[Resolved]  Vodafone — Most irresponsible Service

My Name is Umakanth.T.
I am the hutch customer from past 7 years.
Now I am baring the numbers
1)[protected] post paid customer of vodafone
2)[protected] post paid customer of vodafone
3)[protected] prepaid customer of vodafone
4)[protected] prepaid customer of vodafone

1st problem:- regarding number [protected]
1)I am unable to receive the network from past two months and till date but still i am receiving the bill every month.
2)i had complained about this to the vodafone customer care [protected] from my prepaid number and they are saying me that they are unable to connect me to the post paid department.So i asked what shell i do for this.Then I asked them whether post paid and prepaid departments belong to the same Company are not.
3)When they reqired a connection they will come to us but when we want your service they are not at all bothered about that.
2nd problem:-regarding number [protected]
1)After seeing this all i want to disconect this number so i called the customer care and asked to disconect this connection.they said me to submit a letter in Vodafone Head Quarters in Chennai,Which is 42 Kilometers from where I stay.
2)When they want a connection they just say lot of thing about there customer care and lot of offers provided by them.And they will come to us where we stay but when we have problem why we should do this all...
3rd problem with [protected]:-
1)I had take this number from a shop near my home where i submitted all my documents of proof.
2)But after 2 days they had barred my out going calls
Reason:-That i did not submit my documents of proof
3)!st thing why they are selling there sims in all the shops they find.Why don't they sell in so called Vodafone shops.
4)This is very worst Why because i had given this number in my resume
and I missed all my job oppurtunites.
4th problem with [protected]:-
This Number I got from my friend.This Sim is Having Some lock system which I am unaware.So i tried and the sim was locked,so asking about PUK number.So i Did an other major mistake That is calling to vodafone customer care.This time a new surprise
1)welcome to vodafone customer care service
We had changed our IDr Flow of service for the BETTER CUSTOMER CARE Service
press 1 -->for the lose of sim and so on
press 2--> some thing..........

...
press 5--> for the PUK Number and so on
SO i pressed 5
Enter the mobile number so i entered the mobile number
it had said me the puk number of that sim.
I am So Happy by listening and tried that thats it Now MY phone Was Blocked Completely...........

I again i tried to speak with the custome care In this new IDRs sevice we can't speak with the customer care support people.
So i tried to reach the custome support people in a different way like complaing for the lose of sim
now it asked me to enter my moblle number
as per that i entered
asked for the conformation
i conformed it.
then again asked for the number
again i entered it
asked for the conformation
i conformed it.
finally i got a message like THANK YOU FOR USING THE CUSTOMER CARE VODAFONE................

My problem was a few month ago... i attend call from vodafone that time i m busy ... He said we will give u 1000 min. Std Free ... I said ok ... But when i saw my bill that was 1400 charged for monthly rent ... Then i was reach vodafone office in sarbha nagar ludhiana ... I told i dont want this pack ... But suman and dimple madam said u pay whole amount next time it will not added in ur account ... I pay whole amount ... But next time it happen again ... again i went to vodafone office in sarbha nagar ludhiana ... I told again mandam it happen again now my bill amount 2000 rs. ... Madam said now u pay
whole amount we will clame ur amount and we add next bill ... I pay again 2000rs. ... But in the next bill it happen again ... I dont have extra money to pay you again and again ... And second thing is my this [protected] ... I paid whole amount but vodafone disscount my this no also ... I have no mistake ... Why vodafone gave me such kind off problem ... I m houner of beauty&wealth herbals ... Hw much i suffer my bussiness ... In one month i was told 100 times please solve my problem Sir g please solve my problem
y r u not providing me the service from 3days... it was ok b4 but now i don't hv any signal... my No.. is [protected].. better u activate my No... immediately..

Absolutely no awareness on why the charges are levied... a strongly Non Recommended service provider

Today I called regarding my bill which I have still not received.
I called your Service Desk to inquire about the same, I got Ravi who was extremely rude and did not know what the POD number was. I asked him to let me speak to a Supervisor and he hung up the call.

I called again and this time I got Moin Khan who was not ready to let me speak to a Supervisor either. He put me on hold two times each lasting more than 5 minutes and dint have the decency to let me know the status. I hung up and called again.

This time I got Avdesh who was equally reluctant to let me talk to a Supervisor. I finally was able to talk to Sushmita who harped about Company Policy.
Each of my calls lasted 20 + minutes.

WHAT A WONDERFUL WAY VODAFONE HAS LEARNT TO EARN THEIR MONEY!!! KEEP PEOPLE ON HOLD

If your company policy harps about delivering the bill in 10 working days from the Bill Cycle Date. Then why does it not give that same time for a person to pay??????????????????????

My cycle is 25th of the month…which was conveniently a Saturday and you dispatched the bill on the 10th day so as to not be under any violation.

If I get my bill only on the 10th how do you expect me to pay by the 12th????????????

ANOTHER AMAZING WAY TO EARN MONEY, CHARGE LATE FEES AND EXPECT PEOPLE TO BE PROMPT IN PAYING.

Iss liye meine[protected] date ko customer care par phone kiya, mujhe kaha giya ki hum apna agent aapke pass bhej denge, aap apna address batadijiye. Meine apna address unko likhaya . agle din[protected] sham 7:00 pm company ka agent jiska naam Rohit tha us ka mo. No. [protected] hai, mere pass document lene aaya. Mene use apne voter card ki photosate copy, ek photo or 250/- rs. De diye . to mr. rohit ne mujhe ek cash receipt jiska receipt no. LDH-8475 hai de di.[protected] date ko enquiry k liye voda fone ki taraf se ek agent mere ghar aaya . enquiry ok ho gayi, enquiry parson ne mujhe kaha ki connection kal sham means[protected] ko sham tak chalega. Par[protected] ko mera no. billing par nahi huya . meine jab mr. rohit ko phone kiya to usne mujhe kaha ki mera kaam to document collect karna hai. Phir usne mujhe ek [protected] mo.no. diya kaha ki mene aapke document inko submit kara diye the, aap inse bat karlo. Phir meine agle din[protected] ko phone kiya 3-4 baar phone katne ke baad usne phone uthaya or kaha ki abhi thak mujhe koi mail nahi aayi hai, jaise hi mujhe head office se mail ayegi jesa bhi hoga aap ko bata dunga ki no. billing par hoga ki nahi, maine[protected] date tak intzar kiya par koi phone nahi aaya, maine dubara [protected] par phone kiya usne ujhe kaha ki aapka no. reject ho giya hai.maine phir kaha ki ab mujhe aapna no. billing par krana hi nahi hai. Aap mujhe mere 250/- rs. Wapas kar do, usne mujhe kaha ki aap kisi bhi Vodafone store par ja kar cash receipt dikhakar aapne 250/-rs. Le lo. Jab mein Vodafone store mein apne paise wapas lene giya to medam jyoti ne kaha ki aap apna ID proof lekar aye to 45din ke bad aapko aapke paise wapas milenge.
Sir meri yahi request hai ki mere paise mujhe wapas kar do, main to billing par karane ki soch par hi pachhta raha hu,

I have recharged my Vodafone mobile through Syndicate Bank Netbanking on 09/feb/2011.The amount has been successfully deducted from my account but my mobile not recharged. Even I didnt get the reference number too.So I did call to vodafone customer care.They told me to contact Bank to get resolution.This is not my first experience, previously I had these kind of worst situation.As a customer I cant spend much time to this issue.Expecting your kind involvement in this issue.Thanks in advance.

I have 2 no from Vodafone [protected] and [protected]. The vodefone customer care at Mumbai is one of the worst. At first the customer care executive would pick up the call after nearly 10 - 15 minutes, when you are fed up with listening of their music. Then they would say sorry or will give you a very childish answer to your query. It seems they are not at all happy to help u eventhough their tag line is Happy to Help You.
