On 15/03/15 I gave my chopper for repair at Chroma, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. First the representative refused to accept the chopper as I told him that the repair is out of warranty. He informed Chroma does not undertake repairs after warranty. I asked him to give this to me in writing only after which the product was taken and a receipt was given which indicated two nos. printed 891 and hand written 360047. I was informed latest withing two days, I will be called to know the estimate and after not receiving any call, I have sent many emails and called to customer support but they do not acknowledge both the nos. indicated on the receipt given to me, moreover I have mailed copy of the receipt also but I am till now not getting any response from Croma.
