[Resolved] Croma — Bad service with online | |||
I had purchased the foot massager from croma online website on 14 th oct and made payment through credit card and i got shocked that product not available with them, and finally they had cancelled my order on 17th but till date i had not received the refund and none of them are called me on this issue but i had customer care more 30 time but i had not received any positive response from them my question is 1. If they dont have stock why they accept the payment 2. Why i need wait so long (More then 15 days) for payment Very very very bad customer service Was this information helpful? | |||
