not cheat me just for selling a no. .

for your UN wanted massages like any service massage because i don't know get any service open in my mobile and last three to four months my cash balance is less due to your service massage.i don't want any service massage when my 30 rs.less to my balance so please this is request to you don't send any service
massage to me if any service is now open than close to this
In June, 2009 I had informed Vodafone customer care to disconnect my number [protected].

Last month it was confirmed by their Customer Care that it has been done. This month the bill has again been sent to me.

Customer Care Service of Vodafone is horrible. Not ready to respond back immediately so that the things remain in confusion.

Complaint to ISO and other agencies is very important.
i send a sms by 12.30 pm it reaches by 08 .00pm or sometime it does not reaches what to do with this problem any idea please send a mail to me [protected]@yahoo.com
