I bought ro uv filter last year and in one year i have faced a lot with this filter. Recently the filter was showing red light. The exec. Came and he said one filter needs to be replaced after replacing it, he said two more filters need to be replaced. We let him replace the filters and after one week the filter again started showing red light. The exec. Came and he was not able to diagnose the issue. Two more exec. Came with him. To help him initially they changed something called sp and were still not able to resolve the issue. Then they cleaned the sensors and said sensors are an issue. After cleaning the sensors they said the machine has got some electrical problem. They somehow left the machine working and the machine lasted only for two hours before it showed red light again. I called them again and they say the problem is with the pump. They say that sometimes the pump works and sometimes doesn't! They have been forcing us to take two years amc but the way this machine has performed over these 12 months, i don't think the machine is worth spending that huge amount of money. The technicians also claim that only ro filter (Not ro+uv) is much better filter and ro + uv filter will always have problems. They even said they change the ro + uv filter to ro filter for an amount of 3000 by changing the adapter. Frankly, i am lost with so many issues in this filter and i really don't see any value for money for the filter for the last year which had so many problems. I had used acquaguard products before but this one has completely changed my perspective.
