[Resolved] Croma — Croma cheating customer | |||
I have bought a washing machine (videocon model VS75Z11 7.5kg) on 07/06/2015 and got delivery on 08/06/2015 with wrong model. Since from that day I have put complaint with the customer centre and every day getting time of 24 hours to resolve the issue. Croma knows only to sell product and harrrase customers and dont know to resolve issues made by croma. Was this information helpful? | |||
