I ordered a package to delivered form Shamli to Delhi by delhivery limited courier service at 28 June. My package is picked up at 1 July and after 4 days company said me that your package is lost in our network we will pay for it. They offer me 2000 rs as compensation. The package which lost it’s a bicycle which cost 14500 rs and they are giving me only 2000 rs. I want my package back or give me it’s full cost 14500. It’s a scam by...

My package from 'Bookswagon' has been shipped to the wrong address. Usually, it goes from 'New Delhi airport' to 'Haryana' to Ahmedabad.

However, my package was first delayed, and I didn't receive any updates about it for three days.

And now, when I checked, it's showing that it has been shipped to Ludhiana, which is in the opposite direction.

Please look into this matter and deliver my package...

We've ordered "UPSCALIO SURFACE package" through Flipkart, and I think that Flipkart has routed the delivery service to Delihvery.com. As per the schedule, they should deliver the product to my home yesterday, i.e. on 09-AUG-2022. But, they were telling that they could not reach my home as road is dirty, and truck cannot go. But, in fact, the road is very clear in front of our street. We have one car, and one two-wheeler where we use everyday...

I ordered something from a local seller in chennai. He gave the package to nearest delhivery centre. My tracking id no. is[protected]. I told seller about the situation. He visited that centre and the people there said that parcel has already left for main hub.

its 5 days and pickup is still pending. how is this even possible when seller has already hand over the package to courier company. every day the status...

I booked a shipment pick up from my home and the pick up was delayed for 3 days which prompted me to cancel the pick upon Dec 10 2021, AWB[protected], they status shows cancelled and refund has been initiated but I never received my refund. One of the worst Logistic service company, they don't even have a customer support system...

It is fake service. there is no contact to follow up.
all People are totally fake in Delivery department.
If you will call for sales or business you will get prompt call, but not for complaint....

I have package AWB[protected] from Delhivery, and they are asking us to provide hardcopy of aadhar card.

which is not necessary in this digital world, that can directly upload soft copy to their app or console.

Delhivery team forcefully asking us to provide signed hardcopy of aadhar card other wise they are not giving the parcel (which is important to us).

I have sent myself a parcel from Indore to Hyderabad and booked a doorstep pickup with Delivery on 19th of April. The parcel was picked up on 20th reached Nagpur on 23rd and I could also check in tracking that it had reached Hyderabad city on 24th of April. Since then, I have received no updates about my order nor have I received any solid reply from Delivery customer care. The parcel was of high value to me and I trusted the Delhivery team...

I have shipped a package on 27/4/22 which was suppose to be delivered 5/5/22 at the destination. first of all the package had arrived in the said address warehouse (Dombivli, the package had to be shipped there) and it was moved to Bhiwandi . then the delivery dates were changing with each passing day without any information, there was no reply to mails or the calls. apparently the customer service number given is also not correct. I used to regularly ship using Delhivery Direct to my customers. Keeping in mind the volume, I decided to setup a Delhivery business account as their executive said the charges are comparatively lower.
When I setup my account I was ready to book a shipment. To my surprise you cannot create a Delhivery order without adding money in wallet. Since the charges were Rs.250/- on Delhivery Direct, I assumed it would definitely be lower on...

I have returned a package which is picked up by the agent and its been not returned to the warehouse and it is showing unexpected scan and been stuck at the same place for more than one week

as the return is being delayed I might even not get my refund so please do the necessary arrangements and there is no costumer service helpline number to register the same complaint to company delhivery...

Hi Delhivery and ShipRocket

This is to apprise your good-self that I booked a parcel with shiprocket on 8/3/2022 from Nellore to Varanasi. For the first five days no one came to pick up the parcel even after repeated escalations. Then on 12/3/2022 I changed courier partner to delhivery. Even then it has been over a week no one has contacted for pickup.

This is the height of carelessness on the part of the shiprocket...

I had placed an order from Vila organics who used Delhivery services to ship my package. The initial date of delivery was 16th April. Since then, they are increasing the delivery date everyday and now its 21st. What is most concerning to me is that the package is in the same location since last 6 days i.e. from 13th April it shows in Nagpur and more importantly it says package missing in audit. Order was placed on 14th April for a courier from Jamshedpur to Visakhapatnam since we needed the suit to be worn on college convocation on 22nd April. The order has still (19th April) not been picked up. I have not received my shipment. Tracking no AWB [protected] and I have received msg that it has been delivered. I have already sent email to Delhivery customer support team but there is no response from them. I am surprise to know my shipment delivered to some other person without delivery code. It was confidential shipment as it came from my bank so I really someone to trace this out for me....
