[Resolved] DishTV — payment failed | |
Hi, i did 3 separate recharge, 2 using net banking and 1 using paytm payment. Followings are the details: 1. Order id [protected] (3/30/2020 8:04:59 pm) 2. Order id [protected] (3/30/2020 8:23:44 pm) 3. Order id [protected] (4/1/2020 11:22:06 am) All of them were for inr 436/- (Total: 436*3) It is really frustrating me that in all 3 money was deducted from my account but recharge did not go through. Please look into the issue asap as we are staying at home and tv is really necessary for us. And dishtv complaint box on their site does not work. Was this information helpful? | |

I have a Dishtv connection which is nearly 10 years old but My set top box does not show DD national.It is not available on that.I am at my home due to nationwide lockdown with my whole family and We all are waiting to watch RAMAYANA but the DD national is not available.This is neither fair nor ethical.
