Last time when Croma TV broke down, Croma service took 7 months 25 tele calls and Rs 8000 to fix it. As the luck may have it TV broke down again within three months. I am guassing now and it is already 10 days waiting for service. service no ban311014fs00002.

    I wanted to by a DVD Player with fm/am Radio so I went to Croma Store Oberoi Mall, Goregaon Mumbai on 4th Nov to check out the model which I had seen on their online site -" Croma Portable Dvd Player EY3010", However, I was told that the model has been discontinued however it may be available online. I placed order same evening and was asked to be collected within 48 hours from the store as home delivery was not available at my pin code which is hardly 3 km from the Store. Anyway on 5th Nov 2014 I called up customer service to confirm if I can collect my order and they confirmed yes anytime from the store. On 6th AM I went to store to collect my DVD player the customer support team informed me that the item is not available in the store. I contacted CS on their 24X7 no.[protected] and they said you can talk to the Manger of the store to help you. Manager told me the that items has been discontinued for long time and he can't do anything you can cancel the order. I was thrown between the store Manager and Customer service (Call center) several time to resolve the issue. Then call centre told me it is available in Phonix Market city mall and Store Manager call them up but the item was not available, then it was available in Pune but the same story. Then they told me those are defective pieces. I asked store Manger to give me in writing that this particular model is not available in their store, which he refused. They were reluctant to give refund in cash as the purchase made was online but when complain made to the Customer service on call centre they asked the store manager to resolve the issue. I told them that I will go to consumer forum/court. After almost 4 hours in the store finally they gave me refund. My concerns: 1. Croma had not update record on their site (As per Manager item discontinued 4 months back) 2. Online Payment accepted and customer issued invoice but customers account was not updated 3. There are no inventory management in any store. (as it was showing to their central system that it is available in various store in Mumbai, Pune - but it was not) 4. Suffering of purchaser - spending his precious time to get refund. If I had not insisted on refund immediately it would have taken long time. Although I got my refund but still feel cheated and this was small amount what if there was very high value item? Why such company's are allowed to sell product online when they don't have the items in store.

      I have purchased a LG SMART TV 42cm from Croma Electronic Mega Store cetrre square, vadodara on 10/08/2014. I was told by the store employees that I will be getting a 5% Cash back if I use Axis bank debit card. So I did the same and I used the Axis bank Debit card to purchase the product.         We bought a rice cooker from CROMA on 19 oct 2014. Its croma brand 1.2L rice cooker. The rice got burned at my first cook itself, we have given it for repair. After the repair, again the same problem continues. 2 time we have given it to customer service. Still they are repairing the same product. Still they are not replacing their product. I dont understand how the new one get into the repair section. what is the quality? please consider my issue and replace it.

        I already called the customer service but they told me to contact directly the store where i got the same. Otherwise give me a proper person no. to contact regarding the complaints.

        Still the product is in croma store as we dont want to collect the same damaged piece. It is in Ghod dod road(branch), Surat. With the confirmation mail or message to exchange the product, then only we will go and collect. Still dissatified with the service.

            Sir i have got physical damage in my mobile . that i got broken the touch . and i visited all croma store but i have failed every where, they responded that there is no stock, but it is not fare if you sail the product then you should provide the spare, sir if get the touch screen it will be very greatfull

              I Poonam Kayal of Bangalore have purchased a laplop (lenova) model no G[protected]/422410 bearing serial no.YB04313047 vide invoice no. SLF020A[protected] from Croma, Eva Bangalore-560025 on 15th august 2014.At the time of purchase Crome told that you have been given additional warranty for two years and one year accidental warranty along with one year default warranty and 5% cash back as a independent day gift.In lieu of the said offer when I asked for the warranty card they replied that we will be send to you through the mail, but till date I have not received the warranty card nor the cash back. Recently I am facing problem with my laptop so I called the Croma consumer care they told they cannot do any thing u call the lenova service centre, then where is the after sell service which they guaranted at the time of purchase. Next i called the lenova service centre, to them when I enquired regarding the warranty card they said, u have only one year default warranty and additional warranty is not granted to u since your invoice and laptop is not registered, then I said that it was Croma, who said me that they will be sending the warranty card and invoice through mail, but I have not received till date.Further I was shock to hear that i have not received the additional three warranty which was promised at the time of purchase. I received the invoice and not the warranty card on 16th of august but not the warranty card, to which when I called the concerned person of Croma they told that invoice is equivalent to warranty card. Croma didnot informed me any thing regarding registeration of laptop with Lenova, Further if at the time of purchase when the aforesaid warranty and cash back was attached to a product the consumer should be granted apart from the fact that the product need to be registered or not. Now they are blaming me for the issue that i have not register the product so i cannot avial the additional warranty. How a customer know that they will avail the aforesaid additional warranty only on registration if the concerned salesman, authorityof Croma and other party connected at time of sale donot inform u the same.Few person who was at the time of sale was tejas, Prasanna and others. further both Lenova and Croma are blaming each others sales person. I donot know who is Croma's salesman and who was Lenova's saleman, the only thing I know is I have purcahsed a lenova laptop from "the Croma" It seem that it is the common policy of fraud which is been carried out by "the Croma" to all the consumer for various brands. I want all the promises made to me at the time of sale as soon as possible without paying anything extra cost. I want the immedate action to be taken or i will have to go to consumer forum.

                  Few days before I have meet to Mr. Harish at Croma (Crown interior Mall, Faridabad) I have told him about the power bank issue (Invoice:SLF02A[protected] Zen Power Bank 2600mAH) that it's not working. He told me that this product is not of Croma so you need to go to Zen dealer. I went to dealer and he was not ready to replace the product. Now I tried multiple times to contact croma but no one is ready to listen for this. So please in this regards.

                  God. I have the same issue. My Croma power stopped working and the store wouldn’t help out either. I’m disappointed, as it was the first thing from Croma after friend’s recommendation. The led lights turn on but it never really charges itself. Rs 2000 wasted. I bought another and that has the same issue as well. Lol Croma or zen, it doesn’t matter. The point here is I spent money to buy a product and it let me down when I needed it the most.

                    Hello, My Register mobile # against purchase is [protected]. Sandeep Poonia I Purchased IPhone 5S 16 GB for my cousin & i am entitled for the cashback of RS. 8000, But i have not received any cash back from you guys till yet. The sales person told i should get it within 2 months, but its 3 months now but still i have not get the cashback of Rs. 8000. I also called customer care [protected] & filed a complaint ( Complaint # SR[protected] ). They told be that i will get a call within 24 hours & get the cashback from you but very sorry to say i have not get any reply from any where. i called them today as well but still dont have any satisfactory answer. I am afraid i will not recommend anyone to go CROMA for shopping. Your sales guys makes customer fool.                       I've bought 42" LED TV from croma Adajan Store. After 8 days still fitting is not done. I'm continuously doing follow up for the same since last 5 days, but only next day promise is being given by customer care as well as store. This the worst purchase experience i've ever had.

                      product not delivered in time

                      We booked refrigerator on 27 Oct still product not delivered and intially it was said that will get the product in 3 days then extended to 30 day so far product not delivered it's more than 45 days no one is responding for Delay

                        We have purchased 5 Air Conditioner of Tata Croma but One AC is not working properly it is unable to cool the room becuase it has gas leakage problem your service executive came after our first complaint and they refill the gas in the unit but we faced the same problem in next two days. We have a strong demand to replace the unit as early as possible otherwise you will get a legal notice soon. Stop harassing the people it does not suit a famous company like you.

                          I'm writing to you because of a rather ridiculous set of events perpetrated by the staff at call center. After 45 days of dealing with them I have reached a conclusion: they are incapable of making a phone call. This is ironic since they work in the aforementioned call center. I've made about 30 phone calls to your call center in the past one month. i had given my croma mobile in t nagar, chennai service centre 45 days ago. i had contacted them several times but there is no response. at first they were managing the issue by giving various useless reasons. and now when am trying to to contact both the service center as well as showroom, none of them are picking up my call. sir, i have lost my temper and extremly frustrated . i need my mobile. sincerely requesting to look into this problem and resolve very soon.

                            Hello, I am Mayur Chawla, I purchased a washing machine in 11/05/2011 along with that I purchased 2 years extanded warranty by paying Rs.600/- extra company product was covered for 2 years + 2 years extanded warranty. Its been pain full stress full and west of time. I lodged a request on 13/08/2014 for washing machine repair and since than they all only making me run around. Number of calls and number of emails with no resolution and now I totally believe that I choose the wrong company. People over there only giving fake promises to resolve my issue but since last 2.5 months they even not seems to resolve this issue. I dont know what is the issue. Why they cheated me by taking Rs.600/- extra when they don't value the money of mine. I found only cheaters and liars in Croma.. Such cheats who lie all the time. I made almost 120 calls since last 2.5 months for assistance at Last I found no resolution. My last call was on 17/10/2014.I was all the time assured that I will receive a call back from Croma on call but till date no one means no one did call me back on my registered number with them.                               I bought a refrigerator on 25th October 2014 and they promised that they would deliver on 26th October 2014 which is mentioned in the bill also . But till now I haven't received a call from there nor any update . When I call the customer they are not saying any details clearly saying they don't have any update . I want my product on 26th October 2014 or pay the whole money back without any charges ( because the mistake is on croma side).                               There is no need to get back me . I went to your shop and taught the so called CHEATING sales persons/ managers a lesson . I had to fight for my rights in the counter to refund me the money . Giving false commitments on delivery does not make sales.

                              If people don't fight back at shop you people are not doing anything . Remove that useless customer care which never gives any update, just says " We will arrange a call back" if you don't have softwares tell me I will make them for you ( Quality softwares to track updates).

                              I will never recommend croma to anyone again, even after my friend said croma is not good i believed the brand TATA but now i donot.

                              You are saying 3 days for refund, days for getting back . Are you returning customer money with Interest for all those days? Is it not a way of scam?
                              There was another scam here, they showed me a 4 star LG model in showroom and billed me a 3 star model, the only difference you can see is model SMCL and SLCL . You cannot see anything visually.

                              I realized it when i went to buy in a different shop...

                                I ordered HTC handset through Ebay from Croma on 11th Oct. First they took 4 days to sort out the purchase invoice & on 15th Oct they updated status with AWB # from Blue Dart. On checking that AWB # it was found that the courier # doesn't exist. Got a written confirmation from Blue dart that was shared with the retail house on their email ID provided. After sending 8 reminder emails & following call to Croma got an update that it will be received latest by 22nd Oct. Now on 22nd oct the same AWB # is reflecting with a remark that dispatch delay due to network issue. On calling Croma helpline I was been made to wait for more than 15 min. Then 3 time the line was disconnected. Resolution given was that WE ARE SORRY BUT WE CANT DO ANYTHING. PLEASE WAIT FOR BLUE DART TO DELIVER YOUR PRODUCT. NO CONFIRMAITON ON DATE PROVIDED. Such a cheat company Tata Croma is. I request some serious action against them as all they know is to earn their living on others money. Poor customer service which was not expected at least from TATA's. Humble advice to all, please be very careful from the big name crook in the market. Don't just go with the brand name.

                                  I had puchased the above samsung tv led from croma on 26 jan 2010 frm ansal plaza croma branch in palam gurgoan. Now the tv does not work so i have been requesting samsung to repair to which the company responds no spare parts. They want a bill to exchange the tv. But when i approached your showroom at dt megamall they did not have any purchase record. I had taken loan emi frm bajaj finser and they have given me a statment.                                   The LED TV 40 inch model UAYOB6000VV S/N 14533ZEZ200317C I purchased this TV from croma ansal plaza palam gurgoan on 26/01/2010. Due to excess ppwer supply the tv must have gone kaput. I informed samsung service centre but they do not have the spare part to repair. So i need bill to exchange the tv but the croma has no record of the purchase done by us. We had taken a finance frm bajaj finser and they habe me the loan statement. But the company needs the bill and croma has no record. Why is there no record?
                                  I am waiting. Pls send me a duplicate bill.

                                    I am very disappointed with your services and mal-functioned products that you deliver to the Customers. I had purchased Auqasure Auqa guard from Wakad-Pune Croma on 2nd Oct. Firstly this productis a defective product. It was Installed without our will and no demo was given. We had registered compalint of same in call-Centre and had been assured this will be fixed in a day or two and today its 20th, and no one has responded us back even after making at least calls everyday atleast twice. Is this what you provide service to your customers?Are you trying to make fun and money by providing us defective pieces and just wasting our time?

                                      plz plz plz...beware of the lucrative term called "Extended warranty" for which they charge you heavy amounts. First, there will be no response if you call the customer care no. Second, you find time and go to the store, they will assure you best of the services but no body will turn up from the technical department . You wait for another weekend, go agian to the store, they will say" Sir your previous complaint is not there in the file, think we have missed it by mistake." You again get and assurance and then wait for another week. Weeks pass by. You will again visit the store, again the same thing. When you make a scene and tell them you will complaint further, then you will get a call from their technical section saying that " SOrry sir, our staff is available only between moday to friday and that too between 12:00 P.M to 4 P.M." AFTER WAITING FOR WEEKS YOU GET AN "APPOINTMENT", YOU TAKE A LEAVE AND THEN THAT GUY WILL CALL YOU 10 MINS BEFORE THE EXPECTED TIME " SORRY SIR, i WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COME TODAY. I AM BUSY AT ANOTHER SITE. YOU MAY MAKE A FRESH COMPLAINT AS NOW YOUR COMPLAINT IS CLOSED FOR THE DAY". Alas, now repeat the same procedure. and the cycle keeps going. And one more thing, try and get a complaint no. Croma never gives a complaint number, so you cannot even complaint to their higher officials. thats their trick...

                                        1.Oct 14, 2014, I visiteD kormangla after my wife confirmed from chroma regarding availability of kobo ereader.However when we reached, the product was not available, causing lot of Inconvience Interm of time and effort.We asked for than Kobo paper black which having same features as kindle paperwhite However very negative and false information was provided by croma of kobo, and convinced to purchase kindle paperwhite.however on seeing kobo all info given by crOmo was wrong just to sell their product. However, still purchased, not even taken in my hand, requested to let me replace with 3 G model which they Refused, At time of purchase, my intention was drawn from kobo to paperwhite, Without revealing the benifits of 3g.Definqtely, i shall also be taking up the issue with kobo.
