      Respected Sir, with due respect I want to say that my product with order id-FMPP[protected] of Dettol handwash and Colgate maxfresh respectively has to be delivered to me today. But till now it has not been delivered to me and a confirmation message I received now before a minute. Sir, since morning it was showing out for delivery I had received otp also but when I called the delivery agent he not picked the phone... then when I called the ekart manager of the hub nearest to me he replied that the product is in the office it will be delivered tomorrow. Sir, why I didn't contacted by the delivery agent and their superiors for the issue and when I am continuously calling since morning they are not picking the phone and why I will received the product tomorrow. Please, sir take some serious action against them because this type of happenings I faced 2-3 times earlier also and now it is too much and now it's not tolerable at all. Please sir, go through this issue and try to resolve my problem today itself because sir, ther must be some urgency of the product for the customer.

          Myntra Product delivery

          Tracking details shows that the item was delivered on 26th March 2024 at 10.30 pm. But the item was not delivered to me. Tracking sms came in the morning, but I did not receive any packet.
          Tracking number of shipment is MYEP[protected]....

            Delivery boys are not coming to our address door delivery. Please take action against this. We are unhappy with ekart logistics delivery system. Lot of orders are placed in this area. But still they are not ready to door delivery. We need to go 20 kilometre to collect order. Every customer wants door delivery.

              My order I'd - OD[protected]
              Flipkart/ekart delivery person not picking up calls delivering order in time .. I order a phone on 23rd March till 29th I didn't received order flipkart/ekart delivery person rejecting my calls .. then Flipkart customer service said to reorder .. but now same thing happening flipkart/ekart delivery person not picking calls delivering order ..take strict action against him

                I orderd

                Ekart Update: To cancel the Shiva Linga Cylinder Glass with tracking ID OIPC[protected], share the cancellation code ***7 with our Ekart delivery executive.

                I need then i orderd.but delivery executive is not intrested in this product.ask me must return the product.he is a muslim guy. He argue with me ;you dont know about this, are you studied about this product? Its not able to deliver.

                Delivery executive only need to do their job.dont try to teach others, and take self decisions.

                He use bad languages finaly.i try to connect few times but he s not pik up my call. I need my product here on my door step with the delivery executive.[protected] this is the number of delivery executive.

                  I have placed order for men's causal cargo on[protected] vide invoice no, MD32835 which was delivered on[protected] for which I paid Rs. 899-00 through phonepe. After opining the parcel it was found that there were some thing else than I have ordered. instead two cargo casual pants there was a cargo pant and one kids pant and top. I have contacted to help line for replacement but I was asked to furnish my bank detail along with my debit card no. etc. which I refused to furnish.
                  I wanted replacement according to my order which was refused by help line. hope a favorable response or I will agitate the matter before consumer forum for my grievances.

                    I orederd sunglasses from Myntra.com which were defective and not as per shown on website. So placed the request for a return for the same issue.

                    Myntra.com agreed the request & Ekart Logistics Executive came for pick-up. Product was picked up by the Ekart Exwecutive, but no refund received as Myntra.com is telling as they didn't received the product nor the pick-up was done.
                    I tried explaining many times to consumer...

                      Hi I am Prashant, my order ID is OD[protected] and second order ID is OD[protected], I have ordered grocery products from Flipkart but the delivery boy refused to deliver the product even doorstep delivery is available at my location and he cancelled my order without my consent for inappropriate reason so I called flipkart costumer support but they told me to order again and I did the same but the next time he again refused...

                        Today, I got a delivery from Ekart logistics of Rs.709 which I had not ordered. It was a cash on delivery product from www.parcelx.in with the tracking Id - IOIC[protected]. I mistakenly accepted the fraud parcel and had to pay the amount via Gpay. Please find attached the payment receipt and delivery update message snip from Ekart.
                        (Recently I had ordered an item from flipkart worth Rs.709. Hence, I thought this was the item ordered by me. After unboxing the package I realised that this is a fraud parcel pretending to be the item ordered by me from Flipkart.)
                        I tried reaching Ekart logistics using the contact number and email address available in the internet. However, nothing seems to be valid.
                        I would request to return the parcel and refund my amount asap.

                          Respected sir,

                          I am Neelam Tripathi from Delhi . An courier from Lucknow was booked on 17th of march 2024 it was earlier showing that the courier was deliver to me on 21 March but the last update was dispatched to gurgaon on 21 March Thursday.
                          I am waiting for the courier since 6-7 days but not getting it .Please see on this matter and resolve the issue and deliver it to me as soon as possible.

                              Due to some reason I couldn’t take delivery of two orders and asked the delivery guy to cancel it before he comes at my place. This guy shouted at me very badly saying that why u give orders then cancelling it, I hv much load to carry, it is hot outside.. i[censored] don’t hv money why u ordering it bla bla …
                              It is not about money at present I’m not at home so I can’t accept it. I thought of reordering it by next week. It is very simple and this guy didn’t come to my place I called him and told to cancel just for him to avoid travelling this much . But see his attitude, it is very bad, how many customers accept their orders on time ? If not he will definitely have to come the next day for delivery right ? As a delivery boy isn’t it his duty ? If it is hot outside what we can do about it ? Thts why I called him n informed not to travel this much pls cancel it . Is this the response me as a customer I should get? I told him next time don’t deliver my order send someone else. For that he said no one is available for u to do the order. Very bad behaviour and disappointing pls change this guy for my next order.

                                Product with tracking id FMPP[protected] was supposed to be delivered by 13th of March 2024 but it's not delivered yet and the wishmaster has updated the tracking status as delivered by himself without informing me. Please help.

                                  A sales person name Surinder Pal, Mob[protected] and company No.[protected] delivered me a damaged and old one plus neckband on 4th February. Order ID -OD[protected]. When I inform him about product they said, it may be changed from store, I will replace it for you, when any new order will be placed for you area (Lambra, Jalandhar - 144026). But 10 days later they told me this is Flipkart store fault. And they can't help.
                                  Later, other sales person of e kart told me, Surinder pal self doing this kind of replacement and stolen of product many time.
                                  If, possible than take a serious action against this kind of people who use brand name of Ekart and Flipkart.
