Change of delivery date without customers consent

My consignment arrived on 21/05/2022 and ekart delivery agent has called me and requested to change delivery date to 23/05/2022 as it was too late in the night to deliver on 21/05/2022.Accordingly I've changed the date of delivery to next working day 23/05/2022.from there on, delivery date has been changed to 25/05/2022 and 27/05/2022 without my consent and finally rejected to deliver stating customer out of delivery area. Myntra Return item picked up by ekart but not returned to Myntra, no proper response from ekart office

Not delivering at doorstep and wrongly updating in system

Tracking Id SRTP[protected] . from last 2 days delivery boy is not delivering package at doorstep(i.e. 4th floor of office building). 1st time he updated as "Customer Rejected Delivery". 2nd day he updated as "Customer requested future date delivery".

May I know why door-step delivery is not offered? There is no restriction for delivery guys to go to any floors for delivery yet he chose not to do doorstep delivery.

Not delivering and cancelling my order

Dandeli Delivery Service refusing to pick up a return order

The Dandeli Delivery Service is refusing to pick up a return order. This is happened for the second time. They are giving unnessary reasons saying that we have decided to keep the product. Not delivering & closed - ecil hub

We're facing issues from ekart - ecil hub from months ..
It's been 5 times our order didn't deliver
We have to cancel order .. they don't even have contact number
Ekart ecil hub is closed whenever we tried to visit ..
If you can't deliver just shutdown services in that area .....

Not picking up my return product

I have bought a product from Flipkart
As soon as I recieved it, I feel quality issues with the product .
I immediately placed return request on the same day.
On the pickup day the delivery executive himself cancel my return request without my consent.
This happened to me 3 times till date with same product.

Dummy mobile sent Instead of real mobile

I have Ordered OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G (Aurora, 256 GB) on 19th Nov and received A dummy set instead of real phone. What kind of rubbish services they r providing to customers and how their sellers evn can think to forge customers like this. Really pathetic and worst experience evr from such known brand. Product Stuck on "Out of delivery "Unsuccessful/Undelivered for 5 days",

I ordered a Product on 7th Of October, It reached nearest Hub on 9th, On 11th Delivery person, assured me that he is going to deliver the product that day itself, after not receiving the delivery I called him around 8:20 Pm and the Delivery person told me his car broke down and can't deliver the product asked him to deliver on 12 at the earliest, he again assured me.
