[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Complaint about u r company service
I bought aquagard magna UV model in august 2015 they installed me a faulty machine it does not work properly i registerd a complaint the technical person come after 20 days repair it in rainy sessions the colour of water is green the filterd water also in same colour again i registered a complaint the technection come and checked the instrument he told to change the machine to RO with UV he asked me a written letter to change the machine but no response till a month the coustamare person also called me told we will change machine but no response from u r company

nothing happened no email no phone call my problem not solved still.custamare care personals also not giving correct reply in my phone call worst company worst service the instruments are not value fr the given money
