Its not the matter of money its the matter of disappoontment. Kindly inform ur people not to supply defective goods.     I had purchased a Croma brand smartphone from Croma store Connaught Place New Delhi on 19 Jan 2014 (Invoice No. SLF02A[protected]. Since then I am getting trouble in it. In the latest problem I have deposited my mobile for repair and also for a new battery for it at Croma store Connaught place service centre on 16 Nov 2014. It is since more than one month i have not received my mobile with a new battery I have asked for. For this I have registered a complain more than two weeks ago vide complain No. SR[protected]. But after verifying the status of this complain on Croma site, I am surprised to see that this complain is closed. I am unable to understand how they have closed my complain without solving it. Moreover, for more than one month Croma is not able to deliver my mobile with the battery.

      We purchased a Croma tab from Croma Retail Store Nungambakkam Chennai on 24th August 13 for INR 14k. Invoice No:SLF02A[protected]. On use, we realised that the product started showing up intermittent failures of touchscreen. It has been a time wasting journey back and forth to the Deprosys support center since. We took it to croma support and they reinstalled the OS and claimed that the issue was resolved. The product worked for a while and then again the touch screen started to fail. We took the tablet again to support in august before expiry of Warranty. This time, they said that some part had failed and they will need 2-3 weeks to resolve this. Everytime we call or go there, they say part is not there. It has been over 4 months of frustration in trying to get this issue resolved and Deprosys guys don't even care to respond properly. Please avoid croma products. They are cheap and its false value.

        It was going be such an exciting day, a birthday of someone special and you wanted to gift them all the happiness. I headed to my usual Croma store and bought an Ipad mini, Bose bluetooth speakers etc from this store, the sales girl was so courteous and helpful with a encourage smile on her face, little did I know about the horrible experience that would follow. As it happened someone else also gifted him an Ipad mini and the moment he opened the gift wrap, he told me about the other gift and we decided we would have this replaced and buy a TV from Croma instead. We called up the customer care, we told us that they do not have a policy for exchange but it depends upon the discretion of the store manager. Given that we are such regulars to that store and have bought so many things from there, also we had not even touched the Ipad box, we were already planning to where to put the TV. I reach the store after work, the manager tells us that if we had not opened the packing he would happily exchange. I told him that we have not even touched it, this is exactly how I got it from the store and he kept insisting that it is not possible and we have opened it (almost implying that I am lying). After a long discussion he agreed to call the sales girl (rem the all smiling lady?), well now he was blatantly lying and saying that she did not open the packaging but rather we did it. After repeated questioning she eventually agreed that she had indeed opened it. Now the partner in deception, the store manager jumps to her (and his) aid and says that had you told her that it was a gift she would not have opened the packaging. Now I had a twinkle in my eye. I told him that yesterday she roamed with me for an hour and helped me pick the gifts (even suggesting a few herself) and was well aware that it was meant to be gift. The sales girl was quick to save herself by saying that, irrespective of the purpose we are instructed to give a demo and always open the packing. Now this fellow, finding himself in a soup of his lies completely changes the topic and started arguing in completely off track of how a product opened can not be replaced notwithstanding the 20 minute long argument, going back of each of his words, tossing the customer service in the bin and on the verges of immorality. By now I was completely feed-up with all the and stormed out of the store, promising myself to never ever buy even a paper pin from Croma. Well if you don't intent to replace then just say so, you don't have to keep lying, arguing and mentally torture someone for 30 minutes. When the likes of Flipkart and Snapdeal are creating new heights w.r.t customer first here is a real old school retailer. I expected a little morality from a store like Croma. I expected a little empathy for a very regular customer and I expected a little less blatant lying to a customer who just bought stuffs two days back. This is the Croma store at Kormangala, the heart of Bangalore, I wonder how would they be behaving at other locations. Really horrible customer service. Croma, YOU SUCK. You sure lost a customer today and many more in the coming days, for sure.

          I had purchased a CROMA brand phone (CRCB 2093 dt 29/12/2013) from your M2k retail store vide invoice no SLF02A[protected].. I was not at all satisfied with my purchase as i was feeling misc complaints from the set. Recently their was problem with charging and I was informed at your outlet that you have to purchase the battery.For the last 1 month 1 am trying hard but the battery is not available on your store and also on the service centre at ND block, Pitampura Delhi. I selected the phone because i was promised that all facilities will be provided under one roof but the same hasn`t happened. Regards, Akash

            I have purchased Sony TV close 3 years back and covered with Croma extended warranty. There are horizontal lines showing up and made calls to Croma customer care and the complaint number is 148383. The attended service person has informed that it requires replacement of panel and it will take 15 days to deliver and fix the panel. It has been more than 50 days and the issue is yet to be resolved. I have made numerous calls to Croma extended warranty and supposed service personal and till day nothing has been done. Irony is the Service personal for last 2 weeks keep promising about the delivery of the panel every working day and nothing has been delivered yet. Calls to Croma customer care for escalation and request to speak with manager were refused. The promised call backs from Croma customer care were never met. I can provide details of the customer care person and Service personal who attended the issue if required. Not sure when this problem will be resolved.

                I have ordered "JBL Jembe 2 Bluetooth speaker" from http://www.cromaretail.com/ site on 20th November 2014 and the order Ref. No. SLE002EC0009833 I received the item on 25th November 2014. I found following issue are in the delivered item, 1. Power adaptor is missing. 2. The box back was not shielded 3. The box looks like too old and seems second hand. Hence I am not able to use the item. On the same day I sent mail to [protected]@croma.com, [protected]@cromaretail.com, [protected]@cromaretail.com, customer.[protected]@infinitiretail.com with product snap. Then called up customer care number[protected]. And I was surprised that they do not have policy to take complaint over phone. Since then I have not received any update from cromaretail. And ever alternate days I called up customer care number. But always they says it is being processed by concerned team. But when I ask them for the contact details of that concern team, they simply reject it. I do not know whether I issue will be resolve ever or not. So I am putting my complaint here and expecting some resolution.

                        Hi team, This is with utter dismay that I am writing to you about the poor after sales service that I have experienced with the recently purchased Samsung TV from CROMA, Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra via invoice no. SLF02A[protected] on 26-Nov-14, Wednesday. The purchase is in the name of Amresh Babu. The TV got delivered a day later but the installment hasn’t yet happened (1 week) We have been calling Samsung Customer Care, Croma Centre since then without any proper response to our query. There have been multiple calls and reminders and also a clear cut communication on preferable date and time for installation at our place- but we have only received fake commitments without closure. The last reference query logged with us is [protected]. There is no clarity on TAT from your end/response time to help consumers/ clarity on contact person and there is unnecessary follow-up, bringing in frustration. While purchasing this high value product, our friends had clearly informed of the issues in after sales with Samsung, but we still went ahead considering what was up on offer- however, now we feel that we should have paid due heed to our friends. Would also like to mention that the DTH purchased along with TV has been delivered and installed too. I am not sure if clear cut communication and adherence to timelines is also a difficult promise to be fulfilled at your end.                           Hi all, I have bought a laptop (Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series) from Croma store, Preet Vihar, Delhi for Rs 36450/. I asked them if there is any problem with the laptop what will I do, to which they said if anything happens within 4 days, I can bring it to them and they will take care. / I asked them, about the procedure if the laptop is faulty and I get to know it after I reach home. In the response, they mentioned that they would be taking care if any such thing happens and I report within 4 days of purchase./ Unfortunately their laptop had a faulty touch pad, which we realized after reaching home. The very next day, I called them but the helpline asked me to visit the store, in any case they would not provide me with any help regarding any issue. I visited the store next day where they made me wait for more than an hour and then asked me to contact DELL as it's a DELL laptop. As if, they can just sell the laptop and they have no other responsibilities (it makes the task very easy, even if they sell any defective items, attaching some useless/stupid gifts which won't be working either). I called up the Dell Tech support number, it took around one more hour after which I have been told, I can get my laptop repaired by Dell service center, but I asked them to replace the laptop as I was not very happy with the product. They said laptop replacement will take 20-25 days, to which I said I have purchased it for urgent reasons and cannot wait for 20-25 days. Then, they said about providing credit notes, using which I can new laptop within 7 days. This was a false promise as they collected my laptop next day, but provided credit notes after 20 days. And even after that the Croma store refused to provide a new laptop on the basis of the credit note (Even though both Dell and Croma agreed for it in the previous week). Neither Dell nor Croma has provided me a contact number(for call back), so they spoke to me only when they wanted to. I had a mail-id of the service executive, who did not respond in timely manner. All my mails/online request has been of no use, as both kept playing games. Croma used to say, go and talk to DELL(we can't do anything, and vice versa). Both of them have been very rude during this process. Both of them portrayed as if they are not in contact with each other. In fact, DELL made me go to the Croma store(so that they can talk to them over phone) during my office hours as they threatened to stop the replacement process(if I don't do so). Finally after 1 month when I got the credit note, Croma refused to provide me the laptop from the shop and asked me to visit some distribution point in Nehru place. A guy name "Mansh Chaunkar", provided me the laptop after taking the credit note, but he also harassed me for a week(I had to return twice from there with empty hand) and in between when I questioned, he used say-"Go and talk to Croma, I can't do anything". Even the new laptop that I received on behalf of the credit note was faulty and this process continued. The guy said, “What do you think, every time you get a replacement we’re giving you a new laptop?, just think it yourself why did Croma didn’t give you a new laptop and asked you to come here instead” . Now, I have exchanged my laptop twice, yet it's not working properly (everytime a new issue), it seems as if both Croma and this guy are selling repaired laptops. I have filed a case in consumer court, and will keep fighting unless I get justice.

                          Same issue happened with me. I got a Dlink modem from Bangalore koramangala outlet which was faulty and went back to return it after trying unsuccessfully to reach Dlink or Croma support. They made me wait for 3 hours, figured out modem was faulty but wouldn't accept and said modem has to be sent to some service center to confirm the issue and it would take 10 days. After 3 hrs of discussion they gave me a credit note which i didnt want. Pathetic service.
                          The same thing happened to us with our 43inch LED smart TV and it's croma's own brand. We noticed it was defected right as the technician came to install it and we even notified him and he took pictures and videos as proof. We've sent mails, we've contacted customer support, we've physically gone to the store too. They sweet talked us into getting a 4 year extended warranty and assured us that if anything happened to the TV within the 4 years, they would not only fix it but even replace it if necessary. We asked for a replacement since it was a fresh model that we'd purchased literally a day before but it's been more than a month and the issue is unresolved. They're ignoring my emails too now. So disappointed in their service.

                            Hi, I, Ankur Arora, regular customer of Croma, But sorry to say that in future I will not buy anything from your Croma store and never recommend to any one, it is TATA STORE and I always thought that I am dealing with a brand but I was wrong and I want to say many thanks to your employee that they clear my misunderstanding towards your store, your employees behave like a local shop keeper and I must say that local shop keeper behave more professional than your employees. My post sales experience is very worst and even many times I went for purchase new thing and there also I have noticed No one was available to attend me properly to clear my doubts. Last month I bought a Philips shaver that time also no one was there to clear my doubts even than I bought and took the shaver information from the net and same behavior I noticed when I bought fridge, LCD, LED and washing machine etc . But today again I went to your store (ADITYA MALL INDIRAPURAM GHAZIABAD) to clear my few doubts for my HOME THEATER, actually I bought this a year back and I wanted to know for radio wire that how can I connect this wire to my theater and I met one of your employee there, he was drinking the water and I said to him that BHAIYA KYA AAP MERI HELP KAR PAYENGE AND HE DID NOT REPLY MY QUESTION AND AGAIN I SAID THAT I BOUGHT HOME THEATER A YEAR BACK AND I AM CONNETING RADIO WIRE CAN YOU PLS HELP ME? AND HE DENIED BLUNTLY ON MY FACE WHEN I AKSED HIM FOR CUSTOMER CARE HE SAID THERE IS MY CUSTOMER CARE AND I AM ANMOL YOU CAN GO THERE.                               Dear Sir As we purchased the Sony LED 56cm from Sion Croma (Infiniti Retail Limited Trading) on 27th of Nov, delivered on 28th Nov, And the same day we found model smaller in our home setup, went up-to shop on the same day, but store manager(Vishal-Mob:[protected]) is very much reluctant to give us the higher dimension, As he gives explanation that, he can not sell the product gain as the seal is broken, (seal was broken by delivering guys from shop) and spoiling the well fame of TATA, Waiting for your kind help and to sustain customer satisfaction Regards Alex Mob:[protected]

                                This has in continuation to my complaint logged in on 17/11/14 & subsequent follow up multiple times ( reference : GZB071114WS00001 & DEL 171114WS00024) This is highly patehtic that TATA brand i.e. CROMA store is dealing such a way with Consumer like me who has purchased Croma 3G Tab recently (on 26/09/11) from Croma Store - Pacific Mall - Sahibabad (Ghaziabad ) spending my hard-earned money & within 2 months, I had to give the tab to Croma store twice for such defects . Till date, I have not yet received satisfactory response to my complaint regarding either replacement or moneyback . Pl let me know by when I would get replacement or money back Otherwise I have to complaint to yr higher Authority ( Mumbai ) or Consumer court for this lapse /fault from yr side Awaiting appropriate response Rgds Tamal Ghosh

                                  I have lodged numerous complaints for my croma split ac 1.5 ton I had lodged a complaint regarding water leakage from wall mounted unit in the month of august 2014, The croma service engineer, damaged the ac display while celaning, because of which the display became non functional since then.I lodged a complaint again for the same.The croma service engineer came and said that the relevant part which is damaged is not in stock and he would replace it once it is available.Even after following up the part has not been replaced. I again lodged a complaint for the faulty display and remote.The croma service engineer came and removed the entire display panel and made my ac completely non functional saying that he would get it repaired within a day or two. Its been 6 days now, and yet there is no clue as to when my ac will be made functional.I had a functional ac which was made non functional just because of the mis-management of the service department.I donot understand, that is there any rocket science in understanding that if the faulty part was not available, why did the engineer remove my acs entire display panel and make my working ac non functional for atleast a week now, and now too they have no specific date as to when my ac will be made in working condition. This is not the first time that I have faced a problem with this ac.Right from the time a purchased it, first I had a sensor problem which too took a years time to get resolved after multiple complaints in the service center. And now the display of the ac was damaged by the service engineer and this complaint too is pending for 4 months.We have been made to suffer for no fault of ours and instead of being helped we have been torchered by the inexperienced service team. If this is the service these people are going to provide, I would really leave no stone unturned to spread a word that stay far away from croma products. Not only they are absolutely useless and a sheer wastage of money, but their service is worst than their products performance. My request to you is, if possible please get this issue resolved and get my ac replaced or money refunded as I already have suffered a lot because of these guys unprofessionalism.
