Delivery executive not receiving call

Address: kahne pune

Im calling a delivery executive from morning regarding my parcal.
he is not receiving call, im not available after 5.30pm, if he have any issue he should receive a call and discussed the things.
delivery executive is not having any type of sense....

Delay in courier

Hello Team,

This compalin is regarding courier AWB no. #[protected]. The courier was dispatched from Bangalore on 9 March (Via express delivery)and till now it has not been delivered.

I tried multiple times via IVR helpline to get a call but whenever I picked the call, the call was disconnected

Kindly check and call back on mentioned number ASAP- [protected]...

Product not delivered even after 10 days

Hi, my product is in my nearest center and undelivered, they are say can't reach you, I got call from the courier and asked for the location but not delivered the item, Awb #[protected]
Customer care number is IVR no real person is talking . Please expedite my parcel or give the address with full Google pmap location so that I can go and pick up the parcel,...

Orders getting delayed in delhivery courier centre, for each and every product its getting delayed everytime with delhivery.Also without contacting customer products are getting returned for the reson mentioning unsuccessful delivery.concerned people in delhivery courier centre in gudur, were not giving proper response.Kindly look in to the issue.

    Processing AWB number

    Address: 1.Mumbai Delhi NCR, Plot 84, Sector 44, Gurgaon - 122 002

    I had ordered to deliver carton box (consumable) from Visakhapatnam to Roorkee since 1.3.2024, 3:30 pm through Delhivery Mobile App. Delivery Payment had been deducted from my UPI account ( please see attached photos for payment) but it has been shown processing AWB number (pending order) and i don't get any of contact, order confirmation or refund and resolving for my issue from Company side. So please kindly resolve my problem....

    Why this is so unmanaged. Two Isha life package arrived at same time and one is still not delivered on 10 march -No one has come to deliver the parcel yet it shows out for delivery since 2:45 pm kindly check and confirm
    The Delivery partner has not delivered yet its been over 5 hrs its out for delivery.. kindly check and deliver today itself
    on 11 march - same thing shows out for delivery since 12:22 pm no one is picking the call or has come yet

      I have been contacting Delivery team since the Past 17 days. My courier was picked by Delhivery courier person 17 days back and he didn’t mark it picked up . It has been saying pick up pending since then . Neither has it it been delivered to me nor returned to me. I even shared the number of the Delhivery executive with you on the Delhivery app but no action has been taken yet. My package contains my apply MacBook Air charger and cable . There is no number shared either to contact them. I’m very disappointed with their service and want to file a case on them

          Unjustified Amount at time of delivery Rs5460/-

          Recently I shifted some furniture items from Delhi to Srinagar through KSInternationalDCB2BRC Delhivery Small World under Delhivery Courier Service Agent Cell No. +[protected] and amount fixed was ₹8000/ and accordingly I made payment and he shared LR[protected] for 8 items on 11 feb 24.
          On 15th Feb 24 he told me to pay extra ₹2000/ - due to extra items/packaging charges which actually was not the case but being on receiving...

            The delivery partner called me at 4.50 pm to delivery my parcel. but unfortunately, I can't attend the call, then after 10 minutes he called me again and i took up. my delivery address was my office. he told me to come and collect from near by shop which is very near to my office. it is difficult for me to go there because its my office time. so, he refuses to deliver my product on that day in very bad manner. his behavior is very irritating. i felt very bad on his behavior.

              I haven't received any reply in connection with my returned product through delhivery, which I have lodged these grievances on 24 and 29th Jan 2024 to Delhivery courier service.                     Awb #[protected], my parcel was supposed to be delivered on 3rd finally after a fake remark and much delay a parcel was delivered to my address. Later i found out that it was tampered as in mt awb n details were taped on the parcel with a different receiver details underneath. Now after much enquiry it has come to fore that the delivery center at srinagar has messed up and delivered the parcel erroneously to the wrong person which is a totally false claim because my address has been taped on it which is a deliberate attempt and not just error. Also they claim that the said person is not returning the parcel because its a high value one and their own was dirt cheap. Kindly look into this scam and stealing.

                      Delivery agent didnt contact and delivery delayed

                      One of my parcel from Pine&Lime #292f5a9227694e9f92814a39bf8449 Delhivery AWB #[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 12th Feb'2024, but the delivery agent didn't call and the order status was shown as "Customer is uncontactable/unreachable".                       There is a pickup of mine through flipkart.Each and everytime they are making lame excuses and not coming to my place for pickup.Always updating false updates that the pickup is delayed as per customer request which is not true.Actually the reality is that they neither come to my place nor contacted me once.

                          I ordered selfy-stick with power-bank from Telesin website on 6th Jan 2024. As per the tracking info from Telesin Delhivery received my package on 17th Jan. Since then I was tracking the package in delhivery app and as per tracking update Package arrived in Pune on 24/25th Jan, I assumed I will receive the my delivery in couple of days. But when I checked the tracking update Package was sent back to Delhi on 26th and On 27th Package was marked delivered at Delhi address. When Raised complaint on app I received a call from their agent who argued with me regarding address. I have not received any response from since then.
