Its actually a very important envelope and it needs to be delivered by today .It cant be delayed and it is showing "shipment not delivered as executive was unable to reach me" like they didnt even call me and i cudnt reach you guys its urgent and necessary please deliver it all addresses amd everything are just fine

    My boat Ticket no is : 36091723

    On 28th july i had given my boat Airdopes for replacement under warranty after repairing my product on 4th july i got a status as 'replacement product is dispatched'. But still i haven't recieved my product.i had talk to the customer care they are telling it will ve delivered to you in 24 hour's but i haven't recieved till yet .It has been 10 days delay .Todays date is 17th August 2023 .My product tracking no of delhivery agent is '[protected]'.The delivery date is extending day by day. I am unable to contact customer care now. Please look into this matter and solve as soon as its is possible i am missing my Classes because of the Airdopes .The boat courier partner delhivery is making too late
    When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

      I haven't received my order till now, but it shows delivered while tracking.Delivery person came on 9th aug and told me that he will bring my package after sometime but he didn't come and no call or OTP has come regarding my order delivery.

        Sir/Mam, the Delivery Partner Didn't even Place a Call Before Delivering My Order AWB NUMBER : [protected] But the Status of My Order Showed a False Claim that the "Delivery Partner was Unable to Reach me", So Kindly Place a Call to me Before Delivering the Order Today... Since i need it Urgently.

          I bought sheesham table from Amazon which i had to return to the seller, so I opted Delhivery services for the same. Delhivery guy picked the table on 26th July and it was supposed to reach seller in Rajasthan by 1st August.
          Since then tracking status in their app is showing out for delivery or in transit and every morning it delays and postpones the date by one day with no reason. This has been constantly going on for past 12 days with no whereabouts of my table, when I called or mailed them regarding the same they will not give explanation and valid reasons for this and will just say sorry for inconvenience caused. Now for past 5 days they have stopped replying to my mails. The shipment is still stuck at 'in transit' and says will be delivered the next day, but every morning it just delays by one more day. These guys will not reply if asked and even won't message the customer to make aware of any issue if it has occurred.
          I’ve read online about their reviews and there are so many customers like me who are complaining about their overall service and customer experience and are facing the same issue as faced by me.

          Did Delhivery solve your issue?
          The shipment is delayed for a week, everyday the app shows that delivery will happen the next day but that day never comes. Not even getting any response from support team.
          Please solve the issue asap.

                  It's been several times I face the same issue with Delhivery.
                  I did not get any call, or no one from delivery tried to deliver my order. Now the current status is "Delivery could not be attempted" on 7-Aug. The new delivery date is 9-Aug.
                  As they are, I know they will repeat the same thing on 9-Aug as again. After which I will be free to take any course of action for the damages I faced due to deliberate and unnecessary delay.

                    Pickup Not Done and Falsely Updating Status

                    Address: Prestige Towers, 6th floor, 99 & 100, Residency Rd, infront of Cash Pharmacy, Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560025

                    I ordered trolley bag from flipkart on July 30 2023. I received the order on 1st August 2023. Since the bag was not durable and looked like poor quality issues with handle, I submitted a return request on the same day, i.e on 1st August 2023.

                    My return request and refund was approved by seller and "Delhivery was the courier partner for pickup.

                    On 2nd, 3rd and 4th August, I received SMS from "Delhivery" stating...

                      and their delivery agent is updating false status from 3rd Aug 2023 like customer not locate and even today also he has not delivered and he update status delivery cannot attempt.

                      There is a return to the merchant. I gave two pairs of shoes to the delivery agent. He didn't say a thing about, how many should be taken. But they return only one pair of shoes to the merchant. After that, I raised many emails, chats, and calls on demand. but they are not replying to issues accordingly. On the website, I said that to give me the proof of submission. but they are not giving it and said to revert to the merchant.

                          I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the services provided by Delhivery. I had a shipment with Shipment ID:[protected] that was supposed to be delivered within 24 hours, as assured by the customer support team through Ticket ID: [protected]. However, it has been three days, and my parcel is still undelivered with no valid reason provided for the delay.

                          The lack of communication and failure to meet the agreed-upon delivery time has caused significant inconvenience. I have patiently waited and given Delhivery several chances to resolve the matter, but there has been no progress.

                              I had placed an order with delivery with pickup from Mumbai on 25th July 2023 and delivery address as Ahmedabad, The tracking number is[protected]. Earlier the date of delivery was showing as 29th July 2023. However it reached Ahmedabad one day later, as per transit updates on the app. Ever since then, the delivery is only getting delayed by another day and there is not support from the customer service team either.

                                Ordered some products from nyaka on 27th July and expected date for the delivery in Himachal Pradesh was 30-31st July, today is 31st and the package is stil stuck in Bangalore.
                                I'm have to go out of station within 2-3 days
                                Even they don't allow cancellation of delivery after shipment.
                                Delhivery always gives late services, always disappoints the costomer

                                  I have ordered the candes 350w ctpl90swm 9kg semi automatic washing machine online thorugh moglix shopping site. But when we got our product delivered it was damaged from downside and wiring has many cuts off . The order id of my product is [protected] . Tracking id of delhivery company awb[protected]. I have given video proof on same date of delivered to exchange our product . But it has so many days that our damaged product is not picked up untill now it has been 20 days . Delivery company has not picked our product and say we do not pick delivery call . After taking to customer care of delivery they just say that we don't pick call .When will this product we get picked up?
