Vodafone — deactivation of BONUS 39

THOUGH MANY TIMES I SEND CORRECT KEY WORDS ie:"CAN BONUS 39", REPEATED MESSAGES SUCH AS "YOU HAVE ENTERED WRONG KEYWORD" COME.SO I CANNOT DEACTIVATE THE BONUS CARD OFFER.NO FAVOURABLE SUPPORT IS GETTING FROM CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE WHEN CONTACTED.WHAT SHALL I DO?THE OTHER DAY I RECEIVED A MESSAGE SAYING THAT AS PER YOUR REQUEST CALLER TUNE IS ACTIVATED AND Rs30 IS GOING TO BE DEDUCTED.BUT ACTUALLY I NEVER MADE SUCH REQUEST.MOREOVER THE CALLER TUNE WAS SOMETHING ABUSING.SO I REGRET ABOUT VODAFONE.SO I DECIDED TO ABANDON THE VODAFONE CONNECTION.

I'm also facing same problem. I want to deactivate bonus 31. I send the sms CAN BONUS 31 to 997. but i got reply as wrong keyword. If it is wrong please send me the correct keyword. i 'm not getting the keyword from vodafone website
I am really not satisfied with vodafone customer care service...
vodafone is CHEAT. i actived Rs 495 bonus with *121*495# it says i will get 6GB DATA and 12000 sms.. but ididn't get anything.. these bastarddss are still charging me for sms... [censored]ing fraud bastardds
