[Resolved] Western Railway — bad behaviour of tc
i have a complaint against one of tc of western railways named RAMKELAL YAADAV (in kutch express -9131)
my father-in-law had to go for emergency for kutch at 08th august 2008 by kutch express and that was so emergency so when we reached at bandra station first we taken local ticket from windows and after that we had asked tc to confirm that local ticket into reservation if there is any availability. that tc show the chart and we also seen the chart. there were so many availability. the chart of that day is evidence of that availability. that tc asked us to give rs.350 to reserve that local ticket. but when i said him that there is so much availability here and normal reservation charge is rs.140. than why you demand 350. than he loose his temper and used abusing word and said me (LODA, JYADA INQUIRY NA KAR TICKET NAHI DENA HAI JAA.)
When i asked him to why he used abusing word and not giving fair answer he said "GALI TO KYA MAI TUJE YAHA MAAR BHI SAKTA HU, MAAR KAR DIKHAU KYA" and when i tried for read his name on his pocket he replied "KYA KAR RAHA HAI, NAAM PADHNA NAHI AATA TO LIKH KE DU KYA, JO KARNA HAI KARLE, ME YAADAV HU. MINISTER BHI YAADAV HAI."
and he had not gave me a ticket and in my presence he reserved many others ticket with taken extra rupees than legal.
sir, that complaints is not only mine but thousands of Indian railways' passengers. most of tc consider himself like he is the boss of railway.. and passengers forcibly complete there demand because there is no another way .
pls do it correct not only for me but also for hundreds- thousands of passenger.
