Vodafone — lost mobile and deactivate sim.....

Dear Sir,

I have lost my mobile set along with the sim. The mobile shoppe has said that I should give complaint to customer care (111) but there was no response. Now I request you to forward my complaint to deactivate my mobile number [protected] and close the sim.

I have lost my mobile phone with Vodafone connection bearing No. ..Please bar all outgoing call till i get a new SIM card.
My mobile phone with vodaphone sim no - [protected] purchased in Delhi., lost at 8th of June 2009 at 7.30 pm at market, so please disconnect my mobile no with immediate effect.

since I transfered to Bangalore I have requested customer care center to deactivate my mobile number [protected]. I had paid the dues during Jan 2009 and requested so many times enquiring how to go about surrender the sim no proper information I received. I had given my E mail ID also. but no response.
kindly deativate the sim. and let me know the bill amount. Hope you will not charge more billing amount since I was not guaided by your customer care properly.
