      I ordered a phone case through an Instagram page in 18 December 2023 after the deadline I didn't get my order. So I ask the Instagram page to resend my order. They resend it in 31st January 2023 .The deadline is 10 January 2024. After the deadline also still I didn't get my order. I paid 399/ for my order. When I am complaining them they are saying they dispatched it. If they dispatch it, it is the problem of the delivery agent (Ekart Logistics).

        Delivery boy misbehave and not delivering the product at given location asking to pickup from far location

        Regarding my order on flipkart and delivery by ekart

        I have been facing issue with the delivery of the order as wish master denied to deliver at door step and asking to pickup the parcel from far location I have already raised a complaint today also he called m from another number asked to give 50rs extra for door...

        One agent from ekart allready collected the product from me on 8th of January but didn't updated and my return is stuck...he was rude also..I am sharing the contact no of agent also please enquire or please tell him to return my product

          My motorola g54 mobile phone hasn;t delivered since last days it showing that my product is my nearest ekart hub but they are not delivering it to my home till t=noe i am very upset with service they are basically cheating they show the delivery date day after tomorrow of order date but they didn;t delivered yet please solve my problem

              Order rejected by customer

              I placed an order on 8th Jan and the expected delivery date was 12th Jan, i got the message that the will be delivered by today on 12th Jan but it was not delivered. I was expecting atleast the next day but it was not delivered.
              Finally i checked the tracking with the Shipment ID - OIPC[protected] it was mentioned that Customer Rejected.
              Firstly the order was not attempted for delivery, i havent got any calls regarding delivery.br...

              Dear Sir,

              Today we received a courier of Ekart: TOPC[protected]
              whereas there is no address of the sender on it nor is any bill of the product.
              After paying the amount through GPAY we opened the Packet and found a defective product in it.
              There is no tracking on the sender on it from who it has been sent ...
              Our money is paid to you kindly block it to be paid to the sender ... receiving the fake product and fake parcel being sent...

              Request you to kindly provide me with the sender details which are registered in your shipping address...

                      I have ordered exchange product due to size issue from Myntra and ekart delivery team called me but I was not at the delivery address at that time. But delivery team marked same as item delivered. But I didn't received exchange product. I have orginal product with me for exchange.
                      Myntra team telling that logistics team delivered the item. So Ekart please help me.

                        I was in office I got call from courier agent at 4pm arround regarding my Flipkart order
                        Order I'd :- OD[protected]
                        He said mam I was at door pls give me OTP i did and he said I delivered your parcel at your home. When I reached home there is no parcel .
                        And at my surprise untill 8:40 my parcel 'not delivered 'showed in site of Flipkart
                        So I relaxed and tried to call the agent he didn't receive call and at 9pm I got MSG my parcel delivered
                        It's clear that there ekart delivery agent cheated but Flipkart customer care also supported him by saying mam we can't help sorry ...

                          Greetings!

                          My product was ordered with 1day delivery through Flipkart. But after reaching the nearest Delivery Hub, the Delivery Agent is either not reachable or attempted to the deliver the product now after 3days.

                          Flipkart has promised to deliver the product by today 9pm but still no response and status is now displaying as Rescheduled for No Valid Reasons.

                          Even renowned Logistics partners like Bluedart, First Flight, DTDC used to reach customer to collect the product from nearest Hub when unable to deliver the destination. But these So Called Corporate Logistics who emerge are streamlined business adherence fail simple & basic requirements.

                              Ordered a product on myntra but got a different product.. Raised a return request the delivery agent came but didn't pick up since it didn't match the image on app.. Of course it wouldn't match because we received a wrong product... Then agin raised a return request he did the same.. He took the product the second time after many arguments but still hasn't updated that he received the product and i didn't get any refund.. But received a text msg saying pickup rejected due to product mismatch.. Now he has the product.. And i didn't get my money.. Pls help me out

                                I ordered 3 mokobara bags from flipkart (cabin, checkin and checkin large)
                                The checkin bag was defective. So Ekart guy misled me and said i have put the bag for replacement and took the bag. instead of triggering me the otp of cabin bag, he triggered me the otp of the bag that was being returned which is of higher price.
                                Flipkart team is asking me to deal with ekart logistics. they are ready to help me since i gave the OTP. But in the OTP message there was no way to identify that the OTP was for which bag.

                                  Recently I have received one parcel from Ekart logistics with tracking ID STOC[protected] from SHIFTO.

                                  My issue was I have ordered for baby toys which are buy one get one free but I have received salt for 799 Rs. (images attached) from sender or logistics.

                                  Even the sender haven't mentioned any details of his address or contact numbers.

                                  So, I would like to complain to the consumer code on sender and ekart logistics.

                                  Box images, sticker images, payment details and wrong product images attached for your reference.

                                  Note 1 : If I didn't get any reply on this within 24 hours means, I will directly complaint to consumer code on both logistics and sender.

                                  Note 2 : I have phone pe payment details with me, so I can track and find the fraudsters immediately.

                                    Respected sirI would like to register a complaint regarding one of your FRANCHISE in BELPAHAR, ODISHA under the pincode of 768218.Earlier this Franchise of your's was at JHARSUGUDA, ODISHA(768216) with great customer satisfaction and well behaved staff and most important On time delivery and pickups. But when the Office has been Transferred to BELPAHAR later on the good will of your company and brand value has decreased significantly. After the office change the office staff are very rude and unable to manage the deliveries in my area . Either bring back the Office to Jharsuguda as it was earlier or change the mgmt staffs and train them again. Otherwise your Brand value will be damaged soon.
                                    1- I have ordered a mobile from Flipkart for which the expected time of delivery was on 08.01.2024 but the mobile has reached Jharsuguda on 8th Jan '24 as per the order tracking page of flipkart, still then its ok if it is out for delivery on 8th Jan '24 and also shown " Your Order is out for delivery and will be delivered between 11pm today".
                                    2- I got a call from the delivery boy at 1:32pm today(08.01.24) but i was not available at that time so i asked to deliver the product between 6 pm to 6:30pm and also he agreed at that time. But around 7:30pm I tried to reach the delivery boy but he was unresponsive. So called the Ekart office of Belpahar and informed everything he was also too reluctant to help, still i got no resolution.
                                    3- Later at night I received a message " Order rejected: during the delivery time"and now the ORDERED IS CANCELLED and also OUT OF STOCK in Flipkart.
                                    Now tell me who is responsible for this ?
                                    Who is going to compensate me ? I required that product on time but due to unresponsiveness of your franchise staff and delivery boy it is now out of order.
                                    Just believe me you are going to pay for this.
