AWB:[protected]

The delhivery team has mishandled the package during transit and has not delivered the product till date.

After raising multiple tickets, they mentioned that the product has perishable goods and hence discarded. However, the product has a mix of both perishable and non-perishable goods.

They haven't delivered the product yet with the non-perishable goods. Also, there is no customer support number to talk with the agent to know the status.

In the app, they are just updating the status as delivery is delayed and will be delivered tomorrow. This status has been going on since 3rd May 2024.

      This is regarding my order with AWB[protected]. My package updates says that the delivery executive was not able to reach me. This status is showing for 4 days now. It has been showing out for delivery thrice and no delivery attempts have been made.
      The update on the tracking now says ‘Package missing in audit’. There is no response from your customer service!
      This is extremely horrible. I am losing business because of your pathetic service. I need this package to be delivered soon! This shipment is already in transit for almost 8 days now!

        Worst service everrrrr!!! i sent an urgent document using your express delivery and now the package is delayed by 7 [censored]ing days!!! why are you even a courier service or why don't you use pigeons for delivery, i bet they are faster!

        Also, do you even look into service ticket you create? or is it a fake customer service gimmick?

          I'm deeply disappointed by the appalling behavior of your delivery personnel
          today. The delivery boy not only exhibited rudeness but also denied delivering my package without justification. Such unprofessionalism is intolerable. I demand immediate action against the responsible party and assurance of faster, reliable delivery in the future. My trust in your company's service has been shattered. Urgent measures are needed to restore it.

            Address: Plot 5,sector 44 Gurgaon, Haryana - 122001

            I ordered my shipment via delhivery AWB - [protected] on 28th march and it reached the delivery facility of my city on 1 april. It has been over 3 days the tracking website shows the same location of the parcel and has not been yet out for delivery. The parcel is being delayed from past 2 days and we can't even contact the consumer care of the company.

              Im calling a delivery executive from morning regarding my parcal.
              he is not receiving call, im not available after 5.30pm, if he have any issue he should receive a call and discussed the things.

                Delay in courier

                Hello Team,

                This compalin is regarding courier AWB no. #[protected]. The courier was dispatched from Bangalore on 9 March (Via express delivery)and till now it has not been delivered.

                I tried multiple times via IVR helpline to get a call but whenever I picked the call, the call was disconnected

                Kindly check and call back on mentioned number ASAP- [protected]...

                Product not delivered even after 10 days

                Hi, my product is in my nearest center and undelivered, they are say can't reach you, I got call from the courier and asked for the location but not delivered the item, Awb #[protected]
                Customer care number is IVR no real person is talking . Please expedite my parcel or give the address with full Google pmap location so that I can go and pick up the parcel,...

                Orders getting delayed in delhivery courier centre, for each and every product its getting delayed everytime with delhivery.Also without contacting customer products are getting returned for the reson mentioning unsuccessful delivery.concerned people in delhivery courier centre in gudur, were not giving proper response.Kindly look in to the issue.

                  Processing AWB number

                  Address: 1.Mumbai Delhi NCR, Plot 84, Sector 44, Gurgaon - 122 002

                  I had ordered to deliver carton box (consumable) from Visakhapatnam to Roorkee since 1.3.2024, 3:30 pm through Delhivery Mobile App. Delivery Payment had been deducted from my UPI account ( please see attached photos for payment) but it has been shown processing AWB number (pending order) and i don't get any of contact, order confirmation or refund and resolving for my issue from Company side. So please kindly resolve my problem....

                  Why this is so unmanaged. Two Isha life package arrived at same time and one is still not delivered on 10 march -No one has come to deliver the parcel yet it shows out for delivery since 2:45 pm kindly check and confirm

                    I have been contacting Delivery team since the Past 17 days. My courier was picked by Delhivery courier person 17 days back and he didn’t mark it picked up . It has been saying pick up pending since then . Neither has it it been delivered to me nor returned to me. I even shared the number of the Delhivery executive with you on the Delhivery app but no action has been taken yet. My package contains my apply MacBook Air charger and cable . There is no number shared either to contact them. I’m very disappointed with their service and want to file a case on them

                        Recently I shifted some furniture items from Delhi to Srinagar through KSInternationalDCB2BRC Delhivery Small World under Delhivery Courier Service Agent Cell No. +[protected] and amount fixed was ₹8000/ and accordingly I made payment and he shared LR[protected] for 8 items on 11 feb 24.
                        On 15th Feb 24 he told me to pay extra ₹2000/ - due to extra items/packaging charges which actually was not the case but being on receiving end I made the payment .and when I enquired him about the shipment update he told me that earlier LR has been Cancelled now you track through LR[protected] and when I tracked it it showed me that shipment has been returned as per shippers instructions . Then I called him what's going on he told i have sent them message it will be returned to your address . Today I was surprised when delivery boy came to my address and told me to pay ₹5460/ - as shipment was returned which is quite unjustified. the scam was planned by Agent Cell No. +[protected] as Tracking details were never linked with my Cell No . and No earlier attempt was made to deliver the product which can be assessed from tracking details of AWB [protected]

                            The delivery partner called me at 4.50 pm to delivery my parcel. but unfortunately, I can't attend the call, then after 10 minutes he called me again and i took up. my delivery address was my office. he told me to come and collect from near by shop which is very near to my office. it is difficult for me to go there because its my office time. so, he refuses to deliver my product on that day in very bad manner. his behavior is very irritating. i felt very bad on his behavior.

                              I haven't received any reply in connection with my returned product through delhivery, which I have lodged these grievances on 24 and 29th Jan 2024 to Delhivery courier service.
