in yourcallcentre, Convergys, bangalore. i havent recieved my provident fund.My father's name is Sri H. K.Amaranathan. I dont know the details exactly.Details such as PF a/c no., period from & to dates, employment no.PF contibution made from my end & the company's end, that amount, where to prefer the claim, how is the proceedure, etc. please be convey to me. My team leader was Anand. Another team leaders who were accquinted were neil chatterjee. some of my manjunath veluswamy, Sharmila. The running HR was then Ishwar.i'm giving these details just for basic tracing out the details. With the above details can u trace out the PF(provident fund)details for me.

Convergys India Services Pvt. Ltd. — PF Money not Credited in Account

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have resigned from Convergys India Services Pvt. Ldt in March 2008 and the PF Form was filled in November 2008. I called up the Company HR and they said that they have received confirmation from PF Office in Gurgaon. I called up the PF Office in Gurgaon and I was told that the Checque was Send on my Savings Account in Citibank and should be credited in Maximum 30 Days else I was told to call. I have been continously Calling PF Office adnd the No. is always busy. When I call up the Other No. I am told to call Enquiry as that the Only lie active right now. Today is 2nd April and have still not received any info about the same. Can you please Assist.

Hi I am Bineeta Pal, I worked with Convergys Pune for 1 year[protected]
I submitted my PF Papers on 30-Sep-2008 but still havent got paid.
To my knowledge it is the companies resposibility to follow up for their employee's PF.How can a person working in Pune or any other state follow up with PF office Gurgaon where no one picks up the phone no[protected]/638.Please help in this regard.

My PF NO HR/GGN/25204/41987 I have submited the document of my provident fund in NOV 2009 and it got cleared from my company CONVERGYS INDIA PVT LTD in Jan 2010.. but still my provident fund money not transferred to my account.. Still waiting to get a response..

I have applied for new pan card vide application no[protected].and processing fee coupon number:[protected], Proceesing fee dated[protected] paid.Till date I have not received the card as well as unable to track the application on internet saying that unable to found.I Therefore, you kindly intimate on my application.

I own a Ford ikon car which was bought from and manitained at Harpreet ford(dealership and service centre).

On september 20 my car meter showed overheating. I was in gurgaon at that time.I immidiatly turned the ignition off and I called Ford service and their truck picked my car to the nearest Harpreet ford service centre. My car was worked on and I paid 12000 in cash as bill. I was assured this problem wont happen again and I believed my car was satisfactorily worked upon since it was the ford authorised service station.
On November 30 Again I saw my car meter showed overheating. I again turned the ignition off and called Ford service and their truck picked my car back to the same Harpreet ford service centre. This time they say it would cost me 45000. Which I say should not be paid by me as they have worked on the same problem 2 month ago and it was the negligence on their part that this happened again. Kindly suggest

Just wanted to know that if you leave a compnay without paying or serving the notice period, , can that company stop the pf.

I do not require the experience letter from that company

yes that company can stop your PF if you have not served the notice period.
I also worked for Convergys and served notice period and soon going to clear my PF account..

Convergys.Aundh.Pune.is not giving my PF number to me.

Convergys Pune is not giving my PF number to me. So I cannot apply for PF.The lady in charge says that due to New Systen we dont have access to Ex Employees salary slip. God knows in which age are they operating. Its hurtful to see the Conpany in which we work to behave like this with ex employees.ie.make helpless.

Earlier there was facility to make payments through any vendor by cash payment. Now there is no such options avaliable. Because of which my payments are held late for which i am being penalised.

Convergys — PF Amount not yet received

Dear Sir,

I had been working at convergis for over a year and since i left the company 6 months ago, i had applied for my PF amount to be given to me.

The papers were sent from my comapny to your office on 13/03/2008 and still no reply has been received either from me or my former company.
My calls to your offfice is nevered attended by any one since the lines are always busy and incase any one attends lame excuses are given like erong department and call on the other number etc.

Kindly look in the matter at the earliest.

After getting all the papar work done from my company convergys india services where i worked for one and half year, i submited all my document to PF office in gurgaon 44 sector. I was told that it takes about 60 days to get the money but its been close to 4 months and i have not got my money. i am really getting impatient as i need the money quite urgently. the only thing which was handed over to me was a paper written

I tired to call the PF office repeatedly with no response. They either do not respond or just pick the receiver and keep it aside.[protected].

I am Prasanna kumar an ex employee of convergys . i worked in convergys frm oct 6 2006 till may 3 2008 . my employee id was[protected] . i did apply 4 pf withdrawal frm company it self. i happen 2 hav a citi bank acct previously which i closed after quiting convergys . as a result i got an acknowlegement frm convergys 2 my mail sating that my pf is approved however since i didnt hav a active acct it was not sent 2 me ...however i hav a new citi bank account now and i want to no the procedure to get it transfered to my new account... i did call up convergys bangalore regarding this how ever they asked me 2 call up convergys gurgoan pf office...i howevr tried calling up gugoan but no one asnwers teh call ...please help me out with dis cos i really requir that money ...hope 2 get a reply very soon... thanking u

Job Requirements
Education requirements are basic High school and previous customer service experience. Convergys does provide a faily extensive training course setup to educate possible new hires on the ins and outs of the business and account the individual center has. There is alot of information to cover in a realativly short period of time while in training, training would mean alot more to new hires if the training was broken down with some practical online experience inbetween training modules. All classroom learing and then practical experience does not allow the individual to apply waht was taught in the classroom. There is not a whole lot of room to improve yourself with the company unless of course you are the type of individual who does not question any company policy and just do as the management says without ever questioning any aspect of their decisions. The workload is unacceptable and you are expected to meet projected targets of productivity when actual circumstances do not allow for such targets to be met without sacrifice to customer service quality. Its all about statistics with Convergys and there is not logical planning.

Uppers
The greatest aspects of the job: Dealing with public and solving issues for the customer, Satisfaction that you have ability to resolve and issue the customer is having, meeting new people and positivly effecting their lives.

Downers
The worst parts of the job are: 90% of all incomming calls recieved are starting negative in nature, de escallation of irate individuals that no matter how the issue is handled they may not be satisfied, dealing with people who expect the un obtainable, overall stress of the whole volume of expected targets and statistics.

Lifestyle
My advice for anyone wishing to work for Convergys is basically be carefull of your mental health and at the first sign of mental stress resign. If you ask for a leave of absence you will most likely get fired for "other" reasons and expect alot o[censored]nreasonable expectaions of you on a daily basis and a very unique and stressfull workplace. There is also little to no communication within the company between employees and management and also between management and upper levels of management. If you do choose to work for this company direct any questions or concerns you have directly to the site manager and do not follow the "chain of command" as your issues will never be taken seriously if even dealt with at all. Do not route issues or complaints through Human resources within the company as that internal depatment does not have the time to properly address the issues you may have. Always report to the top management figue to achieve any type of satisfaction if you infact get any at all.

Compensation
Salary With convergys was competative to that of other companies of similar work. There were stock options if you choose to accept, benifits were fair and at shared cost between employer and employee. Bonuses were very attractive but were discontinued shortly after I arrived. Overall Convergys is very fair and competative when it comes to Salary, benifits and vacation. However this is the only fair thing about this company, employee relations with the management is non existant.
