Croma — Backend issue resulted in voucher expiry inspite of warnings over call and mail

There are some unresolved issues in the backend because of which I was not able to place orders. I raised the issue saying the same via call and also raised issue via email as per their advice and My voucher was getting expired on the same day. I could have used the voucher from others account but they were sure that they would resolve in couple of hours. And now after 6 hours of no response, I decided to try again and this time my account is still not working saying unknown error and from others account, it says voucher expired. Already done! No resolution till now inspite of multiple calls. Check status of C-0.0.0.5.0.1.0.6.0.

No response regardless of how many times I call the customer care. Complaint ID - C.000.501.060.
Still account is having issues and coupons are expired.
