Actually I have ordered a shoe seeing the photo but when the product was delivered the colour of the shoe was different....

It's been a 2 months I'm connecting with delhivery but my refund is not yet received. I have done payment twice and also I have provided screenshot of both payment. First time when I did payment on delhivery barcode it was proceed from my side but they didn't received it and also money was debited they said you will get refund but I haven't got it yet. After that I paid on delhivery boy's barcode....

I requested for shipping a parcel from Bangalore to Delhi on 16th May 2023 via Delhivery app. Their respective came and collected the parcel on the same day. As I noticed that the parcel don't have all the contents, I cancelled the shipping on 17th May 2023.

Everyday the app shows it will be delivered the next day, and the very next day the delivery status updates and gets updated to the next day. There is no customer...

The app shows its being returned and the return date keeps changing on the app daily but I am not getting my package back at all...

My parcel with Tracking ID/AWB[protected] was supposed to be delivered by 17th May . But it is not getting delivered till today 22nd May, And Everytime i check the date that was supposed to be delivered get's extended .

I tried to ask their support and also raised a ticket but i only got one AI response then they stopped responding to My tickets ....

Company falsely says your package has been delivered but in actually it's a false claim they update on app that the package has been delivered they don't have any proof of that to whom they delivered. It's a pattern in which thousands of consumer are been cheated on daily basis no action has been taken against this company. People aren't fool to waste their time by giving complaints . I order my fampay card on 4 may, it was to be delivered to me on 14 may but delhivery is showing that order cancelled by the consumer but i have not cancelled it ....

I’ve not received the parcel but it shoes delivered on the portal it’s been 6 days and still I’ve not received it. It complained about it on the helpline number several times but still no response they just say give us 48hrs we’ll resolve. Still no response from their side.
I want my parcel on any basis.
Check the same and deliver it to me....

I booked a COD order from Chennai to Hyderabad through Delhivery courier in an online website called Epickr, , however the courier reached Hyderabad on 14.05.2023 and thereafter there is no status update whatsoever.

This company is the biggest scam of India. They are providing third quality products. They don't have customer care team. You can't return your product if you got any damaged or wrong product.. they are just making fool.. I am going to complaint in consumer forum against them... They don't have any customer support team, where we have to contact them for any return issue... Third quality delivery company....

They simply never attempt delivery and say could not be delivered because the receiver was not available, where as receiver never received any call for all 4 days, 4 attempts from 12th May to 15th May 2023.

My delhivery parcel no- Re: AWB [protected] it's not delivered but it's showing it's delivered in the tracking status. I have contacted customer care also but no response from them either. The parcel was in the nearest hub for 4 days when i called the office they said the package is now missing from their side they will resolve it. But on may 6th i got a message it was out of delivery i thought the product was coming...
