I Anuj Singh, i am near about 2 year old user of vodafone.
Vodafone offered me an add-on connection with 222talkplan against my current postpaid
connection then I
paid rs 250 as activation charge for that[protected] with receipt details as under-
INTOUCH SOLUTIONS Pvt Ltd., C-161, Hemkunt House, Gautam Nagarm Beside Community Centre,
Yusuf Sarai,New Delhi-110 049
serial no-19419.
SIM given to me was no-[protected].
This SIM was issued on the name NEELKANT SINGH (my brother)
since the sim was not activated because plan offered by intouch representative &
activation department was different than i denied to activate my SIM. after that i moved
to vodafone store "NAVYUG MARKET GHAZIABAD" where i claimed to refund security money
rs.250/- that i paidf for the SIM. they logged my request to refund the security.
On Dated[protected] i have collected my a cheque no. 928416, issue date[protected] from
the side of INTOUCH SOLUTIONS of Rs150 only. While Representative of INTOUCH SOLUTIONS
committed me that whenever u will surrender your SIM you will get full payment of Rs250.
he told me that you are our very old user thats why there is no any kind of security deposite, membership fees etc, we are taking activation charge olny RS.250/- that is fully refundable.
When I got my cheque from vodafone store i discussed about it with store executive he told me that Rs100 has been detucted as processing charges.
So why I pay these charges while this was not in my knowledge. Any how, I want to get my full payment. Because your guyes did'n told me earlier, so this is problem that how you will refund my remaining Balance of Rs. 100/-
I hope, you will take a positive action on my complaint before my strong step against you
