Purchased a lcd from Croma Outlet from Bhavnagar gujarat on dt[protected]. The LCD WAS OPEN BY SERVICEMAN OF COMPANY & FOUND DAMAGED. ON DT 14-8-22.Being a MI product, HE called their customer care desk and was informed that the LCD must have gone bad and needs a replacement. A product that did not work. & now needs to be replaced with another part. than after myself also call on ci call & filed my complane. MY SERCIVE REQUEST SR[protected] STILL PENDING AFTER 11 DAYS.
