I bought a croma food processor from croma store which had a manufacturing defect from the very beginning..called customer care..they asked to take it to the croma store for repairing..so i went there to Helpdesk and told them about the issue and urged them to replace the defected piece or whole set...instead they repaired it...again it stopped working...so i registered a complaint on croma site"SR[protected]"..so i got a call from croma store regarding repair...yet i insisted them to replace the particular part or whole set...but they refused to do so...all of a sudden my complaint anonymously got resolved...so once again i registered a complaint by calling croma customer care "SR[protected]".

    Hi I had bought a Croma Branded mobile set from Croma retail Bangalore Rajajinagar 1st block branch worth Rs.4999/-. It worked for one month properly. One fine day the mobile was fully discharged and next day morning I plugged into the charging. Never switched on. I tried charging the same again. But it was dead. I took it to croma service center and showed it to service technician. He opened the hand set and checked for any type of water damages. Then advised me to leave the hand set and he will call me after 2 working days. The call never came I called them back. But I got an answer saying he is checking with his service technician and will revert back. But I didn’t get his reply for another 2 days. Finally when I called again he said it is still under servicing the technician will call you. I never got a call from the technician. When again I repeatedly called the service center they told me that the mobile is water damaged. And it will cost approx. Rs.7000/- to Rs.7500/- it is better to buy a new mobile. When I tried convincing them no one wanted to listen. Finally they returned my handset with water damage. When the new mobile cost itself is Rs.5000/- how can he charge Rs.7000/- for servicing. I am very much disappointed with TATA Croma retail customer service. I need my money back or with a compensation equaling to the same value. Regards Lakshman

      DEAR SIR/MADAM, I HAVE PLACED ABOVE COMPLAIN REGARDING MY REFRIGERATOR FREEZER DOOR LOCK DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY. FROM LAST TWO YEARS I AM SUFFERING BUT TILL DATE MY COMPLAIN IS NOT YET SOLVED. AS SUMMER HAS BEEN ARRIVED THERE IS A NEED OF ICE ON DAILY BASIS BUT DUE TO DAMAGE DOOR WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE ICE AND DUE TO THIS DAMAGE DOOR MY ELECTRICITY BILL HAS BEEN INCREASED. I HAVE PLACED THE COMPLAIN SO MANY TIMES AND YOUR EXECUTIVES CALL US AGAIN AND AGAIN REGARDING THIS COMPLAIN BUT TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT SOLVED THE PROBLEM. MY FIRST EXPERIENCE TO USE CROMA PRODUCT IS VERY BITTER. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GO FOR PURCHASE THE PRODUCT FROM CROMA. ALTHOUGH I HAVE PURCHASED TWO OR THREE MORE PRODUCTS FROM CROMA.         I have purchased a jabra talk Bluetooth headset from the fort Croma store on Sunday 5 April 2015 vide bill no. SLF02A[protected]. While purchase the instructions for buying were clearly given to the store representative that the device is required to be used while travelling on a bike and will be required to be worn inside a helmet. On basis o[censored]nderstanding the requirements the above referred device was suggested to be bought by the store representative Mr. Ahmed. On using the device on Monday I realised that the device will not be o[censored]se to me because the button for answering and rejecting a call is on the outside and is continuously depressed on account of it being in touch with the ear cushion of the helmet. I have approached the store today on Tuesday 7 April 2015. In order to get a replacement with some other suitable headset or some other electronic purchase or a cash back on account of this misselling by your store representative. We approach a store for such purchase to be guided by the persons there with respect to our requirements and then we are treated like this and are being told that it is not possible to replace the device since there is not manufacturing defect. What about selling it right to the customer and what about meeting the requirement of the customer in the first place. Kindly arrange to get me a replacement with an alternative device which meets my requirement or a store credit with which I can purchase another electronic item o[censored]se.

          I have purchased croma mobile from Jay molies Nigadi PCNDTA, Pune Maharashtra 411019 on . Product details: SLF02A[protected] Croma 5Mob Quad Core CRCB2243 [protected] CROMA 14.12.2013 Store Thanks for providing facility of complaint online. I went to Croma to buy Samsung mobile. But based on the discussion with sales representative I purchased CROMA's mobile. The person explained that this is very good quality mobile and would best option for Samsung. Also brand name of TATA is there for quality and performance. I purchased this mobile on instalment basis and till today the instalments are continuing. After using this mobile I found that this is the worst product ever I have used. Note following issues: 1. Replacement of Mobile on the date of purchase: The mobile which I purchased was not switching on at the time of pre delivery inspection (PDI) at store. Hence they changed the mobile immediately. 2. Malfunctioning of touch screen: In the month of January 2014 the cell phone started malfunctioning. The panel on the bottom was not working. This resulted even non charging of mobile. Hence I had given the cell in store. These people just kept it as it is and returned after 15 days. Then I submitted the same to servicing centre that is 15 KM away from my residence. I had to visit twice to it due to mis communication by the centre representative. The mobile got repaired under warranty in 2 months. 3. Switching off problem: Now there is new problem I am facing. The mobile switches off automatically with very low impact. E.g when I keep mobile on any surface with that impact mobile gets switched off. I have emailed to customer support also. Now I want to know what should I do for the loss incurred by me ? I spent Rs.13000/- and getting any support from you. no mobile not getting battery in the market. will you help me or should I lodge complaint against the company in the consumer court / Please let me know your views

            I had bought a LG washing machine from croma store and also taken a extended warranty for the same. In the extended warranty period the machine developed some problem and I am not getting the expected support from the Croma service(SR[protected] & claim#164217). On the first call the customer care said that you will be contacted by the extended warranty claims dept in 3 working days. From there i got the claim number and another 3 working days for the technical guys to call me. When i did not get the call, i contacted the customer care, there i got the response that they will call me and still no call or resolutino to my problem.

              I have purchased Hitachi AC from Bhayander Croma store on 28th March 2015, at the time of purchase shop executive assured me that the installation will be done on 30th March, I have following it since 29th March and till date nobody from the co. has come for installation or demo. As commitment given the installation done on 30th March so didn’t go office also on that day. I continually following the same from the croma customer service but didn’t get proper response and solution. Also they block my mobile no also. I had full faith in Croma but now I am seriously doubting. The installation request number is BOW290315ID00741. I hope you will resolve it asap

                  Dear Friends / Online shoppers DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM CROMA…. I bought camera “Canon Digicam SX400 Red” from Croma Retails (Online) on 28/02/2015, I received the product after 20 days. When I open the pack I am shocked, I found “Sand in a plastic cover instead of Camera”. Immediately within minutes I contacted to croma and informed with them so and so happen so and so came in pack. I follow up with Croma continuously 15 days after I got my money back as refund. The refund also collected from CANON brand not from croma, here it’s showing the croma cheating and smartness. Actually the product which is a received its outer box is very fine and the inner box seal is opened and that is I shared with croma but they were requested me as write a mail to us as the complete product packs all are is in very fine condition because they forward the same mail to Brand CANON and collected refund from them. Here it is I am very lucky to the responsibility take’s brand otherwise I am sure the croma will not give any response to me. Please help me to get compensation. My Mobile : [protected]

                    I have purchase Vu tv on 3rd of march from Croma Bandra display unit . When we bought the unit i was assured for 1 yr warranty plus as the sales staff suggested i even went ahead & bought the Croma extended warranty. From the date of purchase the Remote stopped working nor anybody from Vu came for the Demo. When we logged a complain for the remote not working the technical support followed few steps with us &; informed the TV sensor is not working & there is nothing wrong with the Remote. When called the customer care of Vu they informed there would be no warranty on the product as it is a very old product. The technician informed that i need to pay to get the sensor repaired. Since i purchased the television & the extended warranty why should i pay for the repair when i was informed that it is in warranty. Awaiting for the reply. Thanks & Regards Subhan Shaikh [protected]

                      On 15/03/15 I gave my chopper for repair at Chroma, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. First the representative refused to accept the chopper as I told him that the repair is out of warranty. He informed Chroma does not undertake repairs after warranty. I asked him to give this to me in writing only after which the product was taken and a receipt was given which indicated two nos. printed 891 and hand written 360047. I was informed latest withing two days, I will be called to know the estimate and after not receiving any call, I have sent many emails and called to customer support but they do not acknowledge both the nos. indicated on the receipt given to me, moreover I have mailed copy of the receipt also but I am till now not getting any response from Croma.                         No demo and service after buying a refrigerator and a filter

                        I had bought Croma CRCB 2243 in Sept 2013. I found following problems with reference to service and functioning of hand set : (1) Hand set specifications are fine but design of camera exterior glass is projected out thereby causing damage or scratches on glass surface. I got that glass replaced with great difficulty through local repairer. It's simply s substandard design. (2) There is no availability of hand set cover, batteries, screen upper glass, display, camera outer, glass, even service centre person at times, etc. Cost of accessories are costly and beyond comparison as compared to other reputed brands. (3) Speaker out put or voice is very much inferior and very poor. At times you can't hear ring or songs w/o hands free. I think all above complaints are brough to your notice to improve them else stop selling Croma brands items. Any way I shall not recommend any such Croma brand to anybody. While purchasing they told me that if in case any defect will occur in the product they will replace it.                             Our TV was taken away by your technician on 3rd March, as per our complaint with you. The reported delivery date was 10th March. But sadly, the delivery has not yet been made even after repeated phone calls to the technician Mr.Ashok Kumar and Mr.Vinod . It was also noted that Mr Vinod gave a very rude reply when we called today i.e 14th March. We were assured of the delivery by 4.00 pm on 14th after a call made on 13th March. As we didn't receive it by 5.30 pm, we called Mr. Vinod and received a very rude reply. It is not really appreciated that a customer should be treated this way after a delay on your part. Kindly take note of this issue as the customers expect a certain level of decency on the part of the service providers. P P Jome.

                                hey, i have a little problem with the phone while charging it it becomes very hot at back and when i will call some one it will not off hence i want to know the address of the service center (vijayawada) pls we want only the service address of vijayawada only kindly co oporate with me i hope i will receive early reply

                                  I was fooled by Croma, I bought two Refrigerators from croma on 27th of Feb 2015. Got delivered wrong product and I asked croma to take the product back and refund the money. Upon lot of conversation and proofs with Merchandisers they agreed on delivering wrong product and said they will refund. Today is 12th of march and I didn't get my money back. I went to the store and asked what is happening, Merchandisers send a mail on 6th March saying, I will get it by 9th of march. It didn't happen. Again I went to the store to know about status. Again lot of sorry and apologies which is no way helping me. Again they promised and said you will get it by 11th of march. It didn't happen. Today I went back to store and asked the Merchandiser DO I HAVE TO SUFFER FROM YOUR MISTAKES?. Store merchandiser said 'YES'. Is this is way you are treating customers? Who steps into your store to buy products? I wasted my money and spend my valuable time for the mistakes you have done?

                                    Hi, i have submitted my phone on[protected] due to some problem. But problem wasn't resolve till today even they are not responding properly. They said only one thing "that your concern is under process and we making a follow up with the concerned team for the same" again and again and again. And when ever i called them they said we will get back to you within 24 hours for the same, But i never ever received any call from them. I do not quiet know what to do, when they solve this problem. Croma service are really pathetic and embarrassing. Please help me to solve this problem. Thanks, Shikha

                                      I'm totally dissatisfied with Chroma support and services. I bought Chroma Tab on 2nd November 2014 from Pecific Mall store as per Sales person Tab is fully android and will support to all function like excel, word, notepad, PDF etc. From first day i'm not able to install required software and for that visited to Pecific Store and CP Store, but still didn't get any solution regarding software. As per Pecific store they are not taking any repairing issues so i had visited CP store but Store guys are saying here we don't have Internet network so please install the software from your end. If its possible from my hand then why i had wasted my time to visit your store for help. You are not able to change handsfree and charger also, please solve the issue before expiring the warranty period or, take the possible charges and refund my money
