Hello EKart,

My order delivery schedule showing at Flipkart is tomorrow - 25.09.2022. While tracking my shipment at EKART it shows, Received at Central Hub.. While talking to Flipkart Customer Care for more than 25 minutes, they are not able to reschedule my delivery for 26.09.2022 - Monday.

I am out of my town, My registered mobile number will be out of network coverage due to travelling from tonight 8.00...

Hi.
Please attend my comaint immediately. I paid in flipkart for oppo f19 pro plus through sbi credit card. The seller xonite e commerce has neither accepted the order nor allowing for refund. Ordered on 7th Sep 22 around 8:30am. Still no response and no solution. Finally Trying to get resolved here. If you also cannot help me please let me know I take up with consumer next. Its a loss for me. Time waste, money waste....

I have given correct address but the delivery status shows as Pincode- Address mismatch. I spoke to Customer service rep. and gave him the correct address once again but still no response, they keep on saying the item will be delivered in next 1 hour, but it has been 3 days and i haven't received my parcel yet.
Please look into the matter and do the needful. I will be thankful to your quick response.

I purchased a phone on 4th August 2022 from Flipkart. My phone reached at my nearest hub(Kukatpally Hyderabad) on 11th August and my delivery date was same but they didn't deliver on same day. When I checked on website it shows your product will deliver on 13th August but it didn't delivered on that day then I talked with Flipkart customer support they assured me that your product will deliver on before 15th August as I hope it didn't. On 9th the first day i contacted the delivery agent when it was out for delivery he replied he would not deliver today but surely do it tomorrow, but after that the product has not been out for delivery once and shows its just sitting in the warehouse IdentifyplusBhagalpurSplitODH_BGP, today is 11th and still no delivery attempt has been made, flipkart has promised delivery before 13th. This is in reference with shipment WSPP[protected]. It was prepaid order and delivery guy came to our place and asked for OTP but OTP didn't came and hence he said he could not give parcel to us. Please do something....

My tracking id's are WSPP[protected] and WSPP[protected].

My mobile number is correct for both the orders.
Today my 2 shipments are out for delivery, delivery boy also came at my location but can not get that order because I am not receiving OTP .

My shipment is from pickrr (Non flipkart order), so there is no other option from my side to see/get that OTP.

You do not have any customer support...

At 4:33 AM (20th June), the phone reached the nearest hub, NIBM hub, Pune.

After that, the tracking showed unsuccessful delivery and rescheduled to 22nd June without any kind of communication. Flipkart is not able to help me with this.

One of my packages was shipped via vendor from Thane using Shiprocket with the delivery partner Ekart Logistics today that is June 13th, 2022. Being in Thane itself, within 45 minutes the status is changed to Order_Reject. How is that possible. My vendor is also not able to understand the issue. Kindly help....
