Croma — not giving proper service

i have bought my croma mobile on 2 may but after 20 days it itself got its display damaged and the company is saying that it will take 15-20 days to repair but at the tie of shopping they said that wahatever the cause it will took only a week or less even when i took my mobile to them they said that they will call e next day but it has been 5 days they dint give me a call too...so help me

croma tablet touch not working properly

we have purchased Croma tablet one and half year back but now its touch is being malfunctioning. its touch is automatic working so we cant use this tablet. so please let me know the service center for repair the same
