[Resolved] Vodafone — Outgoing call barred after payment

I am using the Vodafone Mobile # [protected]. My last billed amt was Rs- 370.00 and my credit limit is Rs- 500.00. Last deposit date of my bill is 05 Feb 2012. I already made the payment of my billed amt i.e. Rs- 500.00 on 03 Feb 2012 at 6.30 PM. I called up customer care by my cell number at 8.00 PM and they told me that my payment was still in updation and told me to call the customer care again after 1 hour and also told me that they will process the request and provide me the regular services however when i again tried to call after 1 hour i found my outgoing to customer also got barred. When i called them again at 12:00 AM from different vodafone number, they told me to deposit more money to continue the service again. I am not happy with the service of Vodafone as I am regular customer and always make the payments in time. Please investigate this matter and provide me the resolution.
