Croma — Frustrating experience with Croma's customer service | |||
This is with reference to my multiple complaints with Croma service center - BAN280314FS00011 and BAN040414FS00023. I had logged my first complaint on 28th Mar requesting for servicing of my Air Conditioner that was not functioning properly. There was no response from Croma for a week. I called the customer support number again on the 4th of April enquiring on the status of my call who mentioned they will have the issue looked and have this addressed ( I spoke to a gentleman called Manish). Unfortunately, I got a "cancellation" message from Croma stating my ticket has been closed because they have been trying to call me and SMS me but I have not been reachable (surprising that I just called a few minutes ago that I have not heard back from Croma!) When I screamed at the customer service agent he logged the new ticket against my name for the same issue. I had waited long enough and I called the customer service center on Saturday the 5th April that I needed the technician to visit me the same day. The customer service agent (Ms. Pramila) mentioned that the technicain will come hat day else I can call her and ask for assistance. The technician did visit me on Saturday but mentioned that there is some gas to be refilled it and he is not carrying it. I requested him to come back and have that fixed the same which he said he will try. I did not hear back from him that day. I called him again on Sunday but he said he does not have it and he will come on Monday and we agreed to have this done at 6.30 PM. Now I have been waiting for the entire evening and the guy has not even called me nor come here. When I am trying to reach Pramila at the customer center she is refusing to speak to me. My Pundalish (I hope I got that right) is telling me the regular frustrating stuff that he will have this looked into. Divya who is the service in charge, does not have a clue of what is happening and she mentions that they were not able to address this because the technician was ill, do you have only one technician at Croma? The technician Salim picked my call after some 15 attempts only tot ell me he is ill and he cannot help and I should speak to his office. I am frustrated with Croma and this has been an awful experience. This is the last product that I will ever buy from Croma and will never recommend anyone to go for it. I still see any improvement in customer satisfaction. I have exact similar story . I bought bajaj food processor on 30th March and I am still waiting for the demo.I already called 10 times to customer service number and all same answers . Nothing happens even if you talk to any of the seniors in customer service.
