Ref above mentioned sub and our mail dtd 7th Nov.14, 27th Dec.'14 and 2nd Jan.'15, we are really disappointed as no response is received from Mr. Muthu ref to our mentioned mails.
We have been communicating to Mr. Panduram Boshle / Croma Retail, Ghodbunder road, Thane too. He had advised us that he would resolve the issue with Mr. Muthu / Sony by 3rd Jan.'15 but then also Muthu has not replied
our mail until 3rd Jan.’15/ PM.
We met Mr. Panduram Bhosle of Croma retail shop/Ghodbunder Road on 4th Jan/ 1930 Hrs. at the Store. Mr.
Jatin/ Store -In- Charge Croma retail, Ghodbunder Road was not available. Mr. Panduram had no constructive reply from Mr. Muthu as well as Mr. Milind Kamble.
Mr. Panduram has too followed with Mr. Muthu but he is unable to get firm reply from Mr. Muthu through e-mail.
Mr. Kamble, we wonder - what steps should I take to resolve the TV issue / get our TV repaired which falls under Croma Extended Warranty???. Understand from Croma retail / Thane that you are the person who takes care of Extended Warranty cases/ dispute. The way Mr. Muthu has decided not to reply to my mail, I seek your intervention to resolve our Sony TV issue within 48 hrs – as you have noticed that we have been suffering from more than Five months.
We look forward for your much awaited reply.
With best regards,
Capt. Rakesh Prasad
