i purchased the following items from Chroma Stores, New BEL road, Bangalore on 28.2.2015.

the LG company had made a free offer for 2.1 channel DVD player worth Rs.2560/-and also a dish voucher for RS.1560/-. I traded off he 2.1 channel DVD player, but wanted the Dish tv voucher. the items were delivered on 1.3.2015 and were installed. but along with the items, the dish voucher was not sent. when i contacted, the croma stores, Mr. Raghavendra, the sales executive informed that i should go over to the stores to get the voucher. when i went there the next day, Mr. Raghavendra, took 30-45 minutes, running around here and there and then finally after 45 mts, informed that it was not available and we will have to come next day. the croma stores people should understand that the time is also important to us and they should also care for our time. instead he wasted 45 mtys of our time, for doing nothing and finally we did not get the voucher. is it not his duty to send the voucher along with the materials? then he called me atleast 2 times and informed me that he would hand over the voucher the next day at my residence at around 10.00 am. when he called me int he morning, i was driving and could not receive the call. but he did not call me again, but sent an SMS indicating that he is standing near Goli VadaPav in vidyaranyapura and wanted me to go over there. but i could not read this message. while i had given the correct address of my house, why should he go and wait near Goli Vadapav stores in Vidyaranyapura? when i contacted him again later, he authoritatively said that i will have to go over to the stores to collect the voucher. this is really ridiculous. the behaviour and attitute of the croma stores people are really condemnable.
in case no action is taken on this complaint, i will be constrained to write to the TATAs at Mumbai. the behaviour and attitute of the staff of croma stores at New BEL road is highly deplorable. the complaint may be taken serious note of.
