[Resolved] Croma — Non resolving reoccuring manufacturing defects | |
Ihave purchased a refrigerator from Sion Mumbai on 16 Jun 2014 for an amount Rs. vide croma invoice no. against 04 years warranty. After 2 month (Approx) the heavy short circuit has been expeirence in the product due to that the main supply breaker of the house along with subbreaker tripped off. After compalint the croma technician visited and told that the the lamp filld with water being lighting ckt in the pessimisms of ice chamber. I insisted that did it may resolved on pmt basis. He replied that no, it will happen again and again. It is a manufacturing defect. I insisted to give in writing and recommend for product replacement but he didnt, telling that instruction from Croma not to give in writing such type of recommendation. I am experiencing such incident after 02 - 03 month frequently Was this information helpful? | |
