[Resolved] Vodafone — sms charges and packs | |||
Hi , I was using airtel since last 6 years. I switched to vodafone just this week for its 2g services. but all other charges are too high sms pack 102 is just giving 100 per day and as per trai we can send 200 so why not 200 per day. Airtel was giving me 200 per day for just 85 rupees. this is total loot. cannot afford this much . Vodafone must give 200 messages per day for the same rate or less than that. otherwise i have to switch back to airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have recieved a message from vodafone saying that i will be charged 5p for an sms on 4th and 5th of Nov. But they have charged 50p for an sms on 4th and 5th. My dad and my friends were also been charged. can i go ahead and make a compliant in consumer forum . Please let us know wat needs to be done on this issue to take legal action against the service provider for cheating the consumers ..

I REQUSET TO YOU THAT IMADE A RECHARGE OF A SMS PACK OF RS.299 FOR 6 MONTH ON 8TH JANUARY BUT FROM 9TH FEBRUARY THE BALANCE IS DEDUCTING BY DOING MSG WE HAVE COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE MANY TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT TAKING ACTION SO PLEASE YOU CHACK OUT THE PROBLEM AND TAKE AN ACTION .
