Bank KYC Document (AWB - 23345611986202)

My bank had sent me a KYC document which was received at the Asangaon/Shahapur (Pin code - 421601) facility of Delhivery.
This service provider always refuses to provide door step delivery even for important banking documents despite charging the entire delivery fees.

I have encountered 2 instances with this guy (contact - [protected]) wherein I was to receive my cheque book which he asked me to collect from his godown...

I sent my friend C.P.U as an helping gesture to his problem, but soon before delivery he decided to buy a new, that lead to me canceling the delivery and requesting it back buy its been a week and they just keep on change return dates

    My vender has couriered my parcel to pune on 29th Oct 2023.And product costinng Rs.2000.I am attaching the proof for your persual.
    And it is to be delivered to me by 4th November 23 according to tracking details .
    But I have not received the courier on that day and it is showing status parcel received. Since last one month i am behind the vender and delhivery courier service provider from Mumbai. But that courier service provider were not responding properly. At last after a month today I got POD and showing my name that I have received the parcel but it has not happened.

        The delivery guy called me today for the parcel AWB [protected] and I said I don't want the product, he said there is a gift to it which I won't get if I cancel the order and I said okay. He said he wanted the cancellation code which I didn't get in my phone and I again sharing any codes since there are a lot of scam with the code sharing and Nykaa (which is where this parcel was from) says not to share any code. He then showed up at my house, even when I had strictly asked him to cancel. He kept pushing that he wants the cancellation code, and I didn't get any code. We (my mother and I) asked him why is he here when I have cancelled the order then he said that he is here to give me the gift, he had told me clearly on the phone that I will not get the gift if I cancel the order and still he was there which is very scary and I am concerned about this situation. His intentions didn't seem to be the best and his tone was bad as well

          My shipment is not pickup since 2 days by delivery boy delivery boy didn't come at my doorstep than also he updated worng status by delivery boy Please take action about it so my shipment is pickup today

            I have sent the parcel through Delhivery on 7th November. It has been more than 20 days and I haven’t got any response till now. I keep calling on their customer care number and that number is not in service. I’m facing business losses because of their pathetic service. I request you kindly take some action against Delhivery so that in future they won’t do it with any other customer.

              Sir, I'm Shobhit and I had placed an order from a private organization whose name is free up application. I placed the order on 16th November but till now I have not received my parcel because when I called the delhivery center near me they told me that you will have to pickup it at your stand.And when i went to get the product, they say that we should meet in the evening, the office is closed now.I went 15kilometre away from my house to take the order from their office and still I did not get the order. Now they have given a fake update that I have refused or canceled the order. but I haven't done anything like that. And now they have canceled the order and sent it forward to return, I want my product back and also want a strict action against them .

                I have not received a return package (AWB [protected]) that was supposed to arrive to me on 3rd November 2023 until today. It has been stuck at the final delivery hub for almost a month, but there is ZERO information about the package on their ### app. I can't even register a complaint through their ### app because there is NO ORDER INFORMATION about this particular delivery. I have sent multiple emails and only recieved automated responses, and even when I tried CONTACTing the CUSTOMER service via phone, they said that the AWB number is invalid!!! The tracking information in the website says that the delivery is rejected because the "establishment was closed" but I have received absolutely NO communication or call from Delhivery or the deliver executive. I do not know whom to approach at this point, I just REQUIRE MY DELIVERY IMMEDIATELY. This is not the first time this is happening—I WILL DRAG THIS GARBAGE COMPANY TO COURT IF I DO NOT RECIEVE ANY UPDATE REGARDING MY PACKAGE IMMEDIATELY!!!

                  I ordered jersey from Ahmedabad and they shipped the jersey to me on 19th of November first the delhivery courier picked up the jersey late and shipped late too and the jersey reached Mumbai on 22 November they told me that they will deliver the jersey to my address on 24 November and now it's 27 November they have delayed the parcel yet again and now its saying it will be delivered on 28th of November
                  I want my jersey as soon as possible the goods are of around 10 thousand rupees and it was a big package without any damages I want the package on 27 th of November only.

                          Hi Kindly address the issue and take necessary action against agent at Aunrihar.
                          I neither received call nor message and in the night got message stating delivery cancelled couldn't be delivered.
                          Also in delivery tracking showing shipment cancelled or refused by receiver however it is not the case.
                          Kindly ask him for call log or some evidence to prove he attempted to deliver.
                          It is really inhumane and disgusting to blame the receiver for no reason.
                          Kindly take the necessary action and shipment should be delivered properly as I waited so long for the product

                              Through this email, I would humbly like to bring to the knowledge of the authorities of the highly esteemed courier service in Bharat – Delhivery, about the crude and surly behavior of the Delhivery agent at Lawngtlai, Mizoram who goes by the name – R.Laldingngheti.

                              This email is long overdue, but due to my own goodwill and the welfare of the mentioned agent, I had refrain from writing it so. However, it is high time now, as the populace of Lawngtlai has had enough of her churlish behavior towards customers, especially to those who went to the establishment to collect their parcels themselves, as they (Delhivery Lawngtlai) cannot deliver any item bigger than 2X3 ft in dimensions, which is also quite unusual and unseemly in and of itself, seeing how Delhivery being one of the biggest courier service in Bharat. This can be attributed to the fact that all the delivery agents they have are delivering via motorbikes and not scooters as it is done in other places in Mizoram such as Aizawl, Lunglei, etc. This issue also needs addressing.

                              Going back to the point, the agent at Lawngtlai seems like she has no sense of duty towards customers and no loyalty towards the company itself and what it stands for. This, to me, is a big indicator of incompetence and arrogance of the said agent. It is extremely hard to resolve at issue with her as she is aggressive at any turn of conversation.

                              Therefore, I sincerely implore Delhivery authorities to reprimand this agent and take serious steps in providing the customers the service that Delhivery actually provides; not this crude and untoward behavior of the said agent.

                                Have you not even seen my ticket? Why did you closed it without checking on Delhivery panel? I had raised the ticket because my package, which the delivery boy had already picked up, had no updates for two days. When I called my nearby Delhivery office, they informed me that my package was kept at their office, and now it's missing. They either need to return my package or provide a refund.                                 Please refer to the trailing mails from your customer support team, my order no
                                AWB[protected]. Till date my parcel is not delivered, everyday your customer support team is giving excuses by stating your complaint is registered and it is on top most priority.

                                customer support team is not responsible, till date i did not receive my package. My package is lying at my nearest location since 10-Nov-23.

                                I hope you will look into this matter seriously not like your Karan etc.

                                  We send to boxes of courier to our customer with Awb no[protected] and[protected] .
                                  1 box with Awb no[protected] is RTO by courier boy without attempting. Customer was waiting for his courier and talked to delivery boy but even though he did not deliver and done RTO.
                                  and 2nd box with Awb no[protected] is still with delivery hub, customer asked for hub address so that he could collect it from there, but they had not given yet. Please take immediate action.

                                    Hello i ordered an package on the 6th of november it was originally supposed to be delivered by the 10th now its showing the 14th and on the delhivery day the package is still showing in transit.. last update was 2 days ago and it is showing its in greater thane when its supposed to be in chennai. i urge delhivery to help in this!
