[Resolved] Croma — Issues with online product purchase with croma

I bought Mcafee product (order Ref. No. SLE002EC0006704) through croma website online. The product that was delivered to me is a old version and not the latest version displayed on croma website. I have share the image of the product (the one displayed on website and what was delivered to me) with croma customer support however there is no response. Neither they are wiling to provide the escalation contact
