[Resolved]  Vodafone — unnecessary reduction in balance without any use

my voda phone No.[protected] . since last few days I am not using any kind of call or transaction on my phone but its observed that balance is automatically deducting from my phone .

Kindly reimburse my balance and stop this malfunctioning in future. please kindly look forward to my complaint. I would appreciate your early and quick response .

Please be informed that the balance is being deducted for GPRS usage, and hence the charges are valid. Kindly refer to the itemized bill for further clarification. To obtain the bill, send BILL<space>Name of the month bill is required to 144 ie. BILL JUN to 144. You will be charged Rs. 49/- per month.

Vodafone — reduction of mobile charges without any information

my name is shakti lal sharma.my number is [protected] .in the previous day the company deduct of rupees 40 without any information .i request to u to the whole life . i do not want any call or sms on my mobile number .kindly look into the matter and rivert as soon as possible .

Sir. my no..[protected].i am social man. i am not need caller tone on my cell,but vodafon on it twice time in a month.that was why i have loss money.it's effected my simple life plz inquary this as soon as possible

Vodafone — reducing balance for no reason

yesterday on 30th august 2010 i got my net recharge of rupees 96..
after some time when i tried connecting net..
it worked for 2 mins and then suddenly it stopped working..
and just at that moment my friend who ws sitting besides me received a blank MMS frm my number..
after that when i checked my balance i found that vodafone has reducted about 50 rupees frm my balance..
next day i found that several of my friends received blank MMs from me last day..
but i did'nt send even one of them..
when i contacted customare care,no proper answer ws given and even one of them told me that if m having so much problem with the connection then i should change it..
i know it was'nt my fault i want that proper action should be taken in this matter..

Vodafone SIM — Balance reduced to RS. 0 without using

I have recharged my Vodaphone no [protected] with rs 50 on 5 Dec .I have just used rs 5 .Today 7 Dec 2011 its showing rs 0.
