Complaint - The products delivered was some old damaged used cloths and is not what they have showed in product description details.

My Employee id is 2715847, I have work this company for 16 days, i left this company for salary unsatisfaction. Now i only get paid for only 5 days, Now he/she abusive to me and said not giving me salary.

I didn't order anything online from flipkart. I got a message and call from Ekart delivery guy of cash on delivery order as i usually order and was hurry today, i asked my mom to take the parcel and pay him Rs 300 immediately.

Later after opening there was thrashed saree ordered from trendstyles location Delhi. I didn't use Flipkart from last few months.

My product arrived at ChandragiriHub_TPT on 16th February 6 36 am, till now(Feb 19 9pm)they didn't delivered the product and in their ekart tracking website they showing me Customer is not responding to deliver the product without contacting me.Even if I tried to call them they are busy.

My mother ordered a Kurta set on Flipkart 11/02/12. Deliver a parcel 14/02/12 my mother received the parcel and paid 799. when opening the parcel she shows the wrong product delivery. the product was third class. They don't have any company logo or tag. She didn't understand it was a fraud parcel because 'Name, phone number, address and also the same price. Then call the delivery boy, delivery boy said they knew nothing. Then open the Flipkart...

The delivery boy not interested to deliver the product and his behaviour is very rude and instead of delivering he going to cancel the order. Still morning 10Am onwards am calling him but he saying I will come at after 2PM And again i called him at 3PM He said on the way reach in 2 mints and evening 6:30 i called him and he behaved very rudely and his way of talking to worst and he ready to cancel the order. As he said he not delivered today.br...

I recieved an order from Ekart when I was not in home. Later it was found the order is not ordered by me and anyone else who is known to me. I want to return the order, Ekart is not responding properly, kindly do the needful

I received a fake COD order of ₹700 from a merchant named Trendystyle today 16th of February, 2024 via Ekart Logistics. I never ordered anything from the merchant and even heard about it. I don't know how they got my personal information to make that fake shipment. I was supposed to get the same amount of COD order from Flipkart today but, mistakenly I got this fake order. I thought that was the Flipkart order...

It's not working please refund the amount and take the item return

In order a saree for my mother, delivery boy deliver 2 packet in the name of Flipkart. And lied that that they both are ordered...and take double payment by my mother...and the other packet contain garbage inside ...it's totally fraud...to take money

My tracking ID is MYSC[protected]. I put my office address for delivery. And today i got msg that parcel is out of delivery but bcz of some personal reason i was not there at office today to receive my parcel. So I called executive that please come tomorrow but he was start abusing me. And said u have to pick today otherwise i will cancel. Is this the way he talked to me. How u guys trained your executive to talk your customers. He was not ready to tell his name. I want my parcel tomorrow.

This is to inform you that my Flipkart order of SAMSUNG Galaxy A34 5G with tracking id: FMPP[protected] was not delivered to me today by the Ekart delivery.
I tried calling the delivery partner 10-15 times but they never responded, maybe they have black listed the customer’s phone number.
Every time same thing happens, the delivery person never calls the customer for delivery and automatically in the evening message comes that the customer rejected the order. But in actual they never called for delivery

Please deliver my order.

Hi Ekart & Flipkart,

Disappointed by Ekart & Flipkart, writing regarding Flipkart grocery order no:OD[protected].

This product I got notification out for delivery on 10-feb-24 and I have contacted the delivery boy on the same day afternoon and he informed me he will deliver it. Then the evening delivery boy call me I told him the home address but the delivery boy kept me waiting and did not deliver the product on 10th-feb.

Then on 11th-feb again notification came for our for delivery and same I have call delivery boy for deliver the product and same as yesterday he told he will deliver the product, but not came to deliver in the mentioned address and I have call multiple times to deliver boy but not delivered the product to my doorstep.

To cross verify the things, you can check the call records.

As per Flipkart promised date of delivery is 11th-feb, which is crossed. And delivery boy keep me waiting from last two days, We also have important work to do in daily life.

Very very pathetic service from Ekart, this is not the first time I have experience. Every month facing the same issue only on grocery delivery.

I hope authority will take strict action against it.
