My Name is Umakanth.T.
I am the hutch customer from past 7 years.
Now I am baring the numbers
1)[protected] post paid customer of vodafone
2)[protected] post paid customer of vodafone
3)[protected] prepaid customer of vodafone
4)[protected] prepaid customer of vodafone

1st problem:- regarding number [protected]
1)I am unable to receive the network from past two months and till date but still i am receiving the bill every month.
2)i had complained about this to the vodafone customer care [protected] from my prepaid number and they are saying me that they are unable to connect me to the post paid department.So i asked what shell i do for this.Then I asked them whether post paid and prepaid departments belong to the same Company are not.
3)When they reqired a connection they will come to us but when we want your service they are not at all bothered about that.
2nd problem:-regarding number [protected]
1)After seeing this all i want to disconect this number so i called the customer care and asked to disconect this connection.they said me to submit a letter in Vodafone Head Quarters in Chennai,Which is 42 Kilometers from where I stay.
2)When they want a connection they just say lot of thing about there customer care and lot of offers provided by them.And they will come to us where we stay but when we have problem why we should do this all...
3rd problem with [protected]:-
1)I had take this number from a shop near my home where i submitted all my documents of proof.
2)But after 2 days they had barred my out going calls
Reason:-That i did not submit my documents of proof
3)!st thing why they are selling there sims in all the shops they find.Why don't they sell in so called Vodafone shops.
4)This is very worst Why because i had given this number in my resume
and I missed all my job oppurtunites.
4th problem with [protected]:-
This Number I got from my friend.This Sim is Having Some lock system which I am unaware.So i tried and the sim was locked,so asking about PUK number.So i Did an other major mistake That is calling to vodafone customer care.This time a new surprise

We had changed our IDr Flow of service for the BETTER CUSTOMER CARE Service
press 1 -->for the lose of sim and so on
press 2--> some thing..........

press 5--> for the PUK Number and so on
SO i pressed 5
Enter the mobile number so i entered the mobile number
it had said me the puk number of that sim.
I am So Happy by listening and tried that thats it Now MY phone Was Blocked Completely...........

I again i tried to speak with the custome care In this new IDRs sevice we can't speak with the customer care support people.
So i tried to reach the custome support people in a different way like complaing for the lose of sim
now it asked me to enter my moblle number
as per that i entered

i conformed it.
then again asked for the number
again i entered it
asked for the conformation
i conformed it.
finally i got a message like THANK YOU FOR USING THE CUSTOMER CARE VODAFONE................

Vodafone — OUTRAGEOUS ATTITUDE

I have been at the receiving end of their atitude for the last five month inspite of repeated request to deactivate the value added service like romantic jokes.they simple take my requests& assures me[their few executives name like dharemender,ajay, chandan] but does nothing about it moreover now service provider have activated movie masala/gossip, hungama.without my consent this way deduct re 1/=every time from my prepaid account.i have lost all hopes to get attention to my problem. it seems that I have to approach legal cell./consumer forum to mend and stop harassing customers like me

i had taken a vodafone sim card. i sumitted the documents to the service provider but after 1 day the outgoing call from my mobile had stopped. the next day again i went to the office and repeated the same procedure again. They assured me that the outgoing call will start soon. But then the next day i went to the office and submitted all my required documents again and repeated the same procedure. during this process i was mentally harassed and much of my money got wasted in travelling after this.
therefore i want ALL my money back.

i had been using airtel for last 4 years. Recently i thought to switch to vodafone by expecting good services but this vodafone sucks. It got lots of stupid conditions and poor services. I recharged my vodafone number for internet package and called to cx care to get gprs setting and they told me they will send me all require settings and told me to soft reboot my phone and i did the same but still i was not able to use my 2gb internet pack and I called cx care next day and they told me you don't have any active internet pack and i need to recharge again. I thought it might be my mistake so i spent rs95 again for internet pack but even after bloody 7 hours and 6 times soft reboot i was getting the message there is no active internet pack. In 2 days i spent rs 89 for sms card, rs 95+rs 95 for useless internet pack and rs100 in total for talktime balance and in returned i got to know vodafone is such a stupid and time wasting network. Yesterday i switched to airtel again, nothing is better then airtel.

Please stop making fools with your advertisement, your network doesn't worth even a single paisa. Useless services, keep it in your home only.
I am suresh working for an US MNC.I am holding a vodafone Post paid connection(#[protected]) for past 2 yrs.I am relocated to Bangalore and I have raised a service request for cancellation of connection on 09-May-2011.Till now there is no proper response and it has been escalated 4 levels, but it looks like the Vodafone puggy is lost and unable to close my post padi connection.I don't what to do next.

i am having post connection of your company since last 7 yrs, my no is [protected]. my name is anil shah. i had gone to change my plan to ghatkopar office on 6th may, after long discussion your officer offered me some additional incentive for my no, when i inquired about same after some time, 0.30rs/min was not activated on my no. when asked about same to your customer care officer on phone they said to activate the same again i will have to go to your office, which is really big problem, i waited there for 1 hr, the officer said that i am not eligible for that offer, i was surprised that one officer is offering me the said offer and another say that i am not eligible, might be you are having different standard for diff office, when i insisted to change my plan from post paid to prepaid then he said he will try for this offer, after consulting to Senior he said he can give that offer but i will have to pay 30rs/month. i think we are fools who are sticking to this type of company, who don't care for old customer and they don't good plan to old loyal customer which they offer to new customers, or probably you don't have good plan comparing to other service provider

Dear Sir,
I am Jaswinder Singh Residing at E-54 A, Vishnu Garden, New Delhi-110018, using Vodafone no. [protected] from last 4-5 years. I want to migrate my Postpaid sim to Prepaid sim because of some personal reasons. In this concern, I went to your Vodafone store located in Rajouri Garden on 19-Aug-2011 at 01:45:24 PM. My Token no. was 59 dated 19-Aug-2011. One of your executives Mr. Karan attended me first. I asked him to migrate my Vodafone Postpaid No. to Prepaid sim. He asked the documents which was required for that procedure. I informed him that I have all the necessary documents like Passport Photocopy & Passport size 4 photographs. Then he Said, we can’t do it for today without any reason.

When I asked the reason, he refered me to his Senior Mr. Shashank. Then I explained him everything, then he asked me for the bill & told me that bill will generate on 20th of every month & for that reason your bill will generated on 20-aug-2011. So you will come after 20-Aug-2011.

Then I asked to Mr. shashnak that if I want to discontinue my postpaid services right now & want to make a full & final payment then how much I have to pay?
Then he told me that the total amount is Rs. 2071. If you paid that much amount we can deactivate your sim right now. But when i asked him to migrate my sim to prepaid connection, he refused to do that and very rudely told me that we will not do your work today. So come after 2-3 days.
Then I called at your Vodafone customer Care no. 111, where Your executive Miss Rubika attended my call whose Reference no. is [protected]. I explained everything to her. Then she said, I want to talk to Mr. Shashank but he refused to talk. Then on my request, she called at their Vodafone Store Landline Number, he misguided her & told her that I don’t have the require documents which is absolutely incorrect. Then she informed me to go their again with the all necessary documents & assured me that they will migrate my number soon. I went their store, Rajouri Garden again, (Token No. 80 dated 19-Aug-2011), but Mr. shashank refused to do it very rudely. He misbehaved a lot & talked very badly. I find him very Rude & Irresponsible.
Then again I tried to call at your Vodafone customer Care No. 111, but Mr. Shashank disconnected my call. After that one of your executives, Mr. Karan picked up my call & disconnected. Then Next time, Mr. Ajay Picked up my call & again disconnected by saying that this service is not available (Reference no.[protected].


Then I went to your Vodafone store, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi at 11:14 AM on 20-aug-2011. My token No. was 26 & dated 20-Aug-2011. Mr. Pankaj attended me. I again explained him my problem. He checked my number details & told me that We have already send the request & we cannot do anything. I was not satisfied with his response then I asked to talked with his Senior. Then Mr. Sunny (Senior Executive) attended me & my problem. Mr. sunny informed me that accordingly my request I want a discount & for that reason he cannot do anything which is not at all true. I never asked any discount.
Then I explained him everything. Then Mr. Sunny told me that we have already send a request, so you have to wait for 2-3 days. I requested him to please let me know about my full & final payment & migrate my number as I am business man & cannot wait for 2-3 days as it effects on my business as well.
Also I informed him about Mr. Shashank’s behavior & asked him to complaint about him. He assured me that I will do that & our IT Department will checked your recording accordingly will definitely take a action on this matter & asked me to came directly to me next time.
Then I went their on 23-Aug-2011 at 5:15 PM at Punjabi Bagh’s store to met him. He asked me to make a full & final payment of Rs. 1973. I deposited Rs. 2000/- (Transaction Id- DPB[protected] & submitted all the required documents along with this. He replaced my Old sim (postpaid connection) into New Sim (Prepaid Connection) Sim No.[protected] HL R1 & said that your number will be activate within 48 hours & also you will get a verification call in between this. But my sim is not activated as yet.
People you hired in your call centre for customer support, disconnected my call every time. Then I again went Vodafone Store, Punjabi Bagh at 11:30 AM on 26-Aug-2011 & met with Mr. sunny. He again asked me to wait for Six hours & you will be surprised to know that its been 80 hours have been passed but my sim is still not activated. Now you please tell me what should I do? Because of your these type of service I have to face a loss in my business as well.
Kindly look into the matter. I & my family members using your 4 vodafone numbers from last 4-5 years. I am very disappointed with your services & your executive’s behavior. Are these services you provided to your customers? Please look into matter as soon as possible otherwise I will go to consumer court & publish this news in Press.

i have done MNP my number BSNL to VODAFONE. before a couple OF week ago.
i was useing my BSNL with my college I CARD. and i have done MNP with this
document. but after a 2 week i GOT a msg from VODA that my document is not valid.
i have only my collage I CARD, PAN CARD, AND RASHAN CARD.
and i have submitted my document two times. but right now my mobile number has been disconnected.
if you have any problem with my document then why did you accept my MNP request.
right now i cant use my number not on voda nore BSNL. this is ridiculous.
your vodafone store is not ready to send my document of Collage i card.
when i submitted my document second time i dont know what from they dint fill but they dint send my document ones again.
it was not my fault. i dont know what from should be filled..i have talked to CC many time they are ready to accept my Collage I CARD

conection with 1100 rupees then DSE sales man said only 3300 rupees avbl.
recharge in demo sim and not minimum recharge to 3300 rupees avbl. in
vodafone flexi. so pls we want our help for these kind of thing bcs m very
cunfused for DSE locomotion.




3) Also Pls note when we discusses with Area Manager of our side ( Mr.
Tarun Bhartwaj contact no. is [protected]) for my first Problem then they
said pls gone to Head office and proceed your docs when your docs approved
then vodafone comp. paid your lost time money 310/- rs after approved docs
they paid 310 /- and abuse me and said vodafone comp. have not intrusted
to working in future .And then he told us we want said to our
prob.anywhere you can not do anything . Please advise.

Today I received One message from Vodafone at 12:07 PM, that is Your Data pack is active now, valid up to 06.05.2012 23:59:59 and Balance: 1024.00 MB free. Thereafter 10p/kb will be charged.

After receiving it I Checked it, from whom it is came and identified from Vodafone then I called Vodafone Customer Care First I Lady talked with me her name is Saraswathi. I asked about that message what is that, did you providing any offer for talk time. She told that , it is regarding your browse facility, you can browse for One month it is a offer for you because that bonus card's actual values is Rs: 98, for you it is Rs:10 and took the amount Rs 10 only, so enjoy the feature for One month.

Then I asked, I didn't request any of the features like that, why are you making these kinds of activities. For that she told that just adjust it and enjoy feature. I got irritation; actually I am having Airtel Wired internet connection with 24 hours Hi-speed facility. Then why I have to use this one, please again transfer the amount took from and cancel that browsing facility. But she doesn't respond anything and drops call immediately.
What is this Stupid behavior with Customer call while speaking with them? Then why are you working there as Customer Care/Support.

Once again I called somebody, she is Fathima, and she told the same story that is Use the offer and enjoy the feature. I told her also that is, I asked one lady before this call she doesn't reply for this query, please tell me why you are activating this feature and cancel this. But she responded as you requested that feature before 1 minute (that means 12.06 PM) that's why we enabled that. Again and again she told the same story. She also drops the call without any response.

But I did not request anything like that and even didn't touch the mobile from morning itself 8AM to 12:07PM. I ensured that nobody has used my mobile until that message. After that message I took the mobile and start the conversation with the Customer Support. They doesn't understand what I am saying, why I have to enable the browse facility on mobile when I am having internet facility in my home. Suppose If I activated that facility voluntarily, I will start the browsing immediately.
Unnecessarily they are doing the activities (took the amount) without my permission and blaming me also.
Vodafone is run by a bunch of retards. It's unfair practices can not be allowd to go on for ever.
