i bought a new air conditioner from croma ansal plaza greater noida. it is a great shame on you because it has been almost more than the time asked by the company it has been a height of my patience n yet the a.c. has been placed. and on calling the company's agent more than 200 times there is a worst response from both the company and as well as the agent of the company . the worst of the worst is the company croma .

    This is THE worst experience that one can have from their service provider. I was under the impression that when someone has a branch name like TATA, company will have that decency to serve their customers to the extent of satisfaction. I bought a Tata croma AC from the Saket Branch, New Delhi in August, 2014 . The Ac which was delivered was defective . We raised this issue for replacement as it was a defective piece however Croma team came and just REPAIR the AC and given the assurance that no problem will arise in future. The BIGGEST MISTAKE we did ... we trusted on CROMA Again in April 2015 the defective AC reported the same problem. We lodged the same complaint . Our complaint was swinging like a pendulum from one executive to another executive and finally after 15 business days it took into consideration. The customer care team given the commitment for complete replacement however today we received the repaired defective piece again. The Ac was broken from sides and welded . Instead of giving my feedback that my complain is not resolved...team closed the request. Hope you understand the customer point view and get my product replaced.       One year ago a split AC was brought from CHROMA store, Faridabad product code 153438, which was found not working. A complaint was lodged on 21st april, 2015.Complaint was acknowledged on 23rd april on service order no TEL210415FS00067.The unit was dismantled and taken away for service on 23rd april.Since then we have been following for status from call centre, service centre Okhla, Mr Girish([protected]), another official who had not disclosed his name([protected]), but unfortunately all in vain. To my surprise a AC has not been corrected since 14 days.My grand children have come from Pune and i had spoiled their trip mearly due to you people, because of your unprofessional approach. Today i feel it would have been better if i would have purchased some branded product like SAMSUNG or LG etc.I regret for the deal of AC.

      Thanks team Croma for acknowledging this mail.The answer given is very polite and sweet but doesn't solve my problem.My question and problem remains at same status.I request somebody senior to look into the matter so that i can be given some substantial answer as when i will have my AC back.You all are checking my patience.Don't force me to go through rough roads of consumer forums or courts...Revert back with solution, i don't need your details of concern.Your deed has shown how deeply you are concerned about customer satisfaction.

        Hi, I had purchased a sony power bank 5000mha from Delhi airport today . The salesmen assured that it would work on iphone as sony is one of the fee dealers who deals in lion - poly batteries which iphone 6 supports. My phone is about to die and i am unable to use the power bank as the wire does not support iphone 6. This is pathetic, just to met targets, achieve sales croma makes fools out of the customer ... On top of that i called up the customer care they are saying you have to visit the nearest croma store and i came to know from him there js no store in cochin... What should i do through the phone or take a flight to chennai to find the nearest store... What service croma i didn't expect

          very very poor service..i have submittted by laptop since 20 days, and nobody is having reply when it will get repaired., ...very very very poor service..u can tract that same with my case id-jahm[protected]...i didnt expect the level of service from croma...a tata enterprise..(tata stands for reliability, , bu this is non reliable)... not i want my laptop back..but still they done have any asn to that alos...can anybody listen now or we should stop buying form croma...

            I write this email in desperation as in the store the manager an other people have not being able to help me since the last 5 days I have pick up a Whirlpool a/c from croma --Invoice No -- SLF02A[protected] From day 1 -- I have been Unsatisfied an have been in constant touch with your croma Outlet Whirl pool service centre guys came to check up the a/c --which gets cool after 45mins --which they claim is a normal phenomena -- I showed them my other room a/c samsung which cooling happens in 5mins--he was speechless anyway presently I have very frustruted an tired an yesterday My brother visisted the Store again --to request another a/c O.G brand --for which i am ready to pay the more difference --but all in vain So now -- I1m not asking or request for an Exchange I`m Demanding for MY REFUND BACK FOR THE A/C -------PLEASE !!!               This has been my worst customer experience. No delivery of purchased products even after one week from the committed date of delivery. On 23rd Apr 2015, I have purchased a LG Fully Automatic washing machine and a USHA Honeywell cooler from Croma Store at Aditya City centre, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (U.P.) I have made the full payment of Rs.30180 on 23rd Apr 2015. Invoice no: SLF02A[protected] For the past 1 week, I am following up with the croma store customer care centre (as I am unable to visit the store in person) regarding the delivery but except the false assurance that products will be delivered in 24 hours, it has been a complete waste of time and energy causing a lot of stress. Would have earned bank interest on the above amount for this period. The most shocking point is that not a single communication has come from them as to why products are not delivered and when, if at all the products will be delivered.                 Dear Sirs, Today evening I went to Croma at Velachery to buy Dell laptop model 3148 and had horrowing and bitter experience there which made me and my family not to go to Croma in future to buy any item. When I decided to buy the item, I requested the sales person to bring a new sealed box which he did. I asked him to open and check the laptop. He said that only after billing and payment, he will open the same. I asked him if it was found to be defective after opening the box, could he bring another one. He said that there was only one and it would take four working days to replace the same. i told him that was not fair. I told him that I did not ask for performance testing but to check there was no physical damage. He once again said that only after billing and payment, the box can be opened. I requested him to check with his manager. When we called upon the manager, he was not willing to hear our request and his behaviour was totally unfriendly. We (myself, my wife, mys son and d-in-law) all felt humiliated by him. The manager first should learn how to treat the customer. It was a great disappointment today. If one gets order through online, it is cheaper, but still we had gone to Croma expecting to get good service but it turned out to be worst experience.                   with reference to my above service order your service engineer take my air conditioner on 24/04/2015 and assure to back within three days, but now on 30/04/2015 they abusing me and say they have not return my air conditioner, whatever I can do . Please look into the matter and arrange to deliver my A/C at earliest as possible. Now a days company like TATA dealing with their customer threatening.

                      Hi, I'm writing this mail because i tried of calling call center, talk with mangers and also with heads. After 2+ month of dealing with them i came to the conclusion that they are incapable of making phone calls and reaching out to customer before doing any changes in parts or status or writing mails(falsifying that customer has agreed since customer wont come to know what they have actually mailed). You see, I have bought Lenovo Ideapad S405 laptop from croma banshankri store with extended warranty of 2years. Since i was facing overheating issue i had called extended warranty service center on 21st Feb 2015 and registered my case(Id: [protected]). And they told me to submit my laptop at "COMPHERALS Acer Customer Service Centre". As per there request i had given my laptop there and after 5 - 6 days they called and mention its under observation please come and collect it. When i went through my laptop display was not working properly and it was giving graphic card error. So i checked my device manager setting and couldn't find my graphic card itself. Either it was missing or it was not detecting. So i gave them back mentioning these problems and told will be resolved soon. Soon after 5 days they called me again and i went there to check again. But this time they had formated my whole system and replaced my motherboard with i3 processor but my motherboard is "AMD Quad-Core A8-Series APU for Notebooks AMD A8-4555M APU with AMD Radeon HD 7600G" which is equivalent to i5 processor and still couldn't find my graphic card. When i asked them where is my graphic card. They are showing something which is not related at all just to prove that its there as if m non IT guy. After again 10- 15 days(20th April 2015) i called them and at that movement they are mentioning that my motherboard is not available. And i need to report it to support. After i reported my case and also submitted complaint about service center(SR[protected]. On 21st APR one head person(Amit: [protected]) called me did conferencing with service center, and mention that i should adjust with i3 processor, so i told him that my laptop is equivalent to i5 so i cant do that either give me same laptop or upgraded one. so he cam to conclusion that he ll give me brand new laptop since my laptop manufacturing has stop and mention that he ll give me 25k credit buy any laptop from croma store. I mentioned him that i have payed 36k for my laptop. Either you suggest me same configuration laptop which you can give or increase credit to what i have purchased. he asked me for 2 days of time for increasing of amount. After 2 days(24th APR) i only called him and he mention its been increased to 29k, still i said no thats not possible and he mention just visit stores and checkout the laptop with my configuration, gave Shashi croma([protected]) number to contact. I contacted him, he was on leave so he told me croma person will call me. And Laxshmi mam called me and told me to come and i mentioned that i ll come with in 7 - 8 PM. So she agreed and at about 7:45PM i went there and waiting for 1 hour and couldn't find anyone to assist me regarding this matter. when i called Shashi on his number its off and Laxshmi mam has gone home and when i called Amit he told that he ll call me tomorrow and let me know when i should come. And on Saturday(25th APR) when i called Amit 6 times and he mentioning that he is busy cant receive call or call back and Shashi is disconnecting my calls. And when i called customer support to know the status they mentioned me that Amit has told that i have asked for 2 days of time to decide, where as i never did so and also i have agreed for 15 days to wait and which was not at all mentioned to me and when i call Amit to confirm with him whats going on he is texting me "i ll call back", "having food" and "busy with some other important work". Problem Faced: 1. About 7 - 8 time i got message specifying that issue has been resolved from croma and i had to call them back and re-open the case. 2. Manipulation of parts(Service team change my motherboard and graphic card is missing ). 3. Neglecting customer calls and not updating status and also not mentioning or falsifying customer conversion. Things I have faced: 1. Traveling to service center 2-3 time. 2. Talking with customer service more then 30-40 time. And many of them dont understand itself what i m mentioning. 3. No mental peace. 4. No entertainment, no gaming, no music and also no work. 5. Laughed and teased by friends for you misbehavior and negligence. I don’t understand that every thing that has happened it is as per my convenience or is it a company dominating consumer just because of the policies that they have set. The behavior of the technician and the HOB has been worst One of the worst service that i have receive from the anyone And let me know if you can solve my issue with a day or not.                         In the month of Feb 2015 I had made a total shopping of INR 72, 933.05 on Croma store in Gurgaon Sohna Road. The sales executive had promised a flat 5% cash back on Axis bank cards. Now today when more than 2 months have passed and I did not receive any cashback, on raising a complaint they want me to settle with just INR 2500 whereas I should be getting INR 3, 647. It's like simply stealing Rs 1147 from a customer. I'd like to raise this to the appropriate forum and also make all other prospective customers be aware of such false promises. The store should pay the complete cashback as promised.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have purchased a Sony DVD Player DVP-SR760 HDMI vide invoice # SLF02A[protected] on 12th April-2015.

                          The product was not available in store and we were told to collect if after two days.

                          On 15th my wife went for collecting the DVD from Croma-Woody Bangalore store.

                          Even after request she was not given any demo of the product.Later when we tried to start it we noticed that it is a faulty product and the CD player is not getting ejected.

                          We raised a service request with Sony India Vide ID 25015845.After repeated request Sony India's person visited our home and confirmed that the product is not working and to contact Croma or take the product to Sony service centre for servicing.

                          As this is a new product purchased by us so we will request the Croma-Woody Bangalore store to exchange the product which they refused to do.

                          This is a case o[censored]nfair business practice where the Croma stores refuses to show a demo to a woman customer and issued a faulty product and later again refuses to exchange it.

                          Please look into this and Croma should issue us an new DVD player to us or return us the full money paid by us for this purchase.

                            Hi Team, I have purchased SONY Bravia TV in September, 2015 during purchase I have been asked for to register for 2years extended warranty which will be supported by croma with fall promise. 8-10 days back My Tv suddenly got switched off and after restarting the tv, I could not see the picture instead I am seeing horizontal and vertical line. So on the same day I have registered complaint with Croma Extended Warranty Service Team. On very next day I got a technician from Sony visited our house and said that there seems to be internal damage but he clearly denied it to be any physical damage. He took some pictures of product and said he will update to Sony team. After 2 days I got call from Sony and the guy told that I have to bear the expense as the product has some internal damage. I told that its not a physical damage so company only need to bear the charges as mentioned in Croma extended warranty paper. Sony guy told he again will get back to me next day with the update.From that I did not get any response from anyone. From my end, I called almost everyday since Monday to Croma Extended Warranty help desk but every time I got response like server is down so could not get any update. But suddenly when I called today I got the response that My co0mplaint has been closed as Internal damage does not come under warranty service. This is so strange because I did not get any kind of notification from any one about closing this request. Help desk Team has given number for contact but the person seems to be not interested to pick up the call. I am seeking for help here...Stil If I do not get any satisfactory explanation why it has been closed and why service will not cover this damage which is not a physical damage then I may seek help from consumer court also as this is very frustrating with the service which I have got till now.                                 I am balaji. I bought a croma brand double door refrigerator on 07:12:2014 in croma store mount road. I am facing issue in that machine for the past two months and I raised more than 15 complaints regarding this issue. They changed a part called thermostat but still the low cooling flow has not resolved. All the eatable which we keep in that refrigerator becomes rotten and dark. It will sounds good if they are ready to change this product to some other brand product.

                                  I bought a croma food processor from croma store which had a manufacturing defect from the very beginning..called customer care..they asked to take it to the croma store for repairing..so i went there to Helpdesk and told them about the issue and urged them to replace the defected piece or whole set...instead they repaired it...again it stopped working...so i registered a complaint on croma site"SR[protected]"..so i got a call from croma store regarding repair...yet i insisted them to replace the particular part or whole set...but they refused to do so...all of a sudden my complaint anonymously got resolved...so once again i registered a complaint by calling croma customer care "SR[protected]".

                                    Hi I had bought a Croma Branded mobile set from Croma retail Bangalore Rajajinagar 1st block branch worth Rs.4999/-. It worked for one month properly. One fine day the mobile was fully discharged and next day morning I plugged into the charging. Never switched on. I tried charging the same again. But it was dead. I took it to croma service center and showed it to service technician. He opened the hand set and checked for any type of water damages. Then advised me to leave the hand set and he will call me after 2 working days. The call never came I called them back. But I got an answer saying he is checking with his service technician and will revert back. But I didn’t get his reply for another 2 days. Finally when I called again he said it is still under servicing the technician will call you. I never got a call from the technician. When again I repeatedly called the service center they told me that the mobile is water damaged. And it will cost approx. Rs.7000/- to Rs.7500/- it is better to buy a new mobile. When I tried convincing them no one wanted to listen. Finally they returned my handset with water damage. When the new mobile cost itself is Rs.5000/- how can he charge Rs.7000/- for servicing. I am very much disappointed with TATA Croma retail customer service. I need my money back or with a compensation equaling to the same value. Regards Lakshman

                                        I have purchased a jabra talk Bluetooth headset from the fort Croma store on Sunday 5 April 2015 vide bill no. SLF02A[protected]. While purchase the instructions for buying were clearly given to the store representative that the device is required to be used while travelling on a bike and will be required to be worn inside a helmet. On basis o[censored]nderstanding the requirements the above referred device was suggested to be bought by the store representative Mr. Ahmed. On using the device on Monday I realised that the device will not be o[censored]se to me because the button for answering and rejecting a call is on the outside and is continuously depressed on account of it being in touch with the ear cushion of the helmet. I have approached the store today on Tuesday 7 April 2015. In order to get a replacement with some other suitable headset or some other electronic purchase or a cash back on account of this misselling by your store representative. We approach a store for such purchase to be guided by the persons there with respect to our requirements and then we are treated like this and are being told that it is not possible to replace the device since there is not manufacturing defect. What about selling it right to the customer and what about meeting the requirement of the customer in the first place. Kindly arrange to get me a replacement with an alternative device which meets my requirement or a store credit with which I can purchase another electronic item o[censored]se.
