[Resolved]  Vodafone — Cheating and misleading

Worst service of Vodafone.

Due to there mistake (wrong CUG plan update in there record) My cell phone bill raised to more than 3500/- within 20 days .

rupees 37/-for UP,Bihar,Jharkhand & Gujrat on 18 Dec 07, but all call charged @ of rupees 2.65 per minute. as per Your all add and publicity , all STD calls will be provide at Rs 1/- but after recharged all are charged at 2.65 per minute. everythings was false. At present your cusumer care take no response.My complaints Nos are[protected] dt 27 Dec[protected] dt 31 Dec[protected]Jan08. Please intimate present position of the complaint. It will be solved or not.reply by email

I will take u to TRAI/all the consumer forums in India.And finally I will take u to the court for cheating/misleading me.

My contact number is [protected] and billing address is 1976 sec-4 gurgaon.My feb bill amount is 674.45 and i payed 700/-Rs for that.This month my bill amount is 892.59.so I my current outstanding should be
867/-Rs only but in ur bill it is reflected 1167.04/-.I am complaning to ur customer care more than 15 times,but not get any positive steps to deduct my bill amount.So i have only one option to discontinue with Vodafone . so Please send all the outstanding for my number.

i had purchased a vodafone blackberry connection in nov. 2007 for using internet services in kenya, at the time of purchased i was confirmed that vodafone have a gprs service in kenya, so i made a payment of rs 35000 to vodafone sion mumbai, but to my surprise when i went to kenya i found that vodafone have no gprs services in kenya, after that when i come back to india i was assured that within 1 month vodafone gprs services will start in kenya, i was getting minimum monthly bills without getting any services. after 2 month when i went again to kenya i found that still vodafone id not havingany tie up for gprs services in kenya, after coming back once again i went to vodafone gallery in sion and insisted for return of fone, after lot of arguments vodafone decided to take it back, . at the time of return they insisted that u should bring the box also. when i said that i had not purchased this set with intention of returning it back so i dont have the box.after lot of argument they took it back but refuse to acknowledge the receipt of phone, i had returned the set on 1st week of feb2008. but as on today i have not received my payment back neither they r telling when will i get it. i was trying vodafone helpline no. in kenya for access to gprs services and for that i was given a bill of rs. 2000. this is how vodafone is cheating with the customer, in last 6 months i lost rs. 4000 without getting any aceess to gprs service.so please beware of vodafone blackberry services. it is a big fraud
Vodafone service in chennai has gone from bad to worse in the past 3 months. You require utmost patience to make a call.

I was using Vodafone services for a post paid connection ([protected]) from last 2 years but due to some reasons I left the connection in the month of May'08. I personally visited the hutch shop at Rajouri Garden. It got churned and I was left with the deactivated sim only of that connection as one of your officer at shop told me to keep that sim. Now suddenly I have received a bill of Rs.3730.55 on my name. Can you please explain me how a churned and deactivated sim make so many STD calls. As per my understanding I have deactivated the service making all the full-n – final payment at your shop. I am not at all going to pay this bill as this does not belong to me. Would request you to please get in touch with me to explain this.
please try to sortout the network coverage problem, most of the areas in hyderabad.
vodafone load is not coming in my town . My residense in sanour (147103), patiala .
i have a vodafone connection [protected] with schme buddy pack (anyone vodafone connection which you can call 10paisa per minute) and i have used this connection last 2.5years. but at present i am not make a call 10paise per minute on one vodafone number. every customer care are not provide that schme.

My name Vodafone number is [protected]. I am having this connection since 2008. recently Vodafone have asked to submit my documents as per government norms. And I have submitted them 3 times...and again and again I receive a call from VODAFONE verification department that "We haven't received your documents, Please contact to Vodafone Store where you submitted your documents." And when I ask at respective Vodafone Store executive, then they say documents have been dispatched from their side.

I don't know what the hell Vodafone doing with my documents that they can't completed this simple process.

I am totally frustrated with the service of VODAFONE. Even I cant find a section on Vodafone website from where I can post my complaint.

Really so sick VODAFONE is. It was good when it was HUTCH, but VODAFONE hell it is.
I was using airtel and then switched to vodaphone becoz of their poor services and unfair deduction of balance. Vodaphone is having worst services even their customer care line also not available at the time of need. Airtel is far better than thaat of vodaphone.
my no is:-[protected] i told them to activate my sim.but still they have not yet activated.they said that your sim will be activated within 48 hours.i have paid the bill on 7th july. i have paid rs:-170.yestarday i call to there toll free no 111.i told him to deactivate the outgoing call but still it has not been done.in vodafone store they just only no how to collect mony from the public nothing else.is this service they are providing.i suggest the people not to go for postpaid connection. i am not satisfied with the management in hyderabad.
