[Resolved]  DishTV — payment deducted but recharge not done

Dear madam/ sir,

I have done recharge of rs.1710/- on 04.04.2020 from dishtv's online website. I didn't get any transaction details from dishtv's website and also i did not received any recharge successful/failure sms. I contacted my bank and they said that payment was done successfully so no issue at their side.

The money has been credited into your account but my dishtv account has not been recharged yet. Therefore, kindly look into the matter at the earliest possible. My details are as follows:

Thanks for your reply. today 07-04-20 is my switch-off date. I will not be able to watch the TV.
Therefore, you are kindly requested to take the action at the earliest possible.

Dear Gurmeet,

As per our telephonic discussion on the number 6284170120, We informed you that the charges for VC is Rs 300, technician visit charges is Rs 200 including GST along with spare part charges if consumed will be applicable. Moreover, the dual LNBF cost is Rs 270.

The DD national is not showing on Dishtv. During this lockdown family wants to see devotional programmes but the channel is not running on the box. Please update the channel list or take necessary action as soon as possible
