We have purchased Microwave OTG from your Ahmedabad store. It is under extended warranty upto Dec.2015. While purchase of a Toaster on 24th Jan., we have lodge a complaint for OTG button problem. I have received a msg :- Your service request AHD240115FS00015 is registered with us and shall be resolved at the earliest. But no one has visited & solved. On 07th Feb. I have repeated my complaint. & received service request no. SR[protected]. On 16th Feb. I have received a msg that your service no.SR[protected] has been resolved. Sir, may I know, without visit of any serviceman to my residence, how this complaint be resolved?

    This is with reference to a complaint lodged by me regarding my washing machine that started creating noise after 2 months of purchase.The technicians visited us and took the motor of the dryer claiming they will replace it.14 days have passed since then but they have still not replaced the motor. Everytime I call them they have the same excuse-"Unavailability of parts" This is really disappointing and discouraging for a consumer to buy croma product. Awful service.Not expected out of a TATA enterprise.

      I have purchase DLINK 4G LTE/3G dongle DWR116 router against subject invoice. It is indeed very much regretted that same is not working. I am not able to use WiFi with the router in circuit. The fault is evident from the fact that Internet indicator is not showing any indication and remains in OFF condition. I have made several calls to Croma Customer care who have given very polished marketing but highly unsatisfactory reply. Regrettably the service provider number given by Croma Executive is not working. Since, I have purchase the product from Croma, I would like to register my complaint with Croma only. I would request you to take up the issue with Dlink and ensure that the faulty product is replaced immediately. Thanks and awaiting for quick service Bharat

        I HAVE RETURNED THE ABOVE IEM IN UNUSED CONDITION as the same is not working on very first USE. I have received a call from Mr. Pradeep, customer care manager(mob' no-[protected]-on 13-02-15, saying that the product is discontinued due to technical issue, & the said item is not having the parts with company;hence 60% 0f purchase of purchase cost of Rs 1100- will be offered for the same; since the product purchased on[protected], beyond the warranty period of 24 months. I had requested Mr. Pradeep to provide me the Sales Invoice for the same & he agreed for the copy of my purchase bill. Actually, the electric products are having very long life & the none working motor gets repaired very commonly. Your policy very is anti customer . This attitude will definitely erode the TATA goodwill & TRUST. None-providing after sales-service is real mockery of TAT fame. The product is still with the store, I hope your higher authority will resolve the matter amicably without further harassment. We are regular buyers at CROMA & WEST-SIDE but CAVIET EMPRORR-LET THE BUYER BEWARE-policy should be followed by the consumer at large vis-a-vis purchases to be made at TATA STORES.         Cromarretail.com are big liars which don't comply to their own policies of refund, so, it's advisable not to buy their products and also they are spoiling the big Tata Sons brand name. In the world, they are spoiling Tata's reputation, as I am writing these comments from London. So, whole world is reading these blogs

          i ordered htc desire 310 by online on 22 jan 2015 and i paid the full amount by debit card.after 10 days i called croma care for not delivering my product they told that bluedart cant deliver to my pincode address...and they will refund the amount soon.but i dint get my refund amount of Rs6000...till now 5 feb 2015.my Invoice Number SLE004EC0005248.please do as soon as possible...meke my payment sooon ...

            Hello Sir, This is with Regards to my Bajaj geyser complaint, which is entitle under Extender warranty by Croma Retail. Complaint Number - 145989 is raised in month of October'14, Croma Engineer Visited at my place checked the Geyser and requested us that some part need to replace he will come back within 2 days. Since than i am following up for my Geyser to get fixed. Everytime i get revert that i will get a call back and more of that many times Croma call center executives hang up the phone on face. This is surprise to me Tata groups of company can give this experience to there consumer. Now after many calls last month they assured us that Geyser will be replaced and today while i called up at Croma Extended warranty customer care they informed me i have to go and visit the retail shop in Rohini, Delhi they can not help me out. I am not sure even after having Onsite support why they want customer to visit there sales outlet with defective Geyser. Request you to pl help and Support if possible.             Thanks for a single call where we got to know they we will get Rs.1200 discount if we buy something from Croma against our Faulty Geyser. The geyser cost is Rs.7000 and when we have request to replaced it as per Terms & policy of your extended warranty if you can not repair it you will replace it with same or above model. Its week we are still waiting for call back.
            I am sure you have no fear of Indian Consumer, You work the way you want. Pl come back with logical resolution.

              Hi Team, I had taken a Philips home theater on 11/01/2015 they assured me that i will get the delivery the next day however i got the delivery the next day They assured me that the guy from Philips will come for demo the next day, however there was no one who turned up, I raised two complaints with croma finally they were suppose to come on Monday the 19 th they came for the demo on 20th, where the demo guys said there was some problem with the player The next day the technicians were suppose to come in the morning, they arrived in the evening at 6.00 and the said we need to speak with our supervisor weather it needs to be replaced or it needs to be repaired I kept following up with them mr sandeep was suppose to call me between 4.00 to 5.00 as there was no call made to me I called him at 5.38pm he agreed to replace the piece but said it will take 10 to 12 days He said I cant do anything to do it much faster you can have a word with Mr Prajesh Thakur when I spoke with him he said it will take 7 to 10 days Please help me I want my home theater replace asap Regards Paul Vaz [protected]

                Sir, I have purchased refr.in Hyderabad Croma Retail Outlet on 02.07.2011 with two years manufacturing warranty and extended warranty i.e. it covers upto 01.07.2015. Three months back the ref. stopped cooling, i have booked complaint. Your service engineer Mr. Reddy, Hyderabad came and informed that the refg.has to be moved to service centre for repair and demanded to pay Rs.1000/- towards transportation charges. We have paid the same after 10 days the refg. came. After one month again the same problem. When i visited the service centre there is only change of small component in job card. Again another engineer came and collected Rs.250/- towards service charge and informed that as and when cooling is down turnoff and let it defrost and water drain from the refg. and start again. Every month the same problem. So, I request your kindly send a good engineer and check the refg. and solve the problem once for all.                   Consumer Name: Sumeet Motwani Contact Number: [protected] Product: Croma semi Auto Washing Machine (CRAW 2101) Date of Purchase: 24/10/2014 Warranty: 2 Year Manufacture + 2 Year Extended (paid additional amount for extended) - Complain 1: MUM151214FS00047 - Date of registring the complain: 15/12/2014 - Date of resolution: 16/12/2014 - Issue: The stuffing between the plastic body and metal body had slipped and was touching the rotator belt. The technician just pushed the stuffing back up and closed the complain ticket. - The fix was temporary as he should have done something permanent to ensure that the stuffing does not slip again - Complain 2: MUM241214FS00030 - Date of registring complain: 24/12/2014 - Date of resolution: NA - Still pending without any followup or update - Issue: As the initial fix was temporary, the stuffing slipped again on 24 Dec and machine started making the wierd sound as the rotator belt was coming in contact with it. - We called and registered the complain and got an assurance that it will be fixed in 3 business days. - The technician called us on 26 Dec and informed us that he does not have a tape to stick the stuffing on its original place so that it does not slips again and he shall get it in a day's time. - Since then there is not call back or visit from the technician, no one has visited our place even once to fix it. - We have been calling almost every day since the day of registring the complain to get the machine fixed, how much time do you need to procure a tape? - This is really frustrating and I am amazed that a brand like TATA will do this atleast think about the reputation you guys carry. - I think that the product is good, its a machine after all and the best of machines have issue with it but what matters is how quickly it is fixed and am sorry to say that TATA's Croma division is sick when we talk about service. This is what my final verdict is: - I am totally frustrated and request you to take your machine back from my house and refund me the entire amount along with the extended warranty cost. - I do not trust your warranty any more, if this is the way you treat your customers during the first few months then I can imagine how you guys would treat us during the extended warranty period.                         With this I want to express my deepest anger over the way Croma has treated me .Background is I purchased Croma refridgerator with extended warrenty .Now when I still have 2 years of warrenty cover with me, My fridge developed some serious technical faults .On 22 Dec 2014, I lodged a complaint with them ( number PUN221214FS00004)and its been more than 14 days my fridge is still unattended and not working . No one even cares to contact me .I have called helpline atlease 15 times and mailed them as well .They arranged a technician visit On Sat 27, technician visited me, He opened fridge, de assembled everything and went away .Now my fridge is completely down . I want to know what is happening, Why my fridge is not getting repaired when I have valid warranty coverage with me ? This kind of treatment is not expected from a big brand like TATA .

                          Order No- 178738, It was placed on 23rd Dec, It has been 8 days. Now the customer care (Sharad, Ref no of talk with sharad on 30 dec- [protected]) is telling me that product is out of stock, if they would have informed me either on phone or on email about it then I could have bought it from the market. Now the phone is not available either with Croma or in the market. Simply refund of money is not solving my issue. Who is going to be responsible for my loss because of CROMA RETAIL's negligence ???                             I am avinash (Mob-[protected]) from pune, I purchased Apple 4S 16GB Demo phone from Mumbai and I am getting an issue with the phone and when I want to Apple servicing center in pune, after diagnosis they told me, its a hardware issue and phone need to replace but after verifying warranty on their apple site they said Its warranty has been expired 6Months back, but I have purchased Pune on[protected] and it was told to me and it mentioned in the Invoice as I will be getting warranty of 1 year. but It was purchased by croma 6 months back. Please update the my warranty of the phone on Apple Site ASAP. I have also logged a complain ref id: SR[protected] but not getting any reply.

                              We were misguided to buy water purifier (Pureit) instead of RO - even though we have hard water supply and had informed sales person the same. When Pureit engineer came to install, he guided us to install RO. We went for exchange to RO and are ready to pay the difference to Croma store. However, there is no response till now about payment refund or exchange; even though our water purifier is with the store since the past many days. We have already gone to store many times. Nobody is ready to listen to us.

                                  I had purchased a Croma brand smartphone from Croma store Connaught Place New Delhi on 19 Jan 2014 (Invoice No. SLF02A[protected]. Since then I am getting trouble in it. In the latest problem I have deposited my mobile for repair and also for a new battery for it at Croma store Connaught place service centre on 16 Nov 2014. It is since more than one month i have not received my mobile with a new battery I have asked for. For this I have registered a complain more than two weeks ago vide complain No. SR[protected]. But after verifying the status of this complain on Croma site, I am surprised to see that this complain is closed. I am unable to understand how they have closed my complain without solving it. Moreover, for more than one month Croma is not able to deliver my mobile with the battery.

                                    We purchased a Croma tab from Croma Retail Store Nungambakkam Chennai on 24th August 13 for INR 14k. Invoice No:SLF02A[protected]. On use, we realised that the product started showing up intermittent failures of touchscreen. It has been a time wasting journey back and forth to the Deprosys support center since. We took it to croma support and they reinstalled the OS and claimed that the issue was resolved. The product worked for a while and then again the touch screen started to fail. We took the tablet again to support in august before expiry of Warranty. This time, they said that some part had failed and they will need 2-3 weeks to resolve this. Everytime we call or go there, they say part is not there. It has been over 4 months of frustration in trying to get this issue resolved and Deprosys guys don't even care to respond properly. Please avoid croma products. They are cheap and its false value.

                                      It was going be such an exciting day, a birthday of someone special and you wanted to gift them all the happiness. I headed to my usual Croma store and bought an Ipad mini, Bose bluetooth speakers etc from this store, the sales girl was so courteous and helpful with a encourage smile on her face, little did I know about the horrible experience that would follow. As it happened someone else also gifted him an Ipad mini and the moment he opened the gift wrap, he told me about the other gift and we decided we would have this replaced and buy a TV from Croma instead. We called up the customer care, we told us that they do not have a policy for exchange but it depends upon the discretion of the store manager. Given that we are such regulars to that store and have bought so many things from there, also we had not even touched the Ipad box, we were already planning to where to put the TV. I reach the store after work, the manager tells us that if we had not opened the packing he would happily exchange. I told him that we have not even touched it, this is exactly how I got it from the store and he kept insisting that it is not possible and we have opened it (almost implying that I am lying). After a long discussion he agreed to call the sales girl (rem the all smiling lady?), well now he was blatantly lying and saying that she did not open the packaging but rather we did it. After repeated questioning she eventually agreed that she had indeed opened it. Now the partner in deception, the store manager jumps to her (and his) aid and says that had you told her that it was a gift she would not have opened the packaging. Now I had a twinkle in my eye. I told him that yesterday she roamed with me for an hour and helped me pick the gifts (even suggesting a few herself) and was well aware that it was meant to be gift. The sales girl was quick to save herself by saying that, irrespective of the purpose we are instructed to give a demo and always open the packing. Now this fellow, finding himself in a soup of his lies completely changes the topic and started arguing in completely off track of how a product opened can not be replaced notwithstanding the 20 minute long argument, going back of each of his words, tossing the customer service in the bin and on the verges of immorality. By now I was completely feed-up with all the and stormed out of the store, promising myself to never ever buy even a paper pin from Croma. Well if you don't intent to replace then just say so, you don't have to keep lying, arguing and mentally torture someone for 30 minutes. When the likes of Flipkart and Snapdeal are creating new heights w.r.t customer first here is a real old school retailer. I expected a little morality from a store like Croma. I expected a little empathy for a very regular customer and I expected a little less blatant lying to a customer who just bought stuffs two days back. This is the Croma store at Kormangala, the heart of Bangalore, I wonder how would they be behaving at other locations. Really horrible customer service. Croma, YOU SUCK. You sure lost a customer today and many more in the coming days, for sure.

                                        I had purchased a CROMA brand phone (CRCB 2093 dt 29/12/2013) from your M2k retail store vide invoice no SLF02A[protected].. I was not at all satisfied with my purchase as i was feeling misc complaints from the set. Recently their was problem with charging and I was informed at your outlet that you have to purchase the battery.For the last 1 month 1 am trying hard but the battery is not available on your store and also on the service centre at ND block, Pitampura Delhi.
