Sir,
This is in reference to my Pf (Pf no-"HR/GGN/25204/29562 ") withdrawal application.
I applied for PF withdrawal and have been following up on the status with both my ex employer "Convergys India Pvt Limited, Pune " and PF office Gurgaon.
The last update which i got was that the cheques for my PF has been dispatched by your office on "date: 31st March 2009" to be credited to my saving...

Provident Fund not yet received

I was previously working for Convergys India Pvt Ltd., Bangalore. for about 4 years. I resigned from my job as on April 2008. I applied for my PF as on 1st February 2009.

Till date I haven't received no sign of Provident Fund Money yet.
The office people neither clarify nor pick up the phone if i want to inquire.

Any suggestion is appreciatedbr...

This is Hereby inform you that i applied PANCARD on March 2007. I got the Pan Number #BPFPS5539P after a month. However i'm still waiting for my Pancard. I Call up The Agency Here and There. Everyday they keep on telling me that "you will get the Card very soon".

I have applied for new pan card Proceesing fee coupon no is[protected] dated 21 FEB 09.Till date I have not received the card as well as unable to track the application on internet saying that unable to found.I Therefore, you kindly intimate on my application.
I have to submit my pan number as early as possible to my office department.

My PF no. is HR/GGN/25204/19848. I have been fighting for my PF from last 2 years. I have sent the form 6 times. First time the form was sent in January 2006 and the PF office told me that they have not received and the amount was processed in Sept 2006. By that time the account was closed and I was asked to send the completed form again. I have been sending forms every 3-4 months and I don't get any resolution....
