For the past 3 days my order FMPP[protected] from flipkart has been dispatched from Ludhiana to Sundernagar and there has been no update since then. 11th was the expected delivery date and it still hasn't reached the place. I want and update on it ASAP. I have attached the photo with this mail. I want a response on it ASAP....

i have scheduled a pickup up for delivery of shipment by ekart with help of shiprocket panel . Which awb no
srtc[protected].

Which is not picked up by ekart. So i visited ekart office
asked office incharge nawab ( whose mobile no [protected])

why my shipment is not picked up by ekart, he started shouting on me, misbehaving with me, after all forgive his behaviour...

I've ordered an item from Flipkart on 21/08/2021 and it showed the last update on 23/08/2021. After that there is no update regarding the shipment. I tried to track it through the ekart website but it is showing that there is some issue with the tracking ID. I've contacted the Flipkart customer care and they told it is due to some technical issue from ekart. Kindly look into the matter and provide a solution to it.

I had ordered multiple products from Flipkart and the delivery was through ekart Pathanamthitta, kerala. I had contacted Flipkart multiple time as the courier service was rescheduling the delivery to the next days from 26th of July 2021 to 2nd of August 2021. Finally the order was showing as cancelled on 2nd August and it's showing amount will be refounded . If the courier service company can't deliver the product to the delivery location...

Such a irresponsible behavior from the delivery executive, I have been calling from 2-3 hours and the delivery person is not picking calls. How are we supposed to talk to them ?

Order product on 19th June, by 1st July also still not at received, till to date your courier delivery boy not called me nor any link sent on my mobile to contact him. it is very unfortunate how such things you people take it easy. it is just a wastage of your time and money. I was supposed to receive my parcel on Monday 7th June, 2021 but I didn't receive my parcel as that parcel was not delivered to my nearest hub, Very next day when my parcel was received to my nearest hub I personally visited there to pickup the parcel, but the staff said they will send it to my address and constantly I'm going there since 3 days but the staff is giving one and the other excuses just for delaying it.. I have ordered three items from flipkart and it was to be shipped from ekart logistics

I ordered all the 3 products respectively on 21 may, 21 may, 23 may and all shipped as expected by date and after 2 days they all shipped to varanasi and till now its 28 till now its not dispatched from varanasi and they customer care service also didn't help me.

Its urgent and they have rescheduled delivery date 2 times but...

1 month ago I have been searching for ekart franchise on online website. There I fill my name, email Id and mobile no. Some days later I have got email from [protected]@ekartlogistic.com. And they also called me on my mobile to fill this form and send it back. 2-3 days later they send me another email and call me on mobile that your letter is approved for franchise.
