I ordered a iPhone 14 pro max 21 sep 2022 from Croma online shop and when I am waiting from last 1 month for my product they told me product out of stock when delivery date is near 19th October 2022. I complained so many times but they are not taking any action making customer fool and still taking online order for iPhone pre-booking. In the name of pre-booking they holding money and not giving any product. They making false commitment to customers.

    I have ordered ipad air 5th gen via croma.com online store on 4th Oct. The product was supposed to deliver by 10th October and due to some issues from their end, the delivery was extented to 13th Oct. I could see the product reached the neaby hub from the tracking page. However on 13th Oct, i saw the status as return requested and refund initiated. (Reason being unable to locate the address, however nobody contacted me for the delivery and address enquiry in the provided phone number.

    Now the prodcut has been returned without my consent and I wont be able to purchase the product with the earlier MRP as the amount has been increased by 2500 INR.

    I need them deliver the product with the same amount I ordered previously.

      Billing fault at Croma Store Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore

      Gift card balance worth Rupees 6000 was lost by the billing team due to an error on Wednesday, October 5th.

      No complaint registered proactively by the store agents and I was sent back empty handed with a promise that it would be resolved in 48hours.

      I have followed up 6 times personally with the store support department (Bala) and head cashier (Chandraiah). But both of seem lost on where the solution is!! There is absolutely no sense o[censored]rgency in resolving the issue and the standard response i received till date is the backend team is working on it!

      I've registed 2 online complaints on Croma website and guess what? No response to that too!

      Croma simply has lost my valuable money and not ready to provide me the product.

      This is daylight robbery!

      Who can help me escalate the issue? I really don't want to make a ruckus in the store but that's my only option now.

        This is to bring to your notice that we purchased a TV of Croma Brand from Bhubaneswar retail store. We have been continuously calling the the Customer care to send an executive to install the TV yet the customer care person just rubs it off by telling that they will send the executive by 12 noon . Till date there is no response from the any Executive. We have called more than 10 times for Installation process but no response.

          I had purchased a Croma W/M semi 6.5 KG CRLW065SMF202351 on 13-Sept-2022. The dryer stopped working on 30th September 2022. I raised a complaint on 1st Oct 2022.
          After 3 days a technician visited and told me that a senior person would come to check the machine. The next day the complaint was cancelled by croma.
          On 10th Oct 2022, I again raised a complaint and on 12th October a technician visited and told me that the Dryer motor is not working and since the product is new they would replace the product in a couple of days.
          On 12th October night I received a message saying the complaint has been cancelled without any reason.This is the second time that the complaint has been cancelled without resolution of the issue and no reason was given for the cancellation.
          This is a new product and I have used it less than 2 weeks. It's been 2 weeks since the first complaint was raised and no resolution has happened.

          The product is in warranty and it should be replaced.
          I have all the records of the complaints raised and the cancellation done by croma without any reason with me.
          I have raised a complaint again today (13th October ) and am waiting for a quick resolution of the issue. Also the technician ( Mr Sellapandian) specifically told me that the replacement would be taken care of my croma and I need not initiate anything further for the replacement.But when i talked to the customer care today, they said no replacement has been initiated or no comments was entered by the technician into the system
          Please look into this and do the needful.

            This is regarding my Bajaj water heater(under warranty).It has been more than 3 days since a complaint has been raised with Bajaj electricals and Croma(raised today, additionally) and yet it is unfortunate that no single response has been received.
            There is a lot of leakage from the water heater and it can cause into any accident.Also due to excessive leakage tha bathroom is blocked and can't be used.

              i was given a request for my washing machine spin motar is not working on 02.10.2022 and request number for Croma WM SemiAuto is[protected]., same technician called after 48 hrs and confirmed what is issue i explained that from spin moter some sound is coming and is not spining, so he said the moter is dead need new moter and he told i will tell in company to bring a new moter it will be taken 24 to 48 Hrs, after that i received a call from Technician team manager on 06.10.2022 at 7:04 PM (Sadhi - [protected]) She told i that by tomorrow evening your W/M machine will be done completely and i want to close a complaint request by today at your permission., i told sorry madam first kindly do my problem solve and then you can close my request, she told ok then after 30 min i have received a messaged that the repair request for your product is cancelled.(Hi, the Repair Request HYD021022EW00027 for your product has been cancelled. Rgds, Team Croma.) (with out any intimation they cancelled my repair request) same thing next day i raised a complaint on 07.10.22 (Your service request number for Croma WM SemiAuto is[protected]. An Onsitego engineer will visit your location within 24 to 48 working hours. ) Techinican came this time after 48 hrs check the proplem even he said required Spin Moter and gear box for machine is not availabe at local store it will come from company tahe 24 to 48 hrs again, ok done but same thing on 11.10.2022 i have received message (Hi, the Repair Request HYD071022EW00067 for your product has been cancelled. Rgds, Team Croma. ) this is the second time for same thing not taking seriously action, we are suffering from this.. i want to exclate this issue to higher authority... please help us further action

                The product delivered on 30 . 09.22 and installation started on 01.10.22 after installation they found that gas filling Nozzle was not able to open by your service people and they left as it is after that for past one week I have given reminders to both service center and customer care nothing happened for past one week
                I am ashamed to buy these type of products from Tata
                I have given mails to nodal officer also
                Till the problem not solved
                Whenever I given complain they give service no and couple of hours I received it is resilved but they didn't mention the action taken

                    I had ordered a "Kent Instant 7 Eggs Electric Egg Boiler" on 12th September with Order ID:[protected] . For payment I had used a Rs 1000 Chroma Gift Card (Card Number : [protected])and Rs 199 was paid using netbanking. Order was not processed and refund was initiated by chroma. I had received the refund of Rs 199 in my HDFC account but the Rs 1000 Chroma gift card was not refunded back.

                    For the refund of Chroma gift card ( value Rs 1000), I was chasing chroma customer care (On[protected] from the last 25 days but inspite of repeated assurances from the chroma executives nothing is happening. Two Service requests were opened during these days ( SR[protected] & SR[protected]). On asking the chroma customer care executive to patch me with senior guys, they kept me on hold for around 30 minutes and then disconnected the call saying they are not getting my voice. As per them none of the senior guys were available in the office during that time.

                    Please do the needful and refund my gift card amount ASAP. My details are

                      As per subjects line TC[protected] purchased iphone12 128gb purple on 22/10/22 on terms of no cost EMI Conversion for 3 months but was not executed from your end. Already confirmed with bank it is pending from your end.
                      From day one of purchased I m connecting with tata neu for the same to do conversion execution but till date no response and action from your end.
                      This wil be my final mail if it's non response will put this issue to greviances department and definitely to nodal officer.
                      So take this matter seriously and take an action on imidiately basis.

                            No installation service provided after more than a week of purchase

                            I ordered a 564 liter hisense fridge on 30 sep 2022. it did arrive on time on 1st oct 2022. it was promised that the demo and installation will happen within 48 hours. i have been following up since and till date, no one has contacted me or arrived for installation. so the fridge is sitting idle unused. each time i call croma customer service, they say it will be done in one or two days and they close the ticket. i cannot wait indefinitely...

                            I I have ordered to unit of PTR and tws in which one unit was defective and I applied for replacement next morning the pickup was done but after one week also the replacement product is not delivered

                            This was my first experience to shop with Croma and it was worse

                            Their customer care executive also only registered the complaint and there is no follow up on those complaints

                              I had booked a Refrigerator from Croma with making payment in full through Prepaid payment system, at the time of booking it was told that the product is available at Croma Store of Jalandhar, so I booked the product and on 03rd October 2022, I visited Croma Store of Jalandhar but the said product was not available in their store. On enqiry there was no one to attend the customer....

                              Hi...i have purchased a new dell laptop from croma ludhiana in july 2022 worth rs 72000. I take it home n used twice or trice only...in september month only..i found that the laptop bottom surface as well as key pads are very much heated and laptop.is charging at very low speed..and aftee chagring it drained quickly...Also the laptop bottom surface as well as key pads are very much heated . So even it is almost impossible to work. Then again I need to shutdown the laptop for some time...This way I am not able to work on laptop more than 30-40 mins.. .then i touched bottom surface of the laptop...it was felt like swollen in the middle...i was so worried ...coz the laptop cost was just way more than my one month salary...then very soon next day...i visited croma ludhiana store...they told me to contact CSD...customer service desk...when i went there...there was no one...one sales man came...n said...the CSD person is on leave...he opened my laptop and inspected said ...they will lodge a conplaint with dell and one executive will visit my home to inspect he laptop...and if the executive will sugeest for replacement they will do the same...he further told ...some issues in connectiom with CPU fans i identified preliminary...but the CSD person only will do the complete process...so i told him that i will visit again in the presence of that CSD person...then again i visited the store after two days...they informed that person is late...i waited for two hors...then he came...n asked me abut the issues...i explained...but he denied my issues without inspected my laptop properly and said...its normal...also he said...he cpuld not find any swollen surface in the bottom part...which anyone could easily feel by touching...i was totally disheartened...but when again told...its not normal...then he started lodging complaint anyhow...after waiting two hours ...i asked simply...how much time still it will take...he said rudely...he is doing my work only...otherwise customer only has to loadge the complaint by herself only...its not his duty...
                              Whats their duty then...only to sell defective products no...respomsibilies later on...

                              After watching such behaviour...i myself started contacted dell on given customer service no...then its time for dell to suck my all time and energy...he said me to do multiple troubleshooting testss...in all.tests...they only say...systems is working as per design...i requested multiple times...that...since there is no service centre in ludhiana...please send any service to inspect the exact issues...in hardware and software ...but they again say me before sending any engineer...we need to understand the real issue...After purchasing the laptop from BRAND like DELL and paying 72000 rs .. I can use the laptop only 1 hour. It is really hard to connect with DELL support and by any chance if you are lucky and got connected, DELL is saying it is as per design. Is DELL considers users to use laptop max one hour? Is this value for money product ?...If it is as per design, why it is not mentioned in laptop specifications. Why you tell after purchase

                              I keep on telling them abut thr issues...but they dint listen only...troubleshoot my laptop ...it took around week...i found no conclusuons...therr customer care persons are very rude...alwys unable to.provide me solution...then one day said they will send the engineer but i need to fill the some informations as per their performa...i submitted the same...then again they said...before sending the engineer ...they need to do some other troubleshooting tests...they send me msge once they they will troubleshoot beteen 12 to 2 o closk...i take my laptop in the office also...till mid night i have perfomed varuous tests...but again other day...they repeat same story of tests...
                              In this mean time...i have also lodged complaint with croma customer support for the bad service...they sent me an email quoting
                              .we have resolved your complaint...so they are closing the complaint...i was shocked to see that...still im doing troubleshooting tests...n they have closed thr complaint...i again contacted and informed...why croma has closed the complaint without asking me if my problm is resolved or not...they said ..they have contacted with dell...and dell has advised croma that...my laptop is working as per design...i jsut cant understand did they design their laptop battery to discharge quickly and drain within 30 mins...keyboard to burn and bottom surface to be swollen...

                              After all this...one day i got a call from dell...some custoemr care person said...they will attach a DU letter in email and they have approved for replacement of my dell laptop...i jsut to need to fill the same...and contact dealer for replacement...i thanked god finally i will get my problme solved...but i did not receive any email ..that day...when i enquired abut with dellcares on twitter they said i have to contact customer care no regading the same between workijg hours...so next day again i callled on cutomer care...the persom on..call said...they dont have any information regarding replacement of laptop...they simply denied...i told i have recordings om phone...but he denied and said ...i need to contact softeware department for troubleshoot...i was so frustrated...i told him how many times u will do troubleshoots test...n explained i already have contacted all the departments...but he just disconnected my call in between...i never felt this much..hopeless in my life...feeling cheated...no rights of consumer...

                              I want to update that...after this much struggle...has recieved a call from dell quoting a they are sending an email. Attaching a DOA letter for replacememt of my faulty laptop..they have marked cc toh croma staff also...croma never informed me regarding this...they i talked to the staff over and again emailed them the DOA no...they denied for replacement saying DOA letter is containing wrong deatils or details of some other customers regading service tag and name...i told them to follow up with dell for the rectification...they are just convencing me that this is not my DOA no ...its of there other customer...and i m wondering ...why dell send this to me and called me...m i that free...
                              However i told them to follow up them rectificatioj and follow up of my case...and mark cc for me...since they send email them also...but till date i have receievd no email ...only i am sending emails to rectifiy the details to dell and marking cc to croma...no reply received...just a unprofessional behaviouer...

                              @Chroma : I wanted to buy a laptop from store but seems like there is no benefit of buying laptop from your store if you cannot help customers with genuine issues and provide better customer experience. Initially I was under impression that even though buying laptop from online platforms is much more cost effective and returns policy seems to be better but if we buy laptop from stores it will be better as stores will be more responsible and accountable. But seems like it is not the case.

                              Very disappointing..
                              OMG is this happening under such a big name "CROMA". I think some arrogant official of CROMA are taking it on their ego. If product is defective than why customer will suffer. In our Indian ideology "customer is always right" then why people are not doing justice.

                              I strongly recommend for the replacement of such faulty items placed in croma store.

                              After all customer had paid such a big amount. CROMA should respond it personally.

                              If no replacement is done in time then I suggest to lodge a file against the company in consumer court.

                                  I was ordering one refrigerator from Croma and it didn’t process, but my amount got debited. I used 3 E-Gift Vouchers of amount 25000, 500 and 500 and rest of the amount I was paying through credit card. I received the refund of my credit card but I haven’t received refund for my E-Gift Vouchers. It has been more than 15 days and I contacted customer care more than 10 times, but I didn’t get resolution. Please take action against them.
